If you have found Simple Maui Wedding, look no further. They are wedding planning professionals! As a busy medical student planning a Maui Wedding all the way from KY, they made th...
e process so easy and fun. From day one, they kept the process light, personal, and all about the couple, making sure to get to know us and our dreams for the wedding day. As we progressed towards the wedding date, they constantly checked in about all of the details and further planning with constant reassurance that the day will be perfect and just what we wanted! They are full service and help with any and everything you may need⌠and things you probably wonât even think about!
Fast forward to the wedding day and every detail surpassed all of my expectations! Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The entire SMW team knows what they are doing! John, Mira, Samantha, and so many others deserve all the credit in the world! Highly recommend their team for your dream day đĽ°
From the very beginning, the entire process was so easy and stress-free, which was exactly what we were hoping for. We wanted something intimate, relaxed, and special, and you all ...
exceeded every expectation. The fact that we were able to pull off the surprise without anyone suspecting a thing made it that much more memorable! Seeing our familyâs reactions is something we will never forget.
Kylie, are on-site coordinator was absolutely AMAZING! She made everything feel so effortless and was such a joy to have there. I especially cannot say enough about how wonderful she was with our daughter. It genuinely felt like we had an extra set of hands, which was such an unexpected blessing! She was so sweet, patient, and attentive with Maggie, and it allowed Ryan and I to be completely present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. That alone meant more to us than she probably realizes!
Our officiant Kuya was equally wonderful! He was so incredibly kind, genuine, and warm. He brought such a special energy to the ceremony and made the entire experience feel so personal and meaningful. We couldnât have imagined anyone better to marry us, and we are so grateful he was part of our day.
And our photographer, Ezekiel was fantastic! He was so easy to work with and did such a great job capturing everything as it unfolded. I am especially excited to see the reactions from our surprise reveal! Knowing those once-in-a-lifetime moments were captured means the world to us, and I truly cannot wait to see all the beautiful photos he took!
I think what made the entire experience so special was that everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there celebrating with us. Nothing felt rushed, forced, or overly formal. It was just such a happy, beautiful, and memorable afternoon, and exactly how we envisioned getting married.
We will forever look back on October 16th with the biggest smiles, and we have your entire team to thank for helping make those memories possible.
Thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, for everything. We couldnât be happier with how our day turned out, and we will absolutely be recommending Simple Maui Wedding and Karma Hill Photography to anyone looking to get married in Maui!

We truly could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day, and we owe so much of that to the incredible team at Simple Maui Weddings.
From the very beginning, ...
Mira and John made the entire planning process so easy and stress-free. Planning a wedding from the mainland can feel overwhelming, but they were always quick to respond, incredibly organized, and so patient with every question we had. They made us feel supported every step of the way and gave us complete confidence that everything would come together beautifully.
On our wedding day, Diana was absolutely amazing. She kept everything running seamlessly while making us feel calm, relaxed, and able to be fully present. She thought of every little detail before we even had to ask, and her kindness and professionalism made such a difference. It truly felt like we had someone who genuinely cared about making our day perfect.
Our photographer, Samantha, was incredible! She made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her, even though we arenât used to being in front of a camera. She guided us naturally, made us laugh, and captured every emotion and beautiful moment so effortlessly. We already know these photos will be treasured for the rest of our lives.
Rev. Kuya gave us the most beautiful ceremony we could have asked for. His words were heartfelt, meaningful, and so genuine that there wasnât a dry eye among our family and friends. He made our ceremony feel deeply personal and full of love, and it is something we will never forget.
If youâre looking for a team that truly cares and goes above and beyond, Simple Maui Weddings is the best choice. Every single person we worked with made us feel special, and everything was handled with such care, professionalism, and kindness. Our wedding day was more beautiful than we ever dreamed possible, and we are forever grateful to Mira, John, Diana, Samantha, Rev. Kuya, and the entire Simple Maui Weddings team for giving us memories weâll cherish for a lifetime.

