We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue, with the ceremony taking place directly behind the barn looking over the pond and beautiful scenery of the property. fee per chair). It rained hard the day before so the ground was a little soft. There is a little noise from the expressway and an occasional airplane.
The indoor area is beautiful and has a gorgeous chandelier. Minimal decorations are needed. They provide tables and chairs. The bar area is nice and the restrooms are clean.
We used the loft as a space for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready since there is not a separate space for that.

and visit as many times as we needed to trial decorations and refresh our memory of the venue. Commhnication was easy and there were no surprises. The chairs and tables were all provided, we did have to pay for the outdoor chairs but they were perfect and I didnt mind. This is a truly beautiful venue and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone.
