Marina was very kind and flexible during the planning process. She helped with decor ideas and vendor recommendations. We loved our wedding at this unique and beautiful venue. There were settings for all wedding events. A natural wooded outdoor ceremony area, umbrella covered tables for cocktail hour along with outdoor and indoor bar access, places to sit back and relax in front of tabletop fireplaces. There was plenty of space for lawn games as well. Picture backdrops included a buggy, metallic animal statues, a castle wall, a mine shaft, rock gardens. We fell in love with this place on our first visit!!

From the very first conversation to the final dance, Marina and team with No. 42 Silver Mine went above and beyond in every possible way. She didn't just assist with the management of our wedding, she and her team poured themselves into it, offering thoughtful decoration ideas, hands-on setup support, and a gracious presence throughout the entire day. They were patient and accommodating with every vendor, stepping in wherever needed without ever being asked twice. When rain arrived the morning of our outdoor ceremony, the team sprang into action displaying umbrellas, covering the benches, and ensuring everything was ready for guests as if the sun had been shining all along. That kind of proactive, unflappable care is rare and made all the difference. The venue itself is breathtaking. Stunning views of the woods and mountain create a natural backdrop that no decorator could replicate. The layout is thoughtfully designed: a historic space for getting ready, a beautiful indoor option for ceremony and/or reception, and of course the magnificent outdoor setting. Every corner feels considered. We had the most beautiful wedding here, and it simply would not have been the same without the extraordinary staff. SilverMine No 42, nestled just outside of Orting, WA, is a unique venue space for weddings and other special occasions. Its original stone castle was built in 1901 atop a giant boulder and was home to miners who worked nearby.