ed us find amazing vendors for our cake, makeup, and reception. Kuya brought humor and heart to our ceremony, making it feel deeply personal and unforgettable.
On the day at Polo Beach, Lisa was a joy. She handled every detail perfectly and made sure we could just enjoy the moment with our friends and family without worrying about a thing.
Tenessa from Karma Hill Photography was wonderful. She captured every special moment beautifully and made the whole photo process feel relaxed and fun.
We canât thank Mira, Lisa, Kuya, and Tenessa enough. They made everything simple, stress free, and full of aloha!
We have had a flawless experience with Simple Maui Weddingâs. The whole process has exceeded my expectations. We had a beautiful, perfect wedding thanks to your team. Kylie was...
great and had us all on track with what we were supposed to do, she was a delight. Our officiant, Kuya made the whole thing meaningful yet lighthearted and comfortable. He was someone who will stick with me, just a great man. The ukulele player and Hulu dancer were a perfect compliment to our ceremony & mini celebration. Our photographer did a phenomenal job at making the pictures easy and comfortable, not an easy job! We loved her and canât wait to see her work from our day.Â
My hair and makeup artist, Shelby from Simply Beauty Maui was amazing! She was there early and got me finished exactly on our time schedule. Iâm a hairstylist myself and was concerned I would be too picky but she did such a beautiful job, I didnât change a thing.Â
Every single person that we worked with from Simple Maui Weddingâs has been 5 stars âď¸ for professionalism, friendliness and just great at what they do. I would highly recommend your company to anyone considering a destination wedding.Â

Our wedding was fantastic and beautiful!! Everything went so smoothly. From my first interaction with y'all until the very end after the ceremony, I never once felt stressed about ...
the process or ceremony. Y'all made this so easy for KC and I, especially for me since I'm the planner in the relationship lol. We went with one of their beach wedding packages and a couple of upgrades, and they literally handled everything for us. In terms of preparing for the ceremony, the only things KC and I had to do was take care of the marriage license task. Their packages are thoughtful and affordable- worth every penny! The beach was beautiful. The florals by Dellables were gorgeous and cohesive in style. The cake was delicious (not sure who their vendor is). Rev. Robert Alamodin (officiant) was great, and he made us feel welcomed and not rushed. Wai (day-of coordinator) was fabulous. Samantha (assigned photographer from Karma Hill) was patient with us and made us feel comfortable since KC and I aren't photogenic peeps. Seriously, I'm so grateful I chose y'all.
Here's their blog about our wedding: https://simplemauiwedding.net/natalee-kc-maui-beach-wedding/

Big thank you to our 3 on site team members - Rev. Joe Miles, photographer Samantha and coordinator Christina, you were all amazing and will be remembered as part of our incredible day.

nd. They consistently demonstrated their commitment to excellent communication and expertise, always providing thorough answers to our questions.
As the date of the wedding approached, they proactively reached out to us through email and phone calls, ensuring we had all the necessary information. This proactive approach significantly eased any pre-wedding jitters we had.
Our onsite coordinator, Diana, was exceptional. She meticulously followed our timeline, demonstrating professionalism that allowed us to relax, be present, and thoroughly enjoy every moment of our wedding day.
In summary, we wholeheartedly recommend Simple Maui Wedding if you're considering getting married on the stunning island of Maui. To the entire team at Simple Maui Wedding, we are immensely grateful to you for making our big day unforgettable.

le to pull it off. The craziest thing about planning our wedding was that we had never been to Maui or any Hawaii island. I found Simple Maui Weddings on google and loved the pictures on their website and couldn't find any other vendor that offered what they did and had the type of pictures I was hoping for. It seemed like Simple Maui Weddings checked all the boxes so I decided to take a chance on it since we live on the east coat and they had all the contacts on the island. Simple Maui Weddings answered every question we had and provided amazing recommendations for hair and makeup, dinner options, shuttle services, ect. Just about every vendor we used was from their recommendations list and we were amazing with the level of service and professionalism we received. Our family has raved about the ceremony and dinner ever since we got back from the wedding. We were also amazed by our pictures we received back and were just what I was hoping for. Simple Maui Weddings has an eye for detail and were amazing at making sure we felt comfortable and all of our questions were answered. Although they had many other weddings going on, they always made time to jump on a call and respond to emails timely. I would recommend them and all the vendors they recommended to anyone looking for a planner on Maui. They even gave us a cute gift for our dog who we weren't able to bring to the island with us.
Everything from start to finish was excellent! We were kept informed every step of the way. All of our questions were answered. As far as the wedding planning goes, they really too...
k the stress of that off me and my now husband. We are so grateful for them. We would recommend Simple Maui Wedding to anyone seeking a stress-free beautiful wedding in Maui!
My husband and I had the most beautiful beach wedding through Simple Maui Wedding. The ceremony was absolutely perfect. From the moment we started emailing, their communication was...
clear and the team was so helpful and worked together to make our day a dream come true. There was zero stress when it came to planning. When we arrived at the beach our nerves melted away as the on site coordinator Rebecca took care of every little detail. We went with a Hawaiian ceremony with the officiant Kuya which was such a great experience for us and our guests. Our guests keep telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We wouldn't change a single thing. Mahalo to everyone at the SMW team! We love you!!! <3

