Sharon is so wonderful to work with! She did hair and makeup for me and my mom on my wedding day. As an Indian bride with naturally curly hair, it was important to me to find someo...
ne who had experience with both things, and Sharon was the perfect choice! She enhanced my natural curls into a cute updo for the wedding ceremony, and also helped with placing the tikka and head dupatta. She came back for the reception and touched things up flawlessly with a few small changes. The hair and makeup stayed in place ALL DAY despite the Texas heat and a lot of dancing! She also did a great job making my mom feel comfortable with getting her hair and makeup done professionally for the first time. She was patient with making adjustments for things my mom didn't like, and my mom was super happy with the end looks.
In addition to doing a great job, Sharon is reasonably priced, prompt with her communication, and always on time. And, she's just so much fun to hang out with! Highly recommend choosing Sharon for your hair and makeup - she is skilled, professional and friendly!
I have never felt more beautiful. I procrastinated taking off my makeup and washing my hair on my wedding night, it was just too good to remove. My mom, maid of honor, and mother i...
n law LOVED their hair and makeup and we all bond over talking about it a week later. Everything was perfect! They even did the groom's hair and it was great, he loved the way his curls looked that day. Thank you!!!
We had a great experience working with Sharon! We had a huge bridal party and honestly I did not know what I was doing. Sharon came with a great perspective and felt like a trusted...
advisor throughout the process. The day of our wedding was chaotic as expected and she did a great job making everyone feel heard and beautiful. My wedding day look was better than I could have ever imagined. Great experience and great result!
As someone who had basically no experience getting my hair and makeup done professionally, I can honestly say that Sharon made me feel amazing and comfortable, and any expectations...
I had were blown out of the water! I have struggled with acne for over ten years, so planning a wedding hoping for the most clear skin I could possibly have was anxiety-inducing, especially since your wedding day is when people typically say they feel the most beautiful. I knew after my trial bridal makeup/hair that Sharon was 105% trustworthy and the one for the big day. She listened to what I envisioned, asked for photos of my dress, and she ultimately came up with the most natural and flattering makeup I could've dreamt up. I had a huge blemish that day in particular, and it was undetectable when she was done, but my skin still looked like my best skin! I was amazed and felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. On my wedding day, she and her second were the first vendors there, and when I walked in, she hydrated my skin immediately, which was calming and helped with the dryness I perpetually have on my face. She made me feel so at-ease when I was getting my makeup done by singing along with me to the boogie playlist I put on for the ladies in the bridal suite! Just a totally uplifting and inspiring attitude. You can tell she is passionate about what she does, which is so lovely to see. She and her team did hair and makeup for myself, my mother, MIL, two bridesmaids, and flower girl, and every single one of them were beaming afterwards. I already knew they were beautiful, and Sharon just enhanced the best parts of their personalities through her artistic vision. I was so happy the entire time, and I truly felt stunning after all was said and done. As a bonus--the makeup and hair stayed put the entire night, even through an outfit change, some happy tears, and sweating while my husband and I did our first dance on roller-skates. I could not be more thrilled with the entire experience, and if it isn't clear by now, I HIGHLY recommend choosing Sharon as your gal!
Sharon was a joy to work with! We had some more "difficult" folks -ahem- MIL -ahem- in our wedding party and Sharon and her team were graceful and everyone came out feeling so beau...
tiful and pampered. She is not only immensely talented, but thoughtful, professional and made our day an absolute joy.
Sharon is by far my favorite vendor of the whole event, along with her coworker Kaitlyn. Together they did all hair and make up for the entire bridal party, bride, and mothers of t...
he bride and groom, and they did an amazing job on each and everyone of us. I incredibly highly recommend this dynamic duo. Sharon’s make up and hair is exquisite. Kaitlyn did hair and everybody looked fantastic. They are personable and funny and professional, courteous, on time, reliable, and took the pain out of getting ready for our event. prices are very competitive with many of the other hair and make up teams in the area. Do yourself a favor, don’t look any further, this is the company you want to go with, be sure to book Sharon as soon as possible because she books for an advance. I found her on Instagram and Yelp and I’m so glad I did!
Where do I begin? If I could give 30 stars I would. I have worked with many makeup artists over the years, but Sharon Marie Makeup is by far the most talented artist I have worked ...
with. I am so lucky that I was able to book her for my wedding day. I have worked with Sharon multiple times since because I seriously can't get enough of her work. It is evident that she has been doing this a long time and has perfected the art.
I am highly particular when it comes to makeup but Sharon helped guide me throughout the process and helped me determine what was going to look best for my engagement photos, my rehearsal dinner, and most importantly my wedding day. I have never felt more beautiful/confident in my life.
No chance I let anyone else touch my face because I have experienced the best of the best. I will be using Sharon for every special event I can moving forward. Book her while you can, artists like her go quick. You won't regret it!
She did a great job with my hair and makeup! She listened to my requests, but I also trusted her to use her expertise! Super nice and great to work with
Sharon is absolutely phenomenal at her art. Not only did do I get the privilege of working weddings with her, but I finally experienced first hand her work at my own wedding! WOW, ...
just wow! I’ve never looked more beautiful, and my makeup stayed all day and all night. I’m a professional makeup artist myself, and let me tell you, I learned a thing or two from this talented woman! She also has the most fun and sweet personality, and takes all the stress out of your big day. Whether you know exactly what you want, or no clue at all, she will make you drop dead gorgeous and feel like a queen.
I am so happy I found Sharon on google. I had an appointment for a trial somewhere else but after talking to her I loved her vibe so I took a chance. She did my makeup and hair for...
my bachelorette party and it was perfect! She listened to what I liked, I showed her some pictures and she made it happen. It lasted the whole day! So I definitely booked her for my wedding day. Sharon is professional, kind, on time, amazing at what she does and a beautiful person in and out. Booking her is the best decision you can make. Thank you Sharon for making me feel beautiful and being the amazing human being you are!
Sharon is a hair and makeup pro! Due to the pandemic, we had a minimony with immediate family on our original wedding day in June 2020, and finally had our big wedding celebration ...
with the rest of our family and friends in July 2021. One of the silver linings of this is that I got to have my hair and makeup done by Sharon twice. On our first date, I did a natural makeup look with an updo, and for our second date, I had a little more playful makeup with hair down and to the side. Both times I wore a hair comb -- it easily stayed in the updo, and I was convinced the weight of it would fall out of my naturally straight hair when it was down, but Sharon had it placed in well that it stayed put all night! She and her assistant Kaitlyn also did my mom, mother-in-law and aunt’s makeup, and they all looked so beautiful and were excited about how it all turned out. Sharon is also just the sweetest, most fun gal, and it’s a joy to sit and chat with her while she works her magic. She will make you feel like the most beautiful person on the planet -- book her and you’ll feel that way too!
Sharon was awesome. She did make up for my wedding including my bridal party, mother, and flower girl. Sharon and her assistant were punctual, professional, and all-around fun. She...
even drove out to the Hill Country and was so flexible about all the planning. We all felt so pampered and she made everyone look like more beautiful versions of themselves. Everyone loved her work (and we all had very different tastes). Sharon and her assistant really took a lot of the stress off the big day and really made getting ready so fun!
Sharon did my make-up, as well as make-up for two of my bridesmaids for my June wedding. As you can imagine-it was HOT! However, my bridesmaids and I all managed to stay looking fa...
bulous throughout the whole day thanks to Sharon! We were very happy not only with her ability to create the looks we were going for, but also with it lasting through sweat, tears, rain, and dancing! Furthermore, Sharon is a sweetheart! She made us all feel so comfortable and was so supportive the morning of my big day. I would recommend her to any bride!

