This company over promised and under delivered! We Spent thousands of dollars using this vendor for our wedding and was given excuse after excuse as to why the service was as poor ...
as it was “ 2 people didn’t show up” “they were at another event until the morning “ not only were some tables not served but food was also cold when it was finally received 2 hours into dinner not to mention the whole staff (with the exception of the MC ) was unpleasant to work with. In addition my husband and I ended up serving drinks to our guests on our wedding day as drinks for whatever reason were not given to guest. I could go on and about how deplorable the level of service we received was. On top of this Arlethea took minimal accountability for her actions and in turn tried to pin things on my husband and I. In the end we were offered a 700 which we only accepted due to no longer wanting to deal with her. I am only writing this review 5 months after our wedding due to finding out someone else also received the same level of piss poor service we did and I can only help think that if I would have written a review early it could’ve saved someone else the heartache (as I am never one to leave a review as I choose to let the lord hand out karma as he sees fit) if you are thinking of using this company think twice.
