Second Line Photography

d him for mine, and he exceeded all expectations. He was directorial when needed (which we did cuz I am so awk in front of a camera) and he made us feel so at ease. And then we got the pictures back… and they were the most beautiful pictures ever. The editing was perfection, it was light and airy and romantic. Not to mention the photo booth he can provide which was like 2 birds 1 stone. Def going to find whatever excuse I can to work with him again. I’m serious…. Book Second Line.

ried I wanted him to photograph my wedding. Everything about his timeless photo style, the way he works with others, and his ability to corral very large people made him a perfect fit for what I was looking for. My husband and I are both in the wedding industry and can confidently say that Bradley is the best in the business. We got all of our photos back from each session with within a timely manner. Our wedding was perfectly captured. You can truly see the joy on our faces and the fun our guests had.

let me tell you the photos are GORGEOUS! When we told Bradley of our secret elopement, he was in and helped us plan the whole thing- from the Officiant, to the flowers, to the actual location as well as phot ops after. Bradley is professional, punctual, creative and NICE. We are thrilled with the photos. We are thinking of celebrating a milestone birthday in New Orleans and will absolutely have Bradley take the photos.

ofessional wedding photographer, but alas, on my own nuptial day, I had to set aside my camera and entrust the artistry to another. So, please allow me to regale you with a tale of sheer photographic wizardry courtesy of none other than the maestro of the lens, the sorcerer of snapshots, Brad King. My dearest Brad, where do I begin? Let's talk about your time management skills – they're so impeccable that I'm convinced you have a time-turner like Hermione Granger. Our wedding day was a whirlwind of excitement, but you, sir, were the calm amidst the matrimonial storm. You managed timelines with such precision that I half-expected a pocket watch and a monocle to make an appearance. Now, let's discuss the way you deftly juggled our unruly wedding party. It was like watching a skilled circus performer handle flaming batons, only instead of batons, it was our rowdy group of friends and family. Your ability to maintain order while preserving everyone's smiles was nothing short of miraculous. And oh, the images you captured! They were not mere photographs; they were masterpieces, each frame a symphony of color, light, and emotion. You turned our moments into art, like a modern-day Leonardo da Vinci with a camera.Communication, my dear Brad, was your secret weapon. You were more attentive than a hawk spotting its prey from a thousand feet above. Your emails were like Shakespearean sonnets, your phone calls like arias from an opera. You kept us informed, reassured, and entertained throughout the entire process. But what truly sets you apart, Brad, is your ability to infuse humor and irreverence into every moment. You made us laugh when nerves threatened to take over, and you managed to capture those genuine moments of joy that will forever be immortalized in your photographs. In conclusion, if you're seeking a wedding photographer who possesses the dexterity of a tightrope walker, the precision of a Swiss watchmaker, the artistry of a Renaissance painter, and the wit of a stand-up comedian, then Brad from Second Line Photography is your man! Five stars? Nah, he deserves a galaxy of stars for making our special day absolutely extraordinary. Bravo, Brad, bravo!

came out AMAZING!! The quality was above my expectations. He made me look like my skin was flawless and glowing! He also captured all the details of the special day. The clarity and quality of the photographs were gorgeous. I loved his work so much, I continued to use him for family photos later on. Yes!!! I am REPEAT customer!! I LOVED the way my family photos came out also!!! He has great ideas!! His suggestions are always perfect when you run out of ideas. Lastly, he is the kindest person you will meet!! I always feel so comfortable and at ease with him!! Do yourself a favor and look no more. Book this photographer today. You won’t regret it!!

ont on a camera so he met us at the lounge across the street for a drink to loosen us up. We ended up having the most amazing time and it showed through our pictures. He kept us laughing and made us so comfortable. Because of this we've received nothing but compliments on our engagement photos. About 2 weeks later we received the whole gallery and were thrilled. He also did my bridals where I wore a black wedding dress (halloween wedding) and he pickjed the perfect wooded spot in City Park. They turned out magical!! For our wedding he was again so comfortable to work with and knowledgeable. It was incredibly windy that day and the roof of the hotel was restricted for construction so his quick thinking found us another spot to take my family and bridal party pictures which I will cherish! (Any excuse to post a wedding picture I still do 2 years later!) And my husband and his groomsmen look like something out of GQ for their pics walking around the quarter before the wedding. Every type of detail shot and photo on my list that I wanted he got. And everything came back so timely! Highly recommend his services and having a drink with him!