ally good jon of making everyone feel great. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup, plus we had so much fun getting ready. She was on time, and they worked with our timing perfectly. Plus the day before the wedding she came and did my makeup for the rehearsal dinner. I know in Austin there are a lot of options for hair and makeup, but I promise you Sharon is the absolute best. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and fabulous hair and makeup artist!!
I highly recommend Sharon Marie Makeup! She communicated quickly and thoroughly, starting with the trial. She was very flexible with me because I lived out of town and had to trave...
l in for the trial. She took my concerns and requests and gave me a perfect look, even at the trial! On the actual wedding day we had some issues with the venue not being open when it should have. Not only was Sharon willing to pivot and go to plan B with no hesitation, she also helped my bridal party reach out to the venue and coordinator to resolve the problem. She was efficient, she listened to all of my party’s requests, and she was just a fun, calming presence! I felt more beautiful than ever before!
I planned my wedding pretty quickly so I was unable to do a trial run for my wedding day but Sharon was nothing short of what I had hoped for! She came recommended by 3 of my frien...
ds from all over TX & I understand why now. She did all of my bridesmaids & my own makeup in a quick & perfect manner. ut a bride who's makeup was absolutely stunning, and found Sharon was the MUA for it. I contacted her that morning, and she responded that same day ready to send me pricing estimates and talk about what I was envisioning for my look and my big day. I had talked to a few MUAs that week, and Sharon was the most flexible and treated me like she was already working for me before I hired her. She was also extremely understanding with working out a payment plan and adding services when my wedding party was constantly changing due to covid. We had to postpone our wedding originally in May of 2020 to December, and she was on board with us every step of the way when we postponed, and when we started to plan the details after deciding not to postpone the wedding again. She was quick to respond to communications and always on time and prepared. My makeup lasted all day/night, and it was exactly what I asked her for. Highly recommend!!
Sharon is awesome!! She was so kind and so flexible with me when I changed my hair and makeup plan last minute! She and her assistant came to two different locations on my big day ...
to get me and my girls ready and they did a phenomenal job! She is talented for sure, but she is also so sweet and super diligent about giving you your exact vision. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Sharon!!

