Terrible experience. We paid in full for chair covers for our wedding prior to our wedding for her “discount”. The day after our wedding we realized that Mary did not provide chair...
covers. After ignoring our calls for multiple weeks she responded saying that she totally forgot and to send an address to be refunded. After a month of no refund and blocking our calls. We had to have a constable serve her papers to show up for court for us to get our money. She did not show and still to this day we haven’t received a refund. Please be careful hiring this company, and prepaying for the event. Chance that she does not show or refund your money.
Mary was perfect!!! She went above and beyond to make sure my day went exactly how I wanted. She did things that I didn't pay her to do to ensure that things went smoothly. She mad...
e my reception absolutely beautiful. She literally saved my wedding day after a hiccup with my reception venue. Overall, she's the best option for flexibility, feasible, beautiful work on your wedding day. I recommend her 200%!
Mary was absolutely delightful to work with during our wedding planning! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking to piece of mind for their wedding :)
This was the easiest company do deal with. Our chair covers looked great! They did all the dropping off and picking up. We didn't have to do a thing!
My brother and sister-in-law were having their first baby after 13 years of trying and I wanted her baby shower to be the most amazing thing. Mary listened to my vision of the sho...
wer and provided exactly what I wanted! She not only brought the linens and chair covers we had discussed, she went a step further and made adorable center pieces complete with peanuts in them for my baby elephant theme. She turned a church basement Sunday school room into a magical place. The look on my sister in laws face when she walked in was priceless. Everyone loved the decor. I couldn't have asked for better results. Thank you, Mary, for giving my sister in law the baby shower she deserved!
I really liked the wide selection of items and colors to choose from. She was a little difficult to get ahold of at times but it all turned out great! They also set all the chair c...
overs and sashes up by themselves so I didn't need to worry. Everything looked beautiful!
Horrible! Would not answer my phone calls after I paid in full 6 months prior to the wedding. Did not finalize head count with me before ordering. She said I would get rein burst i...
f my headcount went down....this never happened. I ordered 150 chair cover and sashes and only had 88 people total...I planned the wedding from out of town 10 hours away and the two times I drove into Erie, she ignored my phone calls. I finally got a text on the last day on my way out of town. I coordinated by email to set up a meeting with all my vendors four days before the wedding...when she did not show up thirty mins after the meeting started, I called I called her. Not that she answered, oh I could never leave an email because her mailbox was always full. I texted her and she was in a meeting with another client. That client should have been me! I did a better job at planning my wedding from Afghanistan and Tennessee than this person can get through life on a daily basis. Stay away!!!