us. The photographer was so easy to work with and made the photo shoot so fun. The wedding coordinator was extremely sweet and easy to talk to she did everything perfectly. The whole event went by with such ease! My husband and I are so happy we used simple Maui weddings. I would recommend them to everyone who is thinking of getting eloped to use these fantastic people.

I'd just like to take a second to say my wife and I absolutely loved our experience with Simple Maui Wedding! After starting our wedding planning awhile back, we quickly realized t...
hat doing a traditional big wedding was not going to be our thing. We started looking at eloping in Maui and eventually our path crossed with SMW. The whole team over there (mostly spoke with John, Mira, and Aurora) were genuinely kind people who made the process as easy as it could've been. We received informative emails throughout the time leading up to the wedding, and then a week before the big day we had a phone with John and he laid all the details out and answered any questions that we had. I'd also like to give a shoutout to WAI, she was AMAZING! Wai was our onsite coordinator for the wedding and she is a lovely human being. I can only wish that every couple have their wedding day coordinated by her :) Our officiant, Robert, was amazing as well. Such great people. This was the best day of our lives and it was largely due to the experience that SMW gave us. We are so grateful and will never forget the time we had with them.
If a small wedding/elopement is on your radar, do yourself a favor and do it through Simple Maui Wedding.

ea Beach Resort. SMW always responded promptly to our emails and John checked in with us leading up to the wedding, which left me feeling reassured that everything was taken care of.
On the big day, everything went super smoothly thanks to our coordinator, Wai. She was so, so nice and listened to all of our questions and requests. Our officiant, Rev. Kuya, was incredible as he guided us through the ceremony. I especially loved the Hawaiian elements since I grew up on Oahu. Afterwards, our families kept telling us how much they loved it too and how personal it felt. Our photographer, Samantha, was also amazing. She was very familiar with the venue and knew all the best locations. She patiently directed us and we love how our photos turned out! We also opted for a musician and SMW booked Kalo for us, and the soothing ukulele music just perfected the ambience. All in all, the day exceeded our expectations, which is saying something since we've been dreaming about it for months! Thank you so much to the team!
If you're looking to have a small, low stress wedding on the beautiful island of Maui, I highly recommend Simple Maui Wedding.
I cannot say enough thanks to the wonderful staff with Simple Maui Weddings - especially Wai & John! We were set to get married on 08/08 at Olowalu Plantation House, but my husband...
and I got separated while on the way to the venue due to the fires in Lahaina spreading so quickly. Wai was such a calm and reassuring presence on that day and assured me she would be by my side to figure everything out. Due to the devastation of the fires in Lahaina, my husband and I remained separated for 2 1/2 days until he was able to leave the west side of the island. John and Wai went above and beyond working to secure details of a new wedding for us, in a new location. They provided great suggestions, excellent communication, and truly made us feel like family! We were able to get married on 08/11 at White Rock Beachđ¤ While it wasnât the wedding we had planned for, we were so, so grateful to be there together and make it happen in Maui, which we couldnât have done without our wonderful team at Simple Maui. Special shout out to Wai who kept my bouquet fresh & perfect for 4 days!! I cannot recommend this company enough âşď¸ Many mahalos!! đ¤đ¤
Highly recommend.

cision of my life. They handle everything that a bride and groom shouldnât worry about in their wedding day! My husband and I chose the elopement package with a few an add-ons like the cake cutting ceremony, rose petals to have tossed in the air for photos, and flower circle! They are affordable, professional, sincere, and super helpful! Mira, Aurora and John were awesome! And my flowers were to die for, totally what I envisioned. I also wanted a mini trash the dress session during the wedding so they set aside a few minutes for us to run into the water, wedding gown and all! The professional photography company they work with is Karma Hill Photography and they are so amazing! Our photographer was Samantha and she was a doll. She got such incredible shots of us and also asked us what we wanted in photos, which was really nice. We also booked our own videographer for about 3 hours of footage from us getting ready in the hotel room, to our first look in the hotel lobby, and our wedding ceremony and cake cutting! The videography company we used is local in Maui and itâs named ALL TIME MEDIA, and Juliana and Andre Offergeld were so so incredible! I dealt with Juliana over the phone and email, she was so sweet and if you book them directly yourself without a coordinator doing it, you get a sweet deal! Also ask them about getting the raw footage! Andre was so professional and knows what heâs doing. They also have a drone they use which is a must in Maui! Both photos and video are looking great so far as we got a few sneak peeks and canât wait for the rest!
If you are having any doubts in planning a wedding, fly to Maui and get married with the help of Simple Maui Wedding and All Time Media!

