Planning for a wedding already has its challenges, especially if you enter into contract with a vendor that is ethically compromised. After wha...
t my fiancé and I went through this summer, I would not recommend Select Pro Media or founder, Caleb Roberts to anyone.
Our original ceremony date was June 19th. This was just weeks after the entire country experienced a mandatory lockdown of some capacity. Our home state of Wisconsin, was still partially shut down and Covid infections were still on the rise. Many states had a social distancing policy and indoor gatherings were limited to 10 individuals or less. Many experts predicted that we would not have a vaccine by the end of 2020 and due to the contagious nature of the virus, it wouldn’t go away on its own. With all this going on, my fiancé and I had to put the safety of our friends and family before our desires to get married. Traveling out of state and by plane was a danger to our well being and a risk we were not willing to take. We had no choice but to listen to health experts and cancel our ceremony.
After being completely transparent with Caleb about our situation, you’d think my fiancé and I would be greeted with understanding and empathy. This was not the case. Caleb insisted we were still on the hook for $1000 deposit and to not expect a refund.
Fast forward to today, where we have still have not been treated with compassion by Caleb or anyone from Select Pro Media. We paid $1000 for photos that were never taken and services never rendered. We understand businesses have contracts and policies to protect themselves and under normal circumstances, agree with these policies. However at present time we are in a global pandemic. The government has provided small businesses with aid packages to support them during these uncertain times. There is no need for the business to pray on and take advantage of soon to be husband and wives. A wedding should be a magical experience, not a moment in time that you regret. I strongly regret our decision for entering into contract with Caleb and Select Pro Media. This business only cares about making money regardless of the situation. Fellow grooms and brides look elsewhere.
We worked with Caleb on video services for our recent wedding. He helped us not only with an edited video of the celebration but also with a live stream of the service so all those...
who weren't able to make it could tune in as well. Thanks to his hard work and professionalism we received so many compliments and were ecstatic that we would could include all those who weren't able to attend in our big day. If you are looking for an expert videographer for your next event than my wife and I cannot recommend Select Pro Media enough!
Caleb Roberts Media was a joy to work with. They had great suggestions on angles, shots, and complimentary touches to enhance the finished video. They were super personable. The en...
tire experience was fantastic.
Caleb was amazing at making us feel special. We couldn't be happier with how intimate our video was. If you want a sweet, beautiful and intimate video, Caleb is the guy for you.
Caleb was absolutely amazing! He showed up early and was invisible through the whole evening. I so appreciate the sense of ease I got from how low maintenance he was while still ma...
naging to be everywhere at once, capturing every moment. I'm blown away by their company and their ability to capture both the spirit and aesthetic captured that I feel represent that night and my partner and I.
To say that Caleb, his wife, & his assistant were exceptional would be an understatement.
My husband and I opted for a very intimate ceremony and we were having to book the most i...
mportant things very last minute upon making this decision. Not only was Caleb prompt in all responses but also maintained a level of communication with me that is nearly unheard of while being constantly reassuring. He really made it his priority that we were happy and that we had the confidence that we were taken care of the entire time we did business with him.
Before, during, & after the ceremony he maintained an inconspicuous presence with little interruption which created the most magical, genuine moments being captured by him. Him and his wife are authentic, loving people (newlyweds themselves!) that undoubtedly take into account what they wanted when it was their wedding and because of this have the competency, impulse, & desire to make that happen for their clients.
Not to mention the turnaround time was outstanding. He sent our video set to our song and it was effortlessly sentimental, artistic albeit raw, and exemplified "us" in a way I've never seen before.
Most importantly it portrayed the day exactly the way I remembered it- Perfect.
He has a true gift and we are so overjoyed he was there for us that day. When you have a ceremony with only 4 people involved (like we did) the vendors feel like family by the end of it all & im telling you right now- the resonance of joy exuding from these magnificent people was felt the entire time. We were so privileged to have their expertise bestowed upon our wedding day. Their warm & humble attitudes helped set the tone of the day considerably and it makes a difference when you have a vendor truly there for you- & not just for "the job". You can feel it when you're near them! Their warmth & kindness. They are there for you.
I am now and forever will be indebted to them for capturing so beautifully what will be watched for years & years to come and enjoyed and felt every. single. time. thanks to their epic work.
Thank you guys ❤️ Mr. & Mrs. Rausche
