iliar with, it went much smoother than i thought. I found them on an ad on Facebook due to phone research for catering. I decided to message them and immediately I had a response from Ellis. She has great knowledge of her job and even walked me through how it was going to be executed. She asked me great questions and provided detailed information. She even went beyond and above to set up a table décor set for me to verify my expectations and vision. I was sold and made my decision within 24-hours!! We scheduled the food tasting and made it all happen! Ellis, walked us through the whole tasting options of our choice, and overall very SMOOTH! The billing and communication were excellent, Ellis was patient and answered ALL my questions throughout the whole process, and she kept me updated on payments, including verification on any changes or updates!
Wedding Day: Despite encountering a brief 1-hour downpour due to Hurricane Francine, her staff exhibited exceptional flexibility in ensuring the success of Catering. Her staff had meticulous attention to detail assuring everything was fulfilled properly. She executed the job, Her staff were positive and with an EXCELLENT attitude towards the guests. Her staff were early, prepared, and with an awesome attitude. They all knew what exactly had to be done! Her receptive approach and valuable knowledge about food flavour and portions surpassed our expectations. We were treated and served like MAJESTIES!!!! Seriously, we never got up for food or drink, even after the reception, the bar staff came asking if Chris or I needed a drink. Their food packaging was great too!
Simply Catering rewarded us with a memorable experience. My guess couldn’t stop talking about the exquisite food they served and their PROFESSIONALISM. We STRONGLY recommend trying their Charcuterie for Cocktail hour and Parmesan Herb Grilled Chicken and Flank Steak. My Goodness!!! My guess and I couldn’t have enough of it, was super delicious! This company can be all-inclusive. They provide drinks, Bar service, Food, Cocktail /Social hour, Coordination, Décor, Table set up, YOU NAME IT! it can all be customized to your desire, very flexible, very workable, and prices are BEYOND reasonable for those on a budget !!!
They’re committed to executing and making everyone’s belly beyond happy! , I can't thank her enough for her to travel to my location and complete one of the most important things of a wedding. I am profoundly grateful for the exemplary service and professionalism demonstrated. I wholeheartedly recommend Simply Catering as an exceptional Cater for various events. You WILL NOT be disappointed!.I will definitely continue to consider them in the future for my big family gatherings, finding this Catering Company for my wedding was one of the BIGGEST highlights and BEST decisions made!!
One thing I suggest is 2 weeks or so before the wedding to have a phone call and make sure both parties are on the same page, don’t assume. I think Elis and I had a tiny misunderstanding on a few items but in all honesty, it was still perfect, when your guess continues to talk about the food 2 months later! you can’t argue and no one can beat it. 1000% worth IT!!!!!!!!.
THANK YOU SIMPLY CATERING!!!!

I had some issues with how a few things on my wedding day turned out (they were all very small things) but she called me about it as soon as she could to make everything right and that really impressed me. She is very sweet and her food is delicious!

ced as well. However, after signing we were a bit let down with communication, and us running out of appetizers on our wedding day. We were assured that this has never happened during any of their weddings before. However, when we reached out with our concerns after the wedding, we did not receive a response from the owner as well. We are still overly satisfied and happy with how our wedding day turned out! We are just a bit down that there was not quite enough food.

not want a buffet and I wanted stations set up so my guest wouldn’t have to stand in line and could mingle. Well they set up a buffet line and did not communicate those changes to me. My coordinator was told that the people who prepped the food said the buffet works better and stations would not make sense with the menu we choose. At no point was I told our menu would be an issue being set up as stations. We would have made changes to accommodate having stations. We wanted a whiskey sour as a signature drink and asked if the egg foam on top of the drink would be possible. We were told they could do it. We know servicing a large crowd usually means food/drinks are premixed/made. The egg foam was mixed in with the whiskey sour and it did not impress my husband as it was “his” signature drink. The staff as a whole were great, Jamie was awesome and I was really excited to work with them. But I would have rather of done a seated dinner than a buffet. I personally felt that the buffet took away from the elegant vision we were hoping to achieve.

