We got married on September 19th, and our wedding day was truly nothing short of a dream. First, the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking the stunning draping create an atmosphere that speaks for itself. My guests were speechless. Our décor was beautiful, but the venue has such incredible “bones” that it honestly didn’t need much to make it unforgettable. But what made our experience truly exceptional were Calee and Dharma. When I originally booked the venue, they explained that they were venue coordinators—not personal wedding coordinators. I completely understood and respected that. Unfortunately, shortly before our wedding, we had an extremely difficult experience with our personal coordinator and were unexpectedly left without the support we had been counting on. That’s when Calee and Dharma stepped up. They absolutely did not have to take on everything they did for us, but they saw that we needed help and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding happened exactly the way we dreamed it would. Calee, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You had only recently started working at the venue when I booked it, yet from the beginning you jumped in with a smile and made me feel like you genuinely cared about me and my wedding—not like I was simply another event on a checklist. You always responded incredibly quickly, answered questions before I even knew I needed to ask them, and radiated nothing but positivity. On my wedding day, you stayed by my side as the bride, making sure everything was going the way I needed it to and helping me feel calm and taken care of. Dharma, you were absolutely incredible too. I had only met you once before the wedding, but the moment I saw you, I immediately felt at ease. You have an energy that is so genuine that even our conversations felt less like I was talking to someone working my wedding and more like I was talking to someone I had known for years. While Calee was with me, Dharma was behind the scenes making everything happen—setting up every centerpiece, helping with the ceremony, and making sure the countless details came together. The catering, DJ, décor, ceremony setup, lighting, and all the little transitions throughout the day would not have come together the way they did without these two stepping in. The weather was also a huge concern because having an outdoor ceremony was one of the things I wanted most. Thankfully, God came through and I got my literal dream wedding. And knowing Calee and Dharma were there, ready to make whatever needed to happen work, gave me so much peace. I arrived at 9:00 AM sharp, and they opened the doors for me immediately. Everything was already set up or ready to go. Every time a last-minute issue came up, they immediately found a solution. No panic, no making me feel like a burden—just calm, capable people figuring it out and making it happen. There were also several gentlemen working that day whose names I unfortunately didn’t get, but I want to acknowledge them as well. Their professionalism, kindness, respect, and genuine warmth before our guests had even arrived meant more to me than they probably realize. They turned what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into one of the most beautiful days of my life. I will forever be grateful that they stepped up when I needed help the most. Calee and Dharma, thank you for helping give me the wedding day I had dreamed about. You went far beyond what you ever had to do, and I will never forget it. ❤️
