Schiemer Entertainment Services

he shared photos and videos he took during the event, which meant so much to us. We can’t recommend Eric enough!

asked, and made our music planning a breeze.

oy to work with, his professionalism is outstanding, and he has a great attention to detail. He’ll make sure the music you want is played, people are on the dance floor, and everyone is having a great time. Every time you look at the DJ booth, no matter the song he’s dancing and singing along, and that’s the mark of a great DJ.

ease. From editing first dance songs so they're the perfect length, to playing music at the perfect moment as you down the aisle — the whole process was smooth. When it came to the reception, Eric works with you to make sure your vision is a reality. Maybe you want him to drive the ship? Or you have your own playlist? Either works. Can't recommend him enough.

al to customize your music as much as you want, he even gave me more time. Eric video calls you to meet and organizes a timeline. Throughout the planning Eric checks in multiple times leading up the big day. On the wedding, everything was so easy. Eric was so professional and friendly with everyone. Eric posts a blog with professional photos and a video of your big day. I was so surprised of how amazing the video was. The video was of our first dance as husband and wife. So amazing. We highly recommend Eric!!

times leading up to the wedding. He has an awesome portal that helped us customize our music and give him an idea of what we wanted. He organized our timeline and order of operations and made the whole day flow seamlessly. On our wedding day, he was so professional, fun and friendly. The dance floor was packed all night and we got so many compliments about him. The day after the wedding, Eric sent a beautifully written blog post, shared professional quality photos and even made a video to our first dance song! Hiring Eric was the best decision, and I am so happy we did!

and going when we arrived back to the hotel from our ceremony and it was a completely painless process. We met with Eric ahead of time and filled out his awesome software for song choices which made the day that much enjoyable. The dancefloor was packed all night and I think that just shows how awesome of a DJ he was! Plus, all of the extra personal touches that Eric throws in free of charge cannot be forgotten and might have become some of our favorite memories from the day. Whatever we asked about, Eric delievered and we can never thank him enough for that!!!

n and guided us through the entire process with expert advice and genuine excitement. We used DJ Eric for both our ceremony & reception. Eric's attention to detail was incredible. He helped us refine our music choices, seamlessly coordinated with other vendors to keep our timeline on track, and even captured amazing photos from his perspective that we'll cherish forever! We were blown away by his professionalism, responsiveness (he delivered the photos less than 12 hours after the wedding!), and his ability to read the crowd. If you're looking for a DJ who will go above and beyond to make your wedding day flawless & fun, look no further than DJ Eric. He's simply the best!

would check in on us and make sure we were having the best time. He also went above and beyond by getting additional pics for us and when we woke up the day after the wedding, he had already sent us his blog post for our wedding, our playlist, and pics! Neither my husband nor I are big music people so heading into the wedding, this wasn’t a vendor we were particular about. We had no idea just how impactful Eric would be on the day and post wedding, he is something we tell everyone really went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. Thank you Eric!

for our wedding we knew who we were going to pick. It's not even just the DJ stuff (which of course he's great) but it's all the small stuff he does that really sets him in his own class. From capturing candid photos all night, creating a blog about our wedding, sending us our playlist, helping organize our timeline, and so much more. We also really liked how he could feel out the night and adjust the music accordingly. You can stop your search here, Eric is the one.

great photos from the DJs perspective and sent them to us after. Highly recommend!

ere we could request songs for each part of our wedding. Day of, Eric did a wonderful job keeping the music going from ceremony to reception. I noticed that he made quick and seamless adjustments based on the energy from our guests during the reception. Would recommend!

as perfect for us. He provided us amazing pictures and an amazing picture slideshow. I’m so glad we chose this company for our wedding!

e right from our first meeting that he would be able to provide exceptional services for us, really no matter what curve ball was thrown his way. He helped customize all our playlists and accommodated a few special versions of songs we needed for special dances. Highly highly recommend Eric and Schiemer Entertainment! He will not disappoint!

day. He also took so many fun dancing photos after our photographer had wrapped for the night which was an amazing surprise to receive. We had so much fun dancing with all of our guests! We can't say enough nice things, highly recommend!!

ur guests. His communication, responsiveness, and flexibility throughout the process was remarkable. We'd highly recommend Eric for any DJ services!

