-Kelly was amazing to work with! We talked on the phone through the timeline and she offered her advice based on her experience, but was also open to whatever the Bride and Groom wanted, so we were able to work together well.
-The service of the dinner was efficient and very professional.
-The staff were all incredibly nice and answered any questions we had. They were also super adaptable whenever we pivoted to move inside because of possible rain.
-Kelly’s husband (I forgot his name 🤦🏼♀️) was so kind and offered to serve the cake for us and clean it up. He was mindful of some couples wanting to keep the tops of their cakes and asked me before just slicing into it.
-They arrived promptly and setup quickly.
-I also heard the food was incredibly delicious, especially the pulled pork.
-They were very accommodating and packaged up the leftovers for us as well as poured the leftover drinks into our containers.

Given the expected number of guests, they were able to guide us to what numbers of food (numbers of appetizers, number of meats and sides and quantities, amount of desserts) to get and we ended up with few leftovers and everyone went home full (indicating they were right on with their numbers!!). They showed up on time and ready, they served the bride and groom the plates at the front table. All the food was so delicious. And they stayed to clean everything up after dinner. Our wedding was at a museum and the museum director said he loved working with them due to their professionalism. The price was very reasonable. We would highly recommend Smoke in the Hills for any event.

After trying the food, we immediately knew that we had to book them to cater our wedding. Our guests raved about how great the food was all night. The appetizers pretty much flew off the trays before dinner. If you want some excellent barbecue, you don't need to look any further than Smoke in the Hills BBQ. The hardest part was choosing what to serve because everything was truly so delicious. You won't regret booking them for your event, we cannot recommend them enough. Side note: the strawberry lemonade is top notch as well!