only did we love the food but our guests raved about it during our reception and after the wedding. We even had guests ask for their business card! I was so nervous to book our wedding caterer because my husband and I are such big foodies and wanted all of our guests to eat and eat well. Boy did they! The whole experience was amazing and we are so grateful to have had Simply Catering be a part of our day!

ss shows through with her food and the presentation. Everyone raved about the food and had nothing but good things to say about her team. I, however, was impressed that my husband and I actually got to enjoy the food at our wedding because of her amazing staff! They made sure we had warm plates of food waiting for us at our seats, and let me just say the food was AMAZING!! Even with a global pandemic, they made sure everyone was well-fed and safe. Thankful for their expertise.

ommodating throughout the whole planning process. The food was incredible- Nicole made us a plate on our wedding day and made sure we got to enjoy it! We got a lot of compliments from guests! The whole team, including the bar tenders and servers, were extremely nice to everyone. That made me so happy. My guests felt taken care of that day. I'm so glad I went with Simply Catering. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

t and the staff was superb! There may have been ~10 or more workers there but you could not tell as they did not "get in the way". Everything ran like a well oiled machine. I do not remember the day of point person's name but she was great! I would walk up to her to ask her to do something and she would say it's already done. When it was time for my wife and I to head to the hotel they had already packed us a to go picnic basket and cleaned up everything and even took the trash with them. It literally looked as though they had never been there which was perfect since our wedding was hosted at our home. Oh I also cannot forget to mentioned the great work the rep did (Chris). He was very responsive when we had questions and even offered suggestions on how things should be setup based on the wedding he had seen (e.g. table/chair setup, linen color, etc). This catering company really helped put our wedding on an entirely different level of greatness and we would definitely use them again and/or recommend them to anyone else. We ordered package #3 and choose the following selections:
Chicken and Waffles
Tomato Soup Shooters
Mini Sweet Potato Biscuit
Brisket
Lemon Herb Chicken
Mashed Potato Bar
Pasta Station
Roasted Vegetables
Salad
Red Velvet Cake Shooter
Cookies and Cream Shooter
Water/Tea
Bar Service
Champagne Toast (Bottles opened and poured at Guest tables)

even last minute. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they loved the food! The servers were also great at bringing us allll the appetizers during our photography session. We even got to-go boxes at the end of the night! Couldn’t say enough good things!

initial interest email down to the very end. The staff was excellent! Very professional and polite. One of the best things about them is they bring in their own decor to match your wedding scheme and tables. It really is an all inclusive catering company from cake cutting, to dinner wear, to clean up. Simply Catering really made the wedding process flow smoothly and they really are focused on you and making sure you are happy. Most married couples say they didn't eat at their wedding, but they made sure that we had food at our table so we could sit down and eat. And they made us a picnic basket with a little bit of everything. ^_^
The BEST food! Highly recommend doing a tasting, you will not be able to choose your favorites because they're all amazing.

h mini chicken n' waffles (crowed favorite) and bacon wrapped dates for appetizers and had pork tenderloin with apple chutney and tri-tip roast for the main course options. Both were excellent but the roast was literally melt in your mouth delicious. We decided to have some small dessert options in addition to the wedding cake and went with the oreo shooter and min key lime pies. Both were delicious and covered everyone's taste buds.
Aside from the food, Nicole was a god send in terms of being extremely organized and on top of everything throughout the entire process. She took great notes from our tasting and was always organized but never pushed us in any direction unless we asked for it. It was so pleasant to have a vendor that you don't have to babysit and just gets it done without having to ask.
If you're looking for great food coupled with a very professional but down-to-earth staff, you need look no further.

credible food! Part of what makes working with this company so great is that they truly care about your wedding and making you happy! Nicole was so great to work with. She responded to all of my emails very quickly. I never felt confused or worried about the catering at my wedding. Nicole also offered to come to the final walk through with my coordinator--a service some caterers would charge for. She asked questions and knew exactly what was going on. The food at the wedding was so so soo good! My husband and I each had seconds. I received so many compliments from our guests. The service team was also on point. Trent and I cannot thank Simply Catering enough for giving us such a wonderful dinner on our special day :).

