Dina perfectionist and paid close attention to every little detail and listened to all of my comments. It was obvious that she loves her job and puts her all into it! She made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. All my girls loved their makeup as well, and each had their own nits, so Dina was great at being so attentive to our needs. My hair and makeup looked absolutely perfect from start to finish and held up beautifully throughout the entire day. Dina is incredibly professional, talented, and kind. - I had the pleasure of wedding planning with Dina over the course of 1.5 years. We had a fun, successful trial this past spring where she and Rosy completely and totally nailed my dream bridal look.
- Dina and her squad came to Temecula this past weekend for my big day. From the hair to the glam, the moms and bridesmaids all looked/felt spectacular! 10/10! I loved how I looked, too, but unfortunately my hair did not AT ALL hold the same curl it had following our initial trial (and my hair naturally holds curls well). I was soooo upset when I looked in the mirror after our first look and saw that my hair had completely and totally fallen. The ceremony hadn't even happened yet! Pics attached of how I looked just one hour post-styling: I received tight Hollywood curls then wound up as looser waves, akin to a salon blowout. Fortunately, my bridesmaids swooped in and saved the day, using their own curling irons to spruce up my hair… all before the wedding had even technically begun.
- Ultimately, I would *highly* recommend Dina and her team, but more than anything, that other brides consider booking a bit of pick-up glam between the couples’ photos and the ceremony itself to avoid feeling the way I did. I would’ve LOVED to spend that hour between commitments relaxing and rejoicing with my ladies instead of tensely having them re-do the team’s work. I asked for a small refund for the anxiety, but I don't think I will be getting that back.
*** In a nutshell, Dina and Rosy are awesome and I hope they know I appreciate them. I just wish things had turned out different so I could leave her the rave review with absolutely no criticisms.

back, she said no but was insisting I send her a refund. I spoke to the stylist, who has twenty years of experience, is a trusted friend and someone I have worked with for over ten years. She is attentive, doesn't cut corners and truly cares about the work she creates. Rosy let me know the list of products she used, the technique and everything was the same from the trial. She came to the conclusion that the only thing that was different this time around was that Jessica had a blow out the day before. She has naturally curly hair and at the trial, it was in her natural state. No one wants an unhappy bride and my initial reaction to come back to the site was the best offer I could make in the moment to assist and make it right. The correspondence, the way I was spoken to and texting me at 3am was not necessary. Service providers give their effort, their time and care to their brides. It isn't a pass to be mean, threaten or antagonize. I spent over a year corresponding with Jessica, and it was an unfortunate end. I have over 150 5-star ratings and this is my first negative experience. I will take this as a learning moment and move on.

Weddings, and the events leading up to them, can be stressful and nerve-racking, but they were a source of optimism and made me feel so beautiful.