rices were the most reasonable by FAR, and I did quite a good bit of searching before I came across Brad. Upon talking to Brad on the phone and experiencing how professional, yet delightful he is, it was clear that I made the right choice of photographer. From the start, my husband and I could both tell that Brad not only knows what he is doing, but he is so easy to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about Brad’s communication with me throughout the entire process, his reliability, and his personality. When we took engagement photos as well as the day of the wedding, Brad made it so comfortable. It felt like we were hanging with a close friend who just happened to be taking our pictures! Both my husband and I’s families really enjoyed having Brad taking photos too. We couldn’t help but laugh at Brad’s funny jokes. It was truly a highlight of the wedding day and the engagement shoot for me. As far as his work, it speaks for itself. He got some of the most beautiful shots throughout the process! I quickly noticed that Brad truly has a knack for thinking quick on his feet during shoots and finding great angles, shots, etc. That also made it super FUN and exciting, I don’t believe it would’ve been that way with many others. I was blown away at how stunning the photos came out! Brad’s assistant also did a great job of getting some candid shots of my wedding that I love! Another noteworthy thought is the photo booth. We rented the photo booth for our wedding day, and the guests loved it. It was super efficient being that it was small so it can fit anywhere, and everything is digital! Overall, Second Line Photography is the best. My expectations were exceeded on all parts and I’d recommend Brad to anyone! After the experience that I had, it’s a no-brainer who will be taking my next photographs.

he first thing I did after saying “Yes!” was call Second Line Photography to book our date. Owner, Bradley, took time to get to know me and my now-husband prior to our engagement shoot which made all the difference when it came time to start snapping photos! I have a shy personality but Bradley knew how to make us feel comfortable and bring out our fun sides. He captured my fiance’s goofy charm perfectly. He recommended the perfect spots around the city to showcase what we love about New Orleans. On our wedding day, Bradley and his team kept us entertained as they chased after our Second Line down Canal street snapping pictures and even climbing on a trash can at one point to get the perfect shot! They quite literally went above and beyond. We got our wedding photos back quickly and they are GORGEOUS. I have looked at them every day since and I will cherish them forever. They have several great packages to pick from but I highly recommend adding the photo booth! Our guests had a blast with it and loved that they could have those photos and gifs sent directly to their phones. Bradley responded to all communication quickly and professionally. We ran into some unfortunate issues with other vendors and Bradley helped me find new ones who truly saved the day! I cannot recommend Second Line Photography enough.

to our ceremony at St. Louis Cathedral, followed by second lining to the reception! He captured the magic, the sparkle, the party, and most importantly, the love! From the moment he stepped in, he brought an energy that was contagious and instantly made everyone feel at-ease! Not only did he capture the most stunning photos that we’ll cherish forever, but he also became a beloved friend in the process! His fun-loving nature transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an absolute joy. Bradley’s impact was so substantial that our friends who recently tied the knot in Austin didn’t think twice before hiring him for their own nuptials after meeting him at our wedding and seeing his beautiful work! If you’re searching for a photographer who brings professionalism, talent, and a dash of fun to your special day, look no further! His friendship and exceptional skill have made him our #1 recommendation. Thank you, Bradley, for being a monumental part of our wedding and now, our lives <3.

gagement session was in City Park, which Bradley knew like the back of his hand, and even when it started to rain on us, he worked quickly and efficiently to get us the best shots. (They came out amazing.) For my bridal portraits, Bradley went above and beyond and spent hours getting the most beautiful photos at Felicity Church and the Orpheum Theater. At the wedding itself, he came with a highly equipped (and friendly) team of helpers, and they guided us smoothly through every moment of the day, as we hopped to and from different locations and rotated tons of people in and out of our photos. The resulting shots were amazing, and we’ll treasure them forever. Bradly came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we have since referred him to our family and friends and will continue to do so. He is really the full package—great communicator, great planner, great photographer, and an awesome personality on top of it all. We had a blast with him everywhere we went and were thrilled with every photo he took!

lt. The packages had a nice variety at a reasonable cost. Besides that, our pictures and my bridals came out AMAZING! We got so many compliments on the quality of the photos and the photo booth, specifically the gif and the text option on the Photo Booth. Bradley and his team took the time out to build relationships with myself, my husband, our families, and the wedding party to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a ball!!

he pictures. Brad helped me pose, but still look natural—I look like myself. (I was so worried about looking too staged.) I had a summer wedding, a big colorful bouquet, and got married in an old gothic revival style cathedral—the way he was able to balance the colors was amazing! Better than I even imagined! We felt so comfortable around Brad. He made us all feel at ease, and as a result he and his team created a beautiful documentary of moments in time. Thank you, Secondline Photography, for perfectly capturing our day!