e always dreamed of. Discovering SMW and reading the reviews made it an easy choice for us to get eloped there. They are so caring, informative, friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I honestly wish I could relive that day all over again - not just because it was a special day for my husband and I, but because of their wonderful service. We didn't have to worry about anything! John, Aurora, Mira, Rebecca, they were amazing! We couldn't stop talking about how our wedding day was a 10 out of 5! No hiccups in sight. We HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend 1, eloping to avoid family and friend issues leading up to YOUR wedding day, 2, doing it in a beautiful, tropical place, and 3, hiring Simple Maui Wedding for quality service and happiness over stress on your wedding day!

plan my Maui elopement, Simple Maui wedding was exceptional to interact with! They were quick with their responses when I first contacted them, and they addressed all my questions and concerns from planning a Gun-shot elopement. They selected amazing vendors for me, and their list of recommended vendors were idyllic! A week before our wedding one of the planners called us to walk through all the details, and provided us with our day of plannerâs contact information.
The day of was seamless. My day of planner Emmy, was was there to greet my husband beforehand, and felt like a built-in bridesmaid for me! She even FaceTimed in my family for a super special moment for our daughters to see our elopement. The officiant they selected, couldnât have been more perfect, and their photographer from Karma Hill was absolutely amazing. I canât express how grateful I am for everyone on the Simple Maui team and Karma Hill photography. Their suggested vendors worked so well with Simple Maui wedding. My videographer and photographer knew each other, and it felt like they were on the same team the whole time. Even my make up artist they suggested, Donna Romero, knew just where to highlight and contour my face based on the way the photographers edit their images. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you so much to Simple Maui wedding for such a wonderful experience!! I wouldnât change a thing!

e'll we all know how those years affected many industries, travel and life. Due to restrictions we needed postpone our Maui wedding to September 2022. We still wanted our wedding date, so I had 3 weeks to plan a wedding. Seriously the most stressful 3 weeks, I was also opening a business at that same time, hands down so thankful to have found SMW!
SMW took care of everything and it was so easy to work with everyone and we were well taken care of. I never want to use their services again, because I hope I have found the love of my life, but will recommend them to everyone day and night! They are simply the best!

ndled all the details, from minor to larger, without skipping a beat. She made sure we (the bride and groom) as well as our guests knew exactly what to do and when to do it. She was very discreet and professional being behind the scenes and sometimes we forgot she was even there. Our officiant, Joe, was a god send. He was so perfect for us in every way. We felt his sincerity, and appreciated his quirkiness and humor. He knew when to be serious with his blessings and when to lighten it up. He brought the perfect balance of traditional Hawaiian and sprinkled in the perfect amount of religious with just a simple opening and closing prayer. Our photographer was professional yet fun and captured our love, the views, and our family (guests) perfectly. We felt very comfortable working with her. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

They selected Kula as our minister and he did a great job as well and entertained our guests throughout the ceremony.
Overall they did a wonderful job planning and and coordinating the wedding and Iâd recommend the SMW team to anyone looking for a great team to take care of you!

changes I made along the planning process. The day of coordination got a little mixed up, everything started off late (not SMWs fault) and their was some confusion as the photographer was already at the ceremony cite with all our guests but I wanted a private âfirst lookâ not in front of everyone, so that took some extra time to get the key people back (itâs a LONG walk in a wedding dress to the DT Fleming beach ceremony cite haha). Overall though everything worked out great! And their patience was very calming on the stressful start to the morning. Thank you SMW. :)

Secondly, I had provided a roll call sheet for photos twice and during the time of photos after the ceremony, the on-site coordinator didnât facilitate the group photos correctly and we missed solo photos with each of our mothers which was a huge a bummer. stly say that despite the hiccup, SMW handled it with such grace and helpfulness to us. I knew of several 2020 brides that had to deal with so much stress, but that was far from the case for us. They have been the sweetest team and always quick to answer any questions and concerns that we had. Our new date was absolutely perfect and totally seamless because of them. Even if we had to delay, it was well worth the wait and I couldn't have asked for a better day! If you have any hesitation about booking with Simple Maui Wedding, let it be known that I had to reschedule everything and it still went 100 times smoother than I could have ever hoped for! This is Maui's dream team for weddings. Don't wait, BOOK THEM NOW!!!