quests and built a fantastic night of music for our event. He provided everything we could have asked for and more. We had a blast working with Eric and would recommend him to anyone having a wedding in the Pittsburgh area.

so photos of you on the dance floor! I highly recommend using him! You will not regret it!!

reat pics and videos which was an unexpected bonus. 10/10

r day was perfect and exactly what we wanted. Our wedding was not super "traditional" and Eric was very helpful with helping find the perfect song choices for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and reception. He made sure that the flow of the wedding transitioned and went smoothly. Eric has a super fun attitude and did a great job announcing the bridal party and got everyone excited. When it was time to get everyone on the dancefloor Eric did an amazing job of playing songs that had everyone dancing and he did not take a single break! I was concerned with sound quality because our wedding was at the Pennsylavnian which is challenging acoustically, and Eric knew how to place speakers in a way that ensured sound carried evenly throughout the space. Eric truly goes above and beyond for his couples and I would recommend him to anyone planning a wedding. He listens, helps with the planning and is a top-tier professional.

y now-husband Jon reached out to Eric, he was so full of energy and so kind. We set up a zoom call to chat with him before booking, and as soon as we hung up the call, Jon and I simultaneously said that we loved him and we needed him for our day. I don't know about anyone else, but I was told during our planning process that no one would put the care into our wedding day that we would, and though I do understand, I have to call BS on that because Eric had made Jon & I feel like we were all the mattered for not only the day of, but the several weeks leading up to the wedding. He was so on top of every single detail! He followed up with us about a month prior and we discussed some songs that we wanted to hear and what we were thinking for the rest of the evening.. He was the biggest hype-man and started each of his emails with a countdown to our day! (this is very cool- it might seem small, but it's reassuring to know that your vendors are excited to share your day with you). We had joked that my emotions days out from the wedding were "internally chaotic" and Eric played a huge part in helping to calm my worries. Our wedding day was an absolute dream. Not because it was "perfect" or even anything extravagant, but because we were surrounded by people that loved us and that were rooting for us, and we could truly feel that energy throughout the entire room.. we have Eric to thank! He was genuinely happy to be celebrating with us, and our guests new it! As I had mentioned earlier, we did give Eric a few must-play songs, but otherwise it was all him! He read the room, got our guests dancing, and totally surpassed any expectations we had. We had him as our DJ, but he was so much more! He was a photographer (seriously, some incredible photos and videos of some really special moments that we may not be able to revisit otherwise), our wedding coordinator (the day ran so smoothly because he stayed on top of every single detail, and talked through the day with me all 10 times I sent up an updated timeline.. lol), and now he is a friend. I can recall several moments throughout the evening that Eric checked on Jon and I and made sure we were doing okay and asked if we needed anything. Even after our wedding day, we've kept in touch and he still continues to hype us up! I've had so many guests reach out and say kind things about the wedding, and every single one has made it a point to compliment Eric. There are so many details from our day that I'll always remember, and Eric is to thank for so many of them. There's truly no better DJ in the world (I'm guessing, but I'm probably right). So do yourself a favor and hire Eric/Schiemer Entertainment! It'll be the best decision you make, I promise!

compiling any songs we wanted to use. And, just as important, he did an amazing job the day of! Everything sounded great, and our guests were on the dance floor all night. We truly got so many compliments on the reception music! Eric also did a great job of emceeing, covering all the announcements we needed (like announcing the bridal party into the reception, mentioning shuttles toward the end of the evening, etc.) without making it feel like interruptions in the party. And to top it all off, he sent us a slideshow and some great pictures from the wedding! I really can't recommend Eric enough!!

glad he could be such a big part of our day! He was the Dj for our friends wedding last year and after dancing our butts off at that wedding we knew we had to Book him for ours - and we are so glad we did. Thank you Eric for helping make our best day ever the very best. You are so talented and passionate and it was such a pleasure working with you. Easy vendor choice!! We had a lot of dancers in our group and when they started chanting “one more song” at the end of the reception (which we told Eric we would not need a one more haha) - even though we did not prepare him for this he picked a great one more song choice for everyone to enjoy! The guest loved it!! As someone who loves dancing at weddings - it was important to us to get a good Dj that gets everyone on the dance floor. Eric was absolutely it - I couldn’t have imagined the day without him. Thank you times a million!!!!!