r wedding! There is just something about him and his team that make all the nervous butterflies fly away! The day of the wedding comes and everything is going wrong (like anyone’s wedding) and Brad showed up to take pictures and saw that I was in the middle of freaking out, he came to reassure me that we were on schedule and that he would photograph the grooms party first instead to give me the extra time to get myself together! He knows exactly how to pose you and what light to use so that you look flawless. I was so nervous and the pictures didn’t reflect that at all! My wedding was at nighttime outside and you’d never be able to tell, they look like they were taken in the daylight! He got along with everyone at the wedding so much that he blended away with the guests! The week before my wedding I decided I wanted to add the photo booth and he made it not an issue at all! He was more than happy to bring it and transport it all the way to Covington! It was such a hit with the kids and the extended family! I honestly couldn’t have asked for more and will recommend Brad to anyone who will listen for wedding, family pictures, he can do it all!

vacation was still responding answering my questions. Our bridal party & groomsmen also had such a fun time with them and haven’t stopped talking about how fun they were and all while things still ran so smoothly and promptly! Our pictures came out so beautiful and will forever cherish each one of them. Couldn’t have asked for anything better- highly recommend!

Booth, so I asked if I could get a credit towards the next payment or just get the $400 back since we no longer needed his Photo Booth. He told me he was unable to refund the money or give credit, but would offer me 2 mini photo shoots in the future free of charge. I took that option with the intentions of using him for my maternity pictures within the same year. As my husband and I were anxiously waiting for our wedding pictures, I got them one night while I was out of town. I decided to wait to show anybody, including my husband, the pictures until I got back in town. Meanwhile, I was informed that Bradley also sent the link to my photos to my husband’s cousin, who he knew. I asked her not to share them, but she told me that Bradley had asked her to send them to her sister (he did her wedding a few years back) as well. So not only was this unprofessional sending out my pictures that I paid for without my permission, but my husband’s family got to see our wedding pictures before he did and before I could have the pleasure of showing them to anybody. When I finally worked up the courage to email him about this situation and how upset I was, he responded by saying he would rather just refund me the $400 instead of doing any future projects with me. He told me to send him my Venmo information, and he would pay me on August 12th. On August 15th, I messaged him to remind him to pay me, and he said it would be another week or so. On August 30th, I sent him another message reminding him about the money that still was not sent to me, and I have yet to receive a response from him. This has been a nightmare of an ordeal from what was supposed to be the best night of my life. Now when I look back at my wedding pictures, I will always remember the negativity surrounding them. Make sure if you book him that you clarify you do not want your pictures sent to anybody else but you. Apparently, he told me that he usually sends them to not only the bride, but people that attended the wedding that ask for them.

ur wedding day and you can see that in our pictures. His work truly speaks for itself. And book his photobooth! It was a highlight of the night.

not describe how comfortable I felt that he would get every shot that we needed with no issues. He personality is contagious and he keeps your laughing. You would be missing out if you do not hire him and his amazing team!

I have no doubt that our pictures will be amazing. Also, get the photo booth!! You won't regret it.

ur wedding, and Brad made it so easy and fun! He has this trifecta of natural talent, learned skill and genuine love for what he does. His eye for getting a cool shot is impeccable. On the wedding day, he and two assistants knocked it out of the park. Again, they were so much fun (my family and wedding party are still talking about how cool they were), and they made getting through "the shot list" so easy and smooth, along with some fun extra photo ideas. He says his goal is to capture "how it felt", and he does exactly that. Brad is such a great person and talented photographer, and I cannot recommend him enough! Hopefully, we can come back and do some fun anniversary shoots with him! Thank you so much, Brad!

, rather than using lighter filters that I kept seeing on other wedding photographers portfolios. We had an online interview with Brad and we immediately felt like we were friends with him! He was hilarious, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He made us feel comfortable during our engagement session, which made us so excited for our wedding day photos! I honestly used Brad's advice for day-of timelines and wanted other vendors to go off of what Brad needed because I trusted his judgment so much. When we got our photos back, we were so overjoyed! It was SO HARD to narrow down photos to purchase large prints of! Our family members are still telling us they can't get over how beautiful our portraits are and how fun the reception/second line pictures are! We thought his pricing was very reasonable and hope we can use him again for future photo sessions! Thank you, Brad and Z, for wonderful memories and all your hard work!