re lucky enough to attend a open house tasting where their food was the star of the show and really our initial factor in choosing Simply Catering. Their customer service and sheer love of their clientele made our experience top notch. Jet and Nicole put together our day perfectly, from details such as linens and florals to match our arrangements. They were the styling dream team and went above and beyond. Their staff was extremely attentive to our needs- even bringing our bridal party appetizers and waters during photos to ensure that we were able to enjoy ourselves too. Not only was service amazing, but they also had the most incredible menu, customized to our wants and needs. They even made a gluten free appetizer specifically for my aunt with Celiac Disease. They treated us like family- start to finish- and really just were the most amazing caterers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. If you're looking for someone who will take the BEST care of you AND provide the most delicious food- Simply Catering is your team!

om our original call all the way to the tasting, and her team delivered on everything she promised. We had a great experience and our guests all loved the food. We had salmon, chicken, mac and cheese, orzo, veggies, and peach cobbler. Almost all guests had a second plate by the end of the wedding. Their attention to detail is impeccable, from the amount of certain spices and flavors in the food to matching the exact color scheme we were going for. Their prices are more than fair, incredible value for what we got. We couldn't be happier and can't thank Simply Catering enough. We recommend them to anyone looking for great food, service and experience.
Where do I even begin...The food? The caterers? The decor? The planning? The presentation? The flavors?

ome together perfectly with the warm tastes of fall and winter, the ambiance of colors used in the decor along with the food selections, the professional appearance of their staff - not to mention the presentation of the food itself. Talk about the PERFECT caterer selection!
The meet and greet that we had when we did our menu tasting was so professional yet personable and lighthearted. We were treated with respect and our opinions, likes and dislikes were taken to heart. We left there feeling very confident that our requests were heard and that our menu would turn out just as we wanted it too.
The owner of the company was quick to respond to emails and was efficient in making changes or adjustments - even when they were last minute! She was always polite and always prompt ~ we felt like we had known them for years, we really felt like family!
During the reception, my husband and I were served our meals with attentive service. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. The staff who attended the wedding were top notch, professional, dressed nicely and were all smiles!
The food was EXQUISITE! We have had so many of our guests tell us that the food served at our wedding was hands down THE BEST wedding food they have ever eaten! Everything was fresh, hot, crisp, tender and pleasant to look at. They really took their time to decorate the buffet tables and stations to go with the wedding theme and the venue decor. It all matched so beautifully.
Ohhh....the deserts - I cannot leave out the other favorite along side of the cake. We had milk and cookie shooters, this was a favorite among all of our guests...not just the kids! What a fun touch for the groom to have picked out - seeing as he is a milk and cookie fanatic!
Everything came together on time, with no stress and no added craziness to our big day. I highly recommend Simply Catering to anyone looking for the perfect caterer for their big day!

d. She was so open to make any menu changes we wanted and I felt as though they were very serious about making the food on our special day amazing. I'd be sure to choose the mac and cheese bar when you choose them!!

imply Catering did to make our dream wedding come true. They use their decor to match your wedding theme and they were literally SPOT ON! They always made sure me and my husband had a drink and a hors d'oeuvre in hand along with a full plate during dinner. The food was BEYOND delicious! During our tasting they took all of our notes to heart (which were a lot since both fathers had been in the food industry previously) and happily changed everything to our liking. Jet is incredible... she is so quick to respond and if she is unavailable... someone from her team with answer all your questions with promptness. We worked with Chris during tasting and linens and he was fantastic!!! I would choose Simply Catering over and over again if I had a choice. Thank you so much Jet.... you are your team and above and beyond and we could not thank you enough!!!!

