The photographer is one of the most important parts of a wedding, every bride knows this:) When deciding on a photographer with my wedding planner, I kept choosing photos on her in...
stagram that Shannon had taken. I loved everything from the lighting, the editing, the scenery, the poses, etc. Shannon was beyond easy to work with. She has a fun loving personality that makes taking pictures fun. My husband and I could not be more thrilled that we chose Shannon. We thought nothing could beat our engagement pictures with her, but our sneak peak wedding pictures are stunning! Shannon is amazing!
Shannon was the very first person we booked right after the vendor. She was with us for our engagement photos to the wedding photos. Her work is absolutely beautiful. Her persona...
lity is amazing which is so important to consider since your photographer will be with you for most of the day.
Thank you Shannon for being part of our special day and capturing the magic for us!
Shannon was flexible in meeting our needs for 2 hours of wedding photography and being friendly day of, however that's where the positive experience ends. We were married April of ...
last year and received our photos in July. There were 4 that blatantly needed editing, 3 of which were the only family pictures taken. I sent the 4 pictures to her and asked if she could edit them, she never responded. For 6 months I have emailed, texted, called, left messages with no response. My mother works with her occasionally and asked her about it, she said to send them again she would do it, but never did. After 6 months of trying to get in touch with absolutely no repsonse, I went to another photographer, who gladly edited them within 2 days.
BEAUTIFUL wedding photos. I paid for a wedding package in October 2021. The photos were great and she was great to work with. HOWEVER, I picked a package that had a 10x10 album of ...
photos. I ordered this album on 07/23/22. She said it should be shipped to me the following week. I reached out 8/9 to check the status. She claims it would be shipped that week, because she was out of town. It has now been over a month since I ordered the album. I have reached out to her COUNTLESS times via call, text, email, and social media. She has ignored each and every request despite being active on social media every day! I don’t even know how to get a refund!!! I have notified my wedding planner, and the venue as well.
Shannon was AMAZING! She captured our wedding photos beautifully and got them back to us so quickly! She went above and beyond on our wedding day making sure not only to capture al...
l the photos but made sure the bride and groom had snacks after the ceremony, drove us to our location to take photos, and made sure we had photos with everyone. I will always recommend Shannon for any photography needs. Thank you Shannon!!
Shannon is remarkable! She is able to capture special moments in ways I’ve never seen before. Her creativity and spirit come through in every session. She really brings out the...
best in people and creates lifelong treasures for her clients. And, her tremendous integrity is all too rare these days. I could not recommend her more highly for any event: weddings, engagements, family reunions, and, of course, Disney magic !
Shannon did engagement photos for my husband and I. While she was extremely sweet, I didn't feel like she captured what I was looking for. I felt the angles and poses did not 'WOW'...
me like I expected. Some of the poses included a view of my husbands back covered in sweat that was not edited out. After seeing her work from the engagement session, we decided to go another direction for our wedding day. Her work with families and at Disney do look awesome though. She just was not for me.
Quality of Service 1/5 - I gave her this score because I felt the photos we received could have been edited to a higher standard. I personally edited the photos on Paint to remove sweat visible on a solid shirt. I feel this should have been done prior to sharing with the customer.
Responsiveness 3/5
Professionalism 2/5 - I gave her this score because when we decided to go a different direction with our day of photography she did not handle the situation in a professional way and lacked customer service/ issue resolution.
Value 2/5 - I gave her this score because we were ultimately charged roughly $4.50/photo for our engagement session. To me this is slightly high, especially when the photos did not meet my expectations.
Flexibility 3/5