s for years. They made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and nailed it. This crew went above and beyond for us. They exceeded every expectation a bride wants for her wedding. Brad & Colin make you feel such at ease during your big day. I really don’t know what I would’ve done without them. They kept us on track and fit everything I wanted in such a limited amount of time! They really make sure that every picture is so perfect & has the best quality! I would book with them 1000 more times! Don’t hesitate to book Secondline Photography, they are the best!

man!! I am not that girl who always knows how to stand or position myself, so I knew I needed someone to look out for that and my husband was worried about feeling awkward in front of the camera, but Brad really took care of us. He had us and the whole wedding party laughing and genuinely enjoying ourselves which was reflected beautifully in our photos :) Just wow!! After receiving our wedding photos, I am absolutely blown away at how lucky we were to have Brad as our photographer!! My husband and I are just disappointed that we live out in California and won't be able to have Brad take all our future event/family photos.

ures came out(just got married 2 weeks ago). Bradley is so easy to work with and he makes everything fun! it has been a true pleasure having him for our special moments!!

ture we got back helped us relive the best day of our entire lives. I can’t recommend Secondline Photography enough!

to work the light! Our pictures came out clear and crisp and we will treasure these memories for the rest of our lives. Brad, we can't thank you enough for being our wedding photographer, and we highly recommend Second Line Photography if you are looking for professional and quality work.

able amount of pictures to select from. The action shots of the reception were amazing. As parents of the bride we were busy visiting with guest so it was awesome to get the pictures and see things we may have missed . With the large wedding party he was able to capture everyone! We definitely recommend Second line without hesitation!

th it❤️🎉

print! He is really great at capturing the mood, the moment and all the beautiful feelings surrounding these special times in your life. He was really helpful and had everything under control, but was also open to anything we wanted to try. His personality & attitude took away the stress of the big day and he was a pleasure to work with.

ude makes him a joy to work with during the hectic day of. His photos are stunning and his perspective is unique with an unmatched attention to detail. He is the best!!

and speaks for itself. Any bride and groom would be super lucky to have Secondline do their wedding photography.

t he also helps the night run as smooth as possible and pulls it off effortlessly. I never saw him get frustrated or have anything less than the best time ever the entire night. The absolute best thing about Brad is how affordable his prices are without sacrificing quality. I received over a thousand photos between engagements, bridals and wedding photos and am happy with each one of them! Cant sing my praises loud enough for Secondline Photography and would recommend to anyone!

made regarding the wedding (other than my groom!). From the very first minutes of our initial phone call, I knew Brad was the photographer for our wedding as I could tell he would be a joy to spend the day with and I was right! Brad is just awesome to hang out with- super relaxed, fun but professional demeanor than really puts you at ease during these stressful times. My photos from both my bridal session and ceremony are absolutely beautiful! I could not have asked for better! He captured my day so beautifully! I am just so thrilled. Also, I must say he is so easy to communicate with and always responds in such a timely manner which is a huge plus. Highly recommend Secondline Photography!!

ut ASAP. He had our date available and answered all the questions I had. He pointed me in the right direction to obtain our photo permit at city park and assured me we would still be able to get my dream pictures at Jackson Square afterwards. His communication was always so quick and so helpful which put this out of staff bride at ease. When we met him the day of our ceremony he was wonderful. The pictures as saw on the back of his camera were INCREDIBLE! I literally screamed in the street, “I LOVE IT!!!!” when he showed me some! He has an eye for creativity and had us stop at multiple spots for different backgrounds. We know turn around time for pictures is several weeks but we told him we really would love just one picture back that evening so we could make our big reveal on Facebook and do family via picture. He said no problem and again went above and beyond and sent us 7 pictures that evening. This man is worth every single penny. One of the best things about him is he is so down to earth and personable and it was never awkward with him. My life goal is to get him to fly to Texas to do all of our pictures starting now until forever!!! Thank you SO much Brad!

t and even got the attention of all my flower girls. Brad thank you for everything, you made my day even more perfect by capturing all of the special moments!

respond to all questions during the planning process and offered great advice. He was prompt and professional the day of the wedding. The day went so smooth because of Brad's expertise. He made everyone feel comfortable and was not intrusive. The turnaround time on receiving pictures was quick and the photos are phenomenal. He captured our day perfectly and didn't miss any memorable shots. I highly recommend Secondline Photography. You will not be disappointed.

