ed to do a cocktail-style dinner, with an hour of a grazing station and passed appetizers, an hour of a main food station with some other small bites, and then finished with the last hour of bite sized desserts. Liz was incredibly helpful with guiding us on how many options to choose and when to put what out. We never did a tasting, and went off of reviews and recommendations and I'm so pleased with how everything came out! While we were so caught up during our day that neither myself or my husband really had a chance to eat, I had a lot of guests comment to us about how incredible the food was. Our main station was their mac and cheese and we were lucky enough to have some leftovers packed up for us which we were able to eat when we got home. The mac and cheese was delicious as were the meats that went along with them. We were also told the reuben sliders were amazing! We used Skyline for their bartending services as well and they seemed to handle our 162 person wedding with ease. They also were very flexible with making some adjustments to the offerings that came with our package which allowed us to have a few things I personally preferred (and I know a number of other people did as well) behind the bar. I would definitely recommend Skyline Catering for an event!

They handled everything so smoothly, from providing the linens to executing the food service beautifully. The food was delicious, the presentation was impressive, and they were incredibly patient with my many requests. Every detail felt thoughtfully taken care of.
Our wedding was three weeks ago, and I’m still amazed at how seamless the entire night was. We opted out of have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, so having a team this organized and reliable meant everything to us. Between Skyline Catering and our awesome DJ, everything flowed perfectly, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy the celebration. We’re still smiling.

d and I decided to try them out on the winery’s recommendation as a caterer for our wedding.
Their outstanding food (we chose the BBQ package), staff, and service helped take the stress away from our big day. It’s important to note that their staff really went out of their way with setting up beforehand, and during the service they plated my and my husband’s dinner for us and regularly came over to check on us to make sure everything was going right. We also had an open bar through Skyline, and all of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved both bartenders.
Additionally, we were having a hard time determining how we would go about doing dessert for our wedding, and Skyline happily provided an amazing and decadent spread of cupcakes of various flavors for our wedding (we loved the Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes the most)!
I simply can’t thank Skyline enough and we highly recommend them for your special event dining needs!