Our venue at the 5 Palms was beautiful. I could not have picked a more gorgeous setting to get married. The on-site photographer and coordinator were so friendly and clear about the timeline. They helped everything go smoothly for both myself and our guests.

days before the wedding, we got on a call with them to discuss the details. On the day of the wedding, Naomi (our coordinator) was super helpful! She texted me a couple of hours before the wedding. And when we got to the beach, she approached us as soon as she saw us! We asked Naomi to take a few photos too using our own camera so we can have something to share to our families right after the wedding and Naomi took a lot of photos which was soooo nice!!! Rev. Joe Miles was our officiant and he was just super warm and funny! Karma Hill and Cinemaui were the vendors that Simple Maui Wedding got for us for photography and videography, respectively, and they were both wonderful and professional! We just got our sneak peak of photos and canât wait to see the complete collection and our videos as well!

ng from Texas to get married, so we had a lot of other things on our mind and it felt so nice knowing we could offload some of the details and they would be handled. Our day of coordinator (Naomi) was like having a bridesmaid there with me. She was super sweet, brought a mirror to let me touch up any last minute details right before walking down to the ceremony, fixed my dress, and had water bottles and tissues waiting for us right after the ceremony and before pictures. Our officiant was AMAZING! He made everything so magical and fun. And our photographer was a rockstar. They really are a dream team.
With COVID, we had to re-schedule our Maui elopement four times. SMWâs entire team hands down has the most incredible customer service, constantly in contact with you to make you f...
eel comfortable. They handle every tiny small detail that you as a bride might even forget. "Simple" describes how easy they made every single part leading up to our special day. Every step of the way even being all the way in California, I never once felt like the ball was dropped. The way they make you feel like you are top priority, listening to every concern and answering every question is the high level service you expect from a large wedding. Jen, our on-site coordinator, the GOAT, we cannot thank you enough. For a random (uncommon) torrential downpour, Jen remained so cool, calm and collective, making sure everything was picture perfect. The Simple Maui Wedding team, Jay and I cannot thank you enough. You made our day magical and memorable. We will be sure to use you for future events such as vow renewals Mahalo

regon, but Aysha, our onsite coordinate from SMW was so organized and answered all of our questions leading up to our big day. I can truly say we landed stress free and excited to start our chapter as Mr. & Mrs! SMW helped us find Meili Autumn Beauty - the BEST hair and makeup artists (my personal glam squad), who made me look stunning! They also helped us book our videographer Cinemaui, our photographer Karma Hill Photography, our musician Wailau, and the best officiant Rev. Richardo Hanakoo. The entire process was so easy and fun. On our wedding day, Aysha was at the beach to greet us. She brought my beautiful bouquet and made our special day run so smoothly. It truly was perfect! We were so impressed by how professional, organized, and friendly everyone was. My hubby and I couldnât stop smiling or dancing on the beach. Itâs a memory that will always look back on with a big smile. I never thought destination planning could be easy and stress free, but thanks to SMW it was. We are so impressed by the entire team and just received our sneak peek photos from Karma Hill Photography and all I can say is âWOWâ - they are so breathtaking! I canât pick a favorite. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding dreams come true!

well throughout the pandemic and worked with us as we planned... and then replanned... and then replanned our wedding day again. Our officiant Rev. Joe Miles was incredible and kept us laughing throughout the ceremony. He had the kindest soul and made our day so special. The wedding Coordinator, Courtney, was so sweet and helpful and made sure our day went smoothly. The photographer from Karma Hill Photography, Samantha, was a joy to work with and made even the most awkward subject (me... lol), who hates taking pictures, comfortable in front of the camera the entire time. The day was perfect, the ceremony was everything we had hoped for, and the photography work turned out stunning! I wish that I could do it all over again and all of the hard work that everyone involved put in to make our wedding day one that we will never forget truly showed. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you SMW, thank you Rev. Joe Miles, and thank you Karma Hill Photography. It was worth the year-long wait.
