I remember the first time I talked to Katie on the phone I had this calming sensation come over me after feeling the stress of planning a wedding. I knew after speaking with her th...
is would be the easiest decision I was going to make besides saying “I do”. Katie listened to my thoughts and turned them into reality. She was available by text, call, or email any time of day when I needed her. I hired Katie for her Coordination Services, and I could not have imagined the day without her. My husband and I got married at his family home; we had to turn a yard into a venue. Katie jumped right in and began helping me with every little detail, she didn’t skip a thing! I am so thankful for her help and support to make our special day the most beautiful day. Any couple would be lucky to have Katie and her team a part of their day!

e is fantastic at her craft. She is so on the ball from start to finish of helping to plan/coordinate your event. I hired Katie as my day of wedding planner and my only issue is that i didnt hire her sooner! She always goes above and beyond for her clients, and you can tell by her perfectionism and attention to detail that she really loves what she does. She made my big day absolutely perfect and i cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much Katie!!!

e process, addressing my many questions and concerns, and doing it with a such a positive attitude. In addition to being my planner, Katie also provided florals for me wedding.
Because of her and her team's hard work, we did not have to worry about all the puzzle pieces coming together- everything fell into place. She coordinated with the many vendors and created the tablescape and overall aesthetic of our dreams. She brought our vision to life, and we are so grateful for it. Our guests could not stop giving us compliments!
Aside from her work, Katie is such an upbeat and kind human, handling hectic moments with a sense of calm and composure that is so important on such a big day. Her assistant Isabella was also incredibly sweet and lovely. They were there to check in with us throughout the day and made us feel as relaxed as possible. I would quickly recommend Katie to anyone!
Thank you so much Katie and team; you are the real MVP's!

on. In addition to her wedding planning services, we were able to customize with adding florals. Katie captured our vision, from designing our elegant disco to arranging our whimsical arbor. Her coordination ensured that we could enjoy every moment of our special day. Katie, you are fantastic and fun, a pure delight. THANK YOU<3 AKPK 5.18.24

me time to bring our crazy wedding ideas and dreams to reality. She was there for every step of the way and was very responsive. Katie became a part of our family during the planning process. It was so much fun to bring our vision to life with someone who had as much passion for our big day as we did. We didn't have to worry about coordinating with the vendors throughout the process or worry about the little things the day of our wedding, which was amazing! It was such a treat to enjoy our wedding day and not have to worry about the moving parts around us. Katie and her team allowed us to be the guests of honor and not the host which was so worth it.

her In Laws picture who had recently passed away. Katie went above and beyond for my vision. She put her special touch on some plain purple jars, found the perfect frame and made a not so pretty boat beautiful! She was very professional, went above and beyond, took my ideas and added her special touch and she was done faster than expected! I will definitely use her again in the future, and she is always the first person I refer my friends to! Katie will not disappoint!

y. Not only were they professional, but they were so sweet and also had great energy and positivity that is so crucial. Her team went above and beyond and even took pitcures for us so that we could have them the next day. Working with Katie was such a smooth process too! She was so responsive and always made herself available for calls and meetings with our vendors. My only mistake was not hiring them to plan the whole wedding! I would work with this team again in a heartbeat!!!
Katie is one of the best in the business! She keep things calm and under control. She keeps your day stress-free, and truly cares about her clients.
We had the pleasure of working with Orchard Hill Cider Mill for both our Friday night welcome event and our Sunday brunch for our wedding weekend. The venue was absolutely perfect ...
not only because both the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, but because we felt supported from the initial call through the weekend. We are especially grateful as originally we were only doing the Friday night event with them but three days before the weekend we learned that our Sunday venue had fallen through. We were so impressed by how they were able to accommodate a last minute brunch for our wedding weekend.
Katie (the event coordinator) was very communicative, organized, and we felt that she really understood our vision. She went above and beyond both before and during the events and made sure we had all the little details that reflected us as a couple. She was also on site on Friday to make sure the event was seamless (especially as we had a portion that included speeches and live music). The entire team at Orchard Hill was professional, warm, and we and our guests felt so welcomed. We also appreciated that the the chef and catering team accommodated the dietary restrictions of all of our guests (especially last minute for Sunday). The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful!
Not only were we beyond happy with Orchard Hill Cider Mill, but our guests were raving about the venue! We also love that it is a space that we can revisit in the future. We loved our experience here - their attention to detail, clear communication, and commitment to their clients! Thank you for making our wedding weekend absolutely wonderful!

single vendor, and made our day go so smoothly. I’m kind of a control freak, but Katie truly put me at ease and was a perfect beacon on that whirlwind day. So grateful we had Katie by our side to make our wedding the perfect day!

, kind, and efficient. Most importantly, Katie understood my vision and brought it to life - she put out fires with other vendors all day long. I cannot recommend Katie enough for making my dream wedding come to life and keeping things running smoothly. Forever grateful for her and lucky to now call her a friend of mine. She is so good at what she does!

commended by our caterer, Jessica of Hearth and Table, and we are so happy that we went with this company. Katie Parent was truly the most kind and calming presence on our wedding day. She was so accommodating, funny, creative, and just down to Earth- even when our wedding standards were sky high! She rose to the occasion, understood our vision, and connected all our venders into one cohesive team. We cannot thank her and her team enough. Best day ever!! I would recommend her with all my heart.