ed. He has a website where you build your "must play" would like to hear" and "do not play" playlists along with selecting the songs for every big moment. He allows you to add notes and he pays attention to all of your details. He also is great at editing music, he cut our first dance, entrance song, and mother/son dance to include the parts of the songs we wanted flawlessly and without requiring any extra fees. He understood what we meant when we said he could take requests but to run anything that seemed out of place or not our vibe by us. He was reading the room all night and very quick on his feet. At one point, late in the night, my parents joined me on the dance floor and when I asked him "can you play one more song they'll like to dance to" with about 10 seconds left of the song that was currently on, he pulled it off! He waited until we were on the dance floor to play our "must play" songs so we didn't miss any of the songs we couldn't imagine our night without. As an added bonus, he was taking pictures from his perspective all night. He told us he would be doing this, but we didn't expect them to come out as great as they did! He captured so many funny moments with our friends that happened after our photographer left for the night.

making sure our day was perfect. Being very much type A, I loved the portal he used and its inclusion of all our key moments, proper pronunciation of all our last names (we have some tough ones!), and the customizable timeline based on our songs. On our actual wedding day, Eric hit it out of the park - the music was so on point, and he was willing to roll with the punches as friends requested songs throughout the night. There was never a dull moment on the dance floor! We also really appreciated his tact with being a stellar DJ but not speaking over the music and interrupting the moment. He was on the dance floor at opportune times to make sure my husband and I were having a good time and approved of song choice, which was above and beyond. He also took fantastic photos / videos the whole night, and he was kind enough to collate these memories and share them with us for the future. Eric is extremely thoughtful, respectful, and just an outright excellent DJ. HIGHLY recommend him for anyone's wedding!

s off, as you want it to be. He's so kind and goes out of his way to make your day perfect (a great example was how much he practiced the pronunciation of our bridal party's names). We even had some crazy requests from our parents including merging two songs AND incorporating my dad singing into our first dance songs and Eric didn't think twice about going above and beyond. Outside of making sure the party is amazing, he also photographs throughout the night, which I appreciated as he caught some of the best moments of the night after the photographer left. Within one day, he had sent us a highlight reel on YouTube that we will cherish forever. We had a very unique situation where the groom had to be taken to the ER for a stomach issue mid-reception, but Eric kept the party going and was so accommodating of our situation. Do yourself a favor and book Eric TODAY for your upcoming event.

at at what he does and knows how to keep the party going all night long. We could not have asked for a better DJ.

yself and my now husband at ease the whole time. He’s extremely professional and will make sure that your day goes as smoothly as possible. He’s so genuine and really cares about how the wedding goes. Eric made sure that every person was on the dance floor as one point or another. I think every single person at our reception was out of their seats dancing! If I could give Eric more than 5 stars, I would!

and he truly cares that his couples have an amazing reception. Throughout the planning process, Eric was extremely responsive, provided his honest opinion when asked and just made us so excited leading up to the wedding with his enthusiasm, even if we were going through hard pandemic times. He was more than happy to have multiple planning meetings with us leading up to the wedding day and really listened to what was important to us. His awesome online planning tool also made it extremely easy for us to create the timeline, decide on special dances, etc. On the day of the wedding, he was timely, energetic, and so ready to have a great time! He was also reassuring and a positive voice in times of chaos right before our ceremony when it wasn’t set up properly by the venue. He truly went above and beyond and we can’t thank him enough! Our bridal party had a last-minute change to our entrances, and he quickly pivoted and accommodated, and was so happy to do so! The entire reception ran smoothly because of Eric. He was phenomenal and our dance floor was full the entire night. We had several people ask for his contact info and we have family members that have already booked him for their weddings! One of the best things Eric does is he takes his own pictures throughout the reception, some of which are my favorite from the night! He creates a list of all of the songs played, a photo slideshow and sends all of the photos to you afterwards. It was such a great surprise to relive the night the day after through his photos! This review doesn’t even do justice to just how amazingly wonderful Eric is. He truly goes above and beyond, cares so much and is just an amazing person all around. Booking Eric was the best decision we made and I can’t imagine our wedding without him!