ed; and hiring him was one of the best decisions we could ever have made. I often feel like a fish out of water in front of the camera, but not with Brad. His personality made me comfortable and relaxed, and that made for amazing shots. We worked together for engagement portraits, bridal portraits, and the actual wedding. Each experience was fantastic, and the only problem I had with the photos was picking which ones to print because they were all amazing. Brad's eye for capturing moments and emotion is second to none. I cannot imagine my big day without Second Line Photography, and I would recommend this company to any bride looking for the experience of a lifetime and beautiful portrait memories.

hotography. The wait was worth it. Brad is extremely personable and has the unique gift of finding his place in any crowd—and believe me, ours was a diverse little bunch. Guests have raved about how Bradley and his second photographer were open and available for any and all photos throughout the evening. He made sure to seek out the types of pictures we wanted, and didn’t spend too long on ones we didn’t. The Second Line team was punctual, professional, and incredibly patient despite repeated hiccups in our day of schedule. For any bride that has finding a great photographer at the top of her list, Second Line is it. You’ll be hard pressed to find another that manages to take countless quality photos while bonding with your guests and feeding football scores to the groomsmen.

for our wedding she immediately said Secondline given that she had seen Bradley's previous work and seen him in action at prior weddings and after going through this whole process, I can see why. There was no stress with Secondline at all. He met with us to discuss our particular wedding needs, was patient with my inexperienced questions, and paid attention to what we wanted. I told him in the first meeting only that it was important to me to have candid shots of me and my wife at our wedding, for instance, and he delivered spectacularly without ever needing to be reminded. Both Brad and his assistant photographer (we paid for two picture shooters) were perfectly punctual and professional the day of the event even in the face of other unprofessional vendors. After receiving the pictures of our wedding (something like 600 of them) my wife and I were delighted to see very high quality pictures. I absolutely recommend Bradley and his team for you, especially if you're like me and inexperienced in these types of things. For my wife and I, Secondline set the bar for quality work and great pictures. Thank you, Brad, for perfectly capturing our memories of our wedding for us.

Not only does he capture beautiful images, but he’s super accommodating and easy to work with. Brad is just fun to have around at a wedding - which made our pictures even better. He’s reasonably priced and worth every cent. We also used his gif photo booth and our guests loved it! Highly recommend everything about Secondline Photography.

ng we had zero worry about was the photography. Brad and Seond Line Photography removed any doubts we had about capturing our joyous day. Brad’s understanding of not only the art of photography, but his ability to capture the raw emotion of marriage, whether happiness, love, or anxiety, was absolutely astounding. From suggested poses to creative and unique use of props and sentimental objects, Brad’s imagination is only trumped by his skill. Our wedding pictures turned out 1000 times better than we could have ever expected, and we had high expectations. My words can’t fully express the depth of my appreciation for Brad’s abilities. Because of him, my wife and I will never forget every happy, silly, and embarrassing moment on the happiest day of our lives. A lifetime of thanks to youBrad; because that’s how long our beautiful moments will last because of you!

what ever is needed to get the most amazing shots! He makes you feel comfortable from the get go and takes the time to get to know you as a couple, which is hard to come by now and days.

feel very relaxed and confident for our photos before the wedding, which is not an easy task on your wedding day! The result was the best set of wedding photos we could ever have. We had our wedding at a cabin in rural Mississippi and the weather was horrible. Brad was kneeling in the pouring rain with mud everywhere to make sure he could get the perfect shot EVERY TIME! There was not a hint of irritation or regret for getting himself in the middle of that. In fact, it was quite the opposite! He was genuinely excited to photograph in that type of environment and the creations he could come up with! If you decide to go with another Photographer, you decided wrong.

e start! Not only did I want someone who took great pictures-I wanted someone both me and my husband felt comfortable in front of. My husband isn’t big on pictures let alone “romantic pictures” but Bradley made the engagement shoot excellent! Not awkward- not stiff- just a genuine reflection of our relationship. He’s just like having a friend around to offer support and help guide you through doing something most people aren’t natural at doing. Even during my bridals he constantly reassured me how great I was doing, how pretty I looked, or how perfect that shot was etc.. and was never pushy or demanding! We even had to reschedule my bridals 3 Times because of weather and he was excellent about making that a breeze... something that goes a long way in 2018! He captured every aspect of our wedding day—before/ during/ after. And got every moment I was hoping to get on film! Even the ones I don’t remember 😂 (Bonus fact* when dealing with vendors for weddings you’d be SHOCKED to see how many of them act like they don’t care or don’t get back to you within a timely manner... talking weeks with some of my others...but Bradley always responded and was available to answer my questions anytime I messaged him) If you chose Bradley you won’t only get the best photographer you’ll get a great friend!
