I can't recommend Sholeh enough. We hired her to help with the bigger parts of planning as well as be a day-of coordinator. She was amazing. I live abroad, and she was so great abo...
ut working around the (very large) time zone issue and understanding that decision turnaround time would take longer. My mom was also a big part of the planning, and Sholeh was amazing at making sure she was always included in planning meetings and was up to date on everything. Sholeh made everything seem so simple, and that really helped with keeping my stress levels down. She is super organized and makes sure that you are on top of things, so nothing becomes super overwhelming. I am so glad we hired Sholeh; she just made everything come together in a way that wouldn't have been possible without her.
We hired Sholeh Events as a day-of coordinator for our wedding. If you can afford it, I highly recommend having a day-of coordinator, particularly Sholeh Events. Sholeh and Chayla ...
were absolutely amazing to work with. Chayla was our lead coordinator on the day. They were incredibly organized, kind, and professional. Our wedding turned out perfectly, and much of it is due to Sholeh Events. I didn’t have any worries or stress, and could be present on the day. It was an absolute joy to work with Chayla at our wedding. I also love the values of their company; they support diversity and inclusion. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, I would highly recommend them and would use them as an event coordinator in the future.
Sholeh was a blessing when it came to planning our wedding. Her planning documents were detailed and accurate. They served as the perfect “plan of action” guides…we knew what to ...
do and when. She had recommendations and contact for all vendor needs. There were a few instances when my chosen vendors did not respond timely and she jumped right in to get the answers and confirmations I needed. She was a lifesaver the day of the wedding. She coordinated the setup at the chapel and reception site…I did not have to worry about a thing. Her “emergency kit” came in handy when we had tuxedo button and bustle issues. She was such a pleasure to work with and extremely professional yet personable and reliable. She helped make the planning less stressful and more exciting. Thank you so much Sholeh!
Wherever you are on your checklist, the next thing you MUST do is book Sholeh as your coordinator/planner/life saver/therapist/best decision we made for our wedding. From the star...
t, she had such a calm and positive energy that fit our vibe perfectly. She provided us with a boat load of tools and checklists from the day we signed our contract. Her network of contacts helped us form literally the Wedding Vendor Avengers. One example, our officiant fell ill ONE WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. Sholeh found our officiant within days who put together the most beautiful ceremony imaginable. Sholeh ran our rehearsal and stood in the doorway at the ceremony to ensure a seamless processional. She was a seamstress, an interior decorator, performed crowd control, you name it. Literally, I couldn't tell you what went wrong at my wedding. If anything happened, she took care of it and still hasn't told me. We are grateful beyond words and cannot recommend her enough. Ali and Rob 9.5.25
Hiring Sholeh as the coordinator for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. She was so kind and organized, went through our plans to make sure we weren’t forgetting any...
thing, gave advice on how to streamline issues, coordinated with our selected church, reception venue, and vendors, and helped with so many behind the scene details on the day, like helping the ring bearers and junior groomsmen with their boutonnières. When my bustle broke on the dance floor, Sholeh was prepared with her wedding kit and she immediately fixed it so I could keep celebrating without stress. She kept an eye on our gifts and cards too, and even secretly helped my family plan a dance floor surprise for us! Her professionalism and calm presence helped our day flow perfectly and we were able to fully enjoy every moment. Highly recommend working with Sholeh to make your special day run smoothly!

ridal party members, she coordinates with vendors to make everything seamless. And best of all, she thinks of the little things like having the venue set aside some food for the bride and groom to take home at the end of the night. we barely had time to eat and of course she foresaw that! She comforted me during the most stressful parts of planning, and she gave amazing advice the whole time. If you want to have an amazing beautiful perfect wedding experience, BOOK SHOLEH!!!!

industry, was on the ground, and has worked with multi-cultural couples (I'm Polish-American, my husband is American) -- and we're beyond happy we connected with Sholeh! Our planning was almost two years with ups and downs, and Sholeh was able to help navigate us through it all: she has all the connections in Chicago (any vendor, you name it) ensuring we got through our to-do list, sent us vendors and vetted all contracts, and was honest about the the current Chicago wedding climate from the get-go (which we really appreciated that she level-setted our expectations).
On the day of, she made sure everything and everyone was taken care of so that we could enjoy our day. She was literally our fairy godmother. We 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. Don't even hesitate. Get on her list if you can!!
If there is one decision you must make for your wedding, you must hire Sholeh as your wedding planner or coordinator. Sholeh is everything that every good planner should be. She is...
organized, thoughtful, flexible, down-to-earth, detail oriented, solution oriented, and extremely kind. She was recommended to us by our wedding venue and to say we were not disappointed would be the understatement of the century. Initially, we hired Sholeh for half-day coordination services, and planned to have the in-house reception planner handle the remainder of the day. But when the venue coordinator fell through, we immediately called Sholeh in a panic and she said, "Don't worry, consider me your full-day coordinator now." She hardly even charged us a substantial upcharge for planning the entire day. On the day of the wedding, she truly felt like family. She arrived on-time, with her wagon full of supplies, ready and eager to help. She made sure everyone was fed, went out of her way to spend quality time with the mother of the bride and bride's sister, and executed every detail to perfection. She even sewed one of the groom's cousins back into her dress at the reception. Sholeh is a dream come true. We could truly write pages about how wonderful she truly is. Believe us when we say that you must must must hire Sholeh!
Sholeh helped my fiancé (now husband) and I with wedding planning, from 4 months away to day of coordination. We kept telling our friends and family that it was the best investment...
we made for our wedding! She helped us with big decisions like recommending vendors and the day of wedding schedule, and also all the small things we never would have thought of like where to print our programs or where to get tuxes for groomsmen. She also made the wedding day run smoothly so we didn't have to think about the schedule or logistics at all. She was such a joy to work with and was a calming presence during the entire planning process. We honestly don't know how we would've planned our wedding on such a short timeline without Sholeh!
Sholeh was amazing to work with from start to finish. There was no detail left untouched and she truly has your best interests in mind. She took away all worries and made sure the ...
day went so smooth and perfectly. I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator to guide me through the process. I never felt rushed during planning and her guidance kept me on the perfect timeline. Her recommendations for vendors were also amazing to work with!

ck to the point that we genuinely were never stressed about the process and were able to really enjoy our engagement. She was so communicative to all of our vendors and was able to really bring our vision to life. Sholeh has great industry knowledge and will be able to guide any couple to make their dream day come true. As the wedding got closer, she was able to hop on calls, answer texts and provide help as we needed it. We had the inevitable hiccups leading up to our day (in relation to other vendors), but still we were able to problem solve instead of stress with the help of Sholeh. Most importantly, she is so kind and supportive during the process. Could not recommend her enough.

thing and knew I was going to need help when the day came around. She took the time to walk me through every little detail, many of which I wasn’t even thinking of. The focus she put on making sure I had the information needed to make the right choices for my day was amazing. While I felt my event may have been below what she was used to working on, it was clear she never felt that way. She put every bit of work and dedication into my day as she would have any other. Feeling very overwhelmed the day before, she took the time to talk me through my panic and help calm me down and get me organized and ready. On the day of my wedding, she handled everything perfectly and beautifully, helping to make my day even more gorgeous than I could have hoped! She also spent time making sure I was well taken care of and had everything I needed.
No matter the event, I would HIGHLY recommend Sholeh to absolutely anyone! She is professional, organized, incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and the list goes on and on!

spreadsheet on Google so that important details like vendor contact information, day-of schedule and guest list were all in one spot. We trusted her expertise and hired many other vendors, like the florist, DJ and hair and makeup artist, on her recommendations and they were all a hit as well.
