Seaside Sensations did an AMAZING job catering our wedding! The food was top notch, and we had numerous guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. Chef Rach...
el helped me craft a perfect menu, always patiently answered my millions of questions, and held a great tasting event prior to our wedding. Her and her staff were professional, kind, and courteous on our wedding day AND even boxed up all the leftovers for us, which we weren't expecting but so appreciated. I would highly recommend Seaside Sensations to anyone for their catering needs

ping the quality so high! And the presentation of their food is an art piece of its own! All of our guests were raving about how good all of the food was! Sara and her team never stopped working until the night was over - they even helped with cutting and serving the cake, which was provided by a different vendor! And they made sure we got our cake topper and it went straight in a box for myself and my husband to take home! We just can't thank this team enough. Worth every penny and more! Thank you guys!

tly, the food was divine. SO many of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We highly recommend the crab cakes, bacon wrapped scallops, and shrimp & grits! Thank you Sara & Seaside Sensations for making our big day a dream come true!

. She was very responsive, worked hard to accommodate our budget, and provided excellent service the day of our wedding. So many of our guests have made it a point to tell us how delicious their dinner was and how polite and attentive the servers and bartenders were. I am so happy we chose to use Seaside Sensations for our wedding. I would recommend her to any and everyone!
Sarah is wonderful. She was so accommodating and easy to work with. The food for our wedding was outstanding. I highly recommend her shrimp and grits!

We had dockside backyard wedding and Sara did a fantastic job with the food and nautical decorations that she brought along with her. At times, it was a bit frustrating waiting on ...
her to follow up with items she was getting pricing on, but everything turned out amazing. For appetizers, we had grouper bites and bacon wrapped scallops. I made sure to have Sara bring someone over with a tray to share with the wedding party as we were taking our photos after the ceremony and she most certainly did. They were so good! At our reception, we had crab dip, salad, a beautiful palm tree fruit display, crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, & ham biscuits. She even created a kids menu. The food was fantastic! Definitely give her a try for your wedding. You won't be disappointed.

budget or party size well. Communication during planning was less than optimal, but everything worked out in the end!
The service and food were just wonderful!

We chose Seaside Creations because of their familiarity with seafood and great service they are known for! Working with Sara (owner) was a breeze, her prices were competitive, and...
she was always open to changes in our selection. Her staff was very attentive and the service they provided was top-notch. Both my husband and I worked in the restaurant/bar industry for over 10 years, and we know great service. Seaside Sensation has it!!!
We chose passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour and buffet style service during dinner. Our cocktail hour food consisted of fried soft shell crab bites with homemade tartar sauce, chicken and pineapple skewers, caprese salad skewers, and seared tuna on wontons. Everyone loved the appetizers, they were a BIG hit!
For the buffet dinner, we chose prime rib and shrimp and grits (a southern favorite)! The prime rib was served at a carving station along with dinner rolls, au jus and horseradish cream sauce. It was superb! Different temperatures were offered for those that don't like rare-medium rare, which was a great option. The shrimp and grits stole the show, everyone is still talking about them two weeks later! They were served in a martini glass and the presentation impressed all of our guests. We originally chose stuffed chicken instead of shrimp and grits, but we are so glad Sara convinced us otherwise! The combination of bacon, peppers, onions, shrimp and creamy grits was divine.
After food service, Sara and her staff cut and plated our cakes. This was such a great help to us, and something we didn't expect from them.
As if all of this wasn't enough, Sara packed us a basket full of our food to take with us. This was such a great touch, as we weren't able to eat much at the wedding. Sitting in bed with a plate full of shrimp and grits, prime rib, and my husband...it doesn't get much better than that! We can't begin to thank Seaside Sensations enough for all that they did to make our wedding day perfect.