es, and also did wonders for my wedding party and the MOB/MOG on the day. I felt beautiful, and my hair and makeup looked great all day. Just as importantly, she has the best, sweetest personality and was just so easy to work with. She was patient with the changes I needed during the planning months (thanks Covid), and was so fun to have there during the day getting ready. I can't recommend her enough!

evious work. I’m so glad I did. We ended up being able to do my trial about a month out from the wedding. Sharon was able to nail what I wanted and was so receptive to changing a few details regarding my hair and makeup to make it exactly as I wanted. She was so much fun to get ready with on the day of and did my hair and makeup with the changes we discussed in the trial. I cant recommend her enough! I felt amazing on my wedding day thanks to her!

l party looked gorgeous. I had a large group of girls, so she brought a colleague of hers, Amy, who was also so sweet and amazing. We had a great time getting ready with her and my bridal party loved her. I highly recommend Sharon for any makeup artist needs. She will make you feel and look incredible for your special day. Hoping to use her again in the future whenever I need my makeup done for a special occasion.

aturally curly hair, but wanted to wear it in very loose curls for the wedding. She gave me the hair of my DREAMS. My hair has never looked better. My makeup was also super great! And I didn't even feel like I was wearing a ton and I hardly noticed the fake eyelashes. She was very friendly and double checked with me that I was good to go before she left. I would highly recommend working with Sharon.

e services. And let me just tell you.... WOWOW! Sharon knows her business. She nailed the look I was going for with only one picture! On the wedding day, she was so attentive and personable. Not only did she make me look 10 years younger, she made my 18 year old daughter look more beautiful than I have ever seen her. She is so patient and she really listens! I can't recommend Sharon enough!

nd most recently used her for my own wedding. She is a TOP NOTCH makeup artist. What I like about Sharon is that she listens to you when you talk about your skin concerns or problem areas and also takes into account how you like your makeup. She makes recommendations based on your natural features and truly makes you feel like you are the most beautiful girl in the world!! I would recommend Sharon over and over again. She is very professional and is so easy to talk with it makes it such much more fun! My bridesmaids loved her work and all looked absolutely stunning!
First of all, Sharon is a gem. I had a ridiculously hard time deciding on who I wanted to work with, and I am SO glad I chose Sharon. She responds to e-mails quickly, she has great...
prices, AND she is great at what she does. For my engagement pictures, we decided to do sunrise shots, so Sharon got to my house a little before 5 AM, which in itself is incredible. Not only did she do an AMAZING job, she's a total sweetheart. My makeup stayed all day, from 5 AM to when I washed my face around 9 PM. Totally flawless. AND despite it being an unseasonably humid day in Texas, my curls stayed well too! Sharon did my hair & makeup exactly how I asked and totally helped me look picture perfect.
If you're at all hesitating, don't. Sharon and her team are the best.