very aspect of the communication and planning meetings was seamless, and they absolutely knocked it OUT OF THE PARK on the wedding day. We were running 20 minutes behind schedule and they rolled with it and kept everything warm and delicious when we finally opened the stations at the reception, which is no small feat for 240 people. My dad has a special kind of bacon he loves (Benton's bacon out of Nashville), and Jet even special ordered it at no additional charge! She really listened to everything we expressed along the way and was able to truly personalize the food at our wedding...down to our family recipe for brownies (underdone, just the way we like them!) and verde sauce to accompany the already delicious chicek!! Our guests RAVED about how delicious the food was...several people told me they went back for thirds! The grits bar (with shrimp) was a huge hit, as was the beef tenderloin and bread bar. I can honestly say I wouldn't change one thing about our menu or the beautiful way all the food was displayed. Jet really listened to what I was hoping for with incorporating greenery and gold and copper accents and keeping it all elegant without being stuffy (and rustic without being Pinterest-y or too burlap and mason jars). I recommend Simply Catering with all my heart and would use them again for any event in a heartbeat! On top of their incredible service and amazing food, their prices are way more competitive than Atlanta-based caterers. I've worked with a lot of caterers through event planning as a part of my work, and Simply Catering is the best I've ever worked with across every category. You won't be disappointed with them, I can guarantee!!!
The best around!!! I have had their food a few times at different events and it never fails to impress and leave me stuff, but still wanting for more! Everyone (still) told us how ...

gave us the most food for the best price, the best selection of food options, a personalized service, pretty decor (not your basic catering platters) and the best and most important part: their food is DELICIOUS!!! It is all home made and it tastes exactly so. They were top-notch on the day of our wedding and we keep receiving awesome compliments on how delicious our caterer was. Thank you Nicole and Jet for blowing us away! We will continue to recommend you to everyone.

Nicole about a rehearsal dinner for my sons wedding and she came through with flying colors. It is tough not knowing what you are really going to get when you don't live in the area but they were so easy to work with and I could not have asked for anything better. Nicole, Thank you for everything on Saturday. The decor on the table was exactly as our daughter wanted and the food was great. Everyone raved especially over the brisket, BBQ, and...
egg rolls but we also really enjoyed the taco station and the Mac and cheese station.
You were so helpful throughout the entire process from the quotes to the tasting to wedding day. Your entire staff made the process easy and were always so responsive to our questions.
I heard one of our guests ask your staff where your restaurant was and was disappointed to learn you only catered.
I highly recommend you for taste, value, and presentation.

o be sure that our food and tales were perfect. We had a buffet style which included a baked potato bar and carving station? how cool is that? The food was absolutely delicious, and I was so glad I was able to take time to sit and eat that night, because otherwise I would have missed out! The place settings were done to perfection as well, pulling the beauty of the venue and decor all together! Thank you guys for such a great day.

were outstanding and all the myriad other catering details (signature wedding drink, outside water bottle stations, etc. . .) were executed flawlessly. Jet knows and loves what she does and her entire staff is made up of professionals who do what they do at the highest possible levels of competence and professionalism. Most importantly, she really cares that your event is exactly what you want it to be. I would absolutely hire them again for any catered event.

cluding a variety of chicken, shrimp, and beef. All of it was incredible and Nicole personally made sure that the bride and myself were well fed the whole time!
They also handled our dessert bar and coffee and doughnuts at the end of the night. The service never dipped from impeccable! One of our guests had a gluten allergy and the servers knew which seasonings were on what so she knew if she could eat it!
My wife and I will always look at Nicole and Jet as part of the family because once you meet them it is impossible to feel any other way!
Jet and Nicole of Simply Catering were a dream to work with. They really are the best at what they do. Their level of professionalism, coupled with personal touches will not be m...
atched.
They helped me with every step of the process -- linens, layout, menu choices -- and went above and beyond.
They hold beautiful tastings at great venues on a regular basis for all of their brides with other vendors -- with great touches. Incredibly transparent about fees, pricing and expectations -- there were no surprises and it was very reasonable.
Everyone at our wedding said the food was the best they had ever had at any reception. They set up the tables with the linens and plates -- with our menus, served and broke it down.
I would book Jet and Nicole over and over again -- I cannot say enough. They are a busy group because they do awesome food and are awesome people.