long. Not only can he string together songs that make a great playlist to get people out of their seats, but he also understands the right time to play certain styles of songs to make them hit just right. Eric was so easy to work with during the planning process, always responsive to calls and emails, and we really enjoyed speaking with him during our final planning meeting – he totally got us. He put 100% into our event and we couldn’t have been happier with his services. We had so many of our friends and family tell us how great our DJ was and how much fun they had dancing. As if the DJing wasn’t enough, Eric put together a photo montage set to our wedding song and sent it to us just a few days after our wedding – we weren’t even back from our honeymoon yet. It was so nice to see a little highlight reel ahead of receiving our professional photos. He also sent a flash drive in the mail later with additional photos and videos from the night. Just like Tina Turner sang it, Eric you’re simply the best! Thank you for making our wedding night one for the ages!

eel I made the best decision by booking Eric! He was kind, professional, thorough, and supportive throughout the planning process. He was able to help with details and overall flow of the evening. His experience really shined through during our preparatory conversations. His website and song lists were extremely helpful in choosing all of the important songs; it made the process fun instead of just a chore. His experience continued to shine on wedding day, he was able to keep pleasantly keep the evening moving timely, emceed professionally and smoothly, and was able to keep the dance floor full and fun all night long! If that wasn’t enough, he provided us with beautiful photos, our entire song list, and a sweet blog post after the wedding. He was everything we could have hoped for and more!

s super hard to find a DJ ( I think), but you will not regret hiring Eric. He really listens to what you want your day to be and the planning portal you use is extremely helpful and easy to use. You can tell he truly loves what he does, it shows in every way! He even took some pictures at our wedding and sent them to me, so sweet! A true gem to work with. Everyone talked about how much fun they had at our wedding and said the music was awesome. Definitely recommend Eric to everyone!!

sional who brings with him a lot of great experience, insight, and suggestions but also is completely happy to accommodate any requests/desires you may have! He was on top of every detail while planning the reception, has a great personality for interacting with guests, and coordinated very well with our other vendors to make everything run smoothly. We really can’t thank Eric enough for helping to make our wedding day so great! And as an awesome bonus, he also photographs the reception, creates a slideshow to your first dance song, and captures the entire reception playlist on his website as a great memory of the day! Thanks Eric!!

a wedding and he was the first vendor she booked for her own wedding. With that glowing recommendation, I reached out to Eric and was so glad he was available for my wedding date! I would recommend him to anyone. He is very communicative, not just leading up to the wedding, but on the wedding day as well to make sure the timing of things is going well, etc. He has a website that makes it so easy to input any songs you want played and you can also rate different genres on a scale of how much you want a particular type of music to be played. I had a few songs listed for cocktail and dinner music, and he did a great job of filling in the gaps with similar music. He was energetic and the dance floor was full all night. After the wedding, he sends a list of all of the songs he played in order for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, which is such a nice keepsake to have to reminisce on the day. He also takes AWESOME photos and videos that he puts in a slideshow and sends a USB to you! Since we don't have our photos back from the photographer yet, it is so nice to have these photos almost instantly! The quality of the photos is incredible. It is especially nice to have a lot of pictures from the reception because our photographer didn't stay the entire night. If you are thinking of booking Eric for your wedding, this is your sign to reach out to him! You will not be disappointed!

table working with him and honestly could not have asked for a better experience!! I highly recommend Eric!

rney was nearly as fun as the actual wedding. I’m serious. I do honestly feel bad for our videographer and photogrsiver because the DJ just went above and beyond and proceeded to take THE BEST PHOTOS AND VIDEOS ON PLANET EARTH. Eric was an incredibly important and very special part of our very special day. He’s the best.

kept the dance floor full the entire night. We even had a power outage for over an hour (no fault to Eric, it was a venue issue) and Eric was only down for about 5 mins (it was so quick I didn't even know), and the party just kept on rolling. He provided us with amazing pictures and a video to remember our perfect day. He did everything like we discussed and was perfect! He is truly the best. Cannot recommend highly enough!

to give him the type of music that you’d like for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and for the dance floor. He also takes some of the best photos and some video during the wedding. He’s so positive and so much fun that it’s a joy to work with him. When I say he’s the best, I mean it. ❤️

pull our big day together with ease. He brought an awesome vibe to our day. We got many compliments on our DJ and he was a pleasure to work with. He was the first vendor we booked once we picked our venue and I am so glad. Book him for your ceremony and reception - You won’t regret it!

nted! Our crowd can get a little rowdy but he kept up and was professional the entire time. Definitely would recommend him to anyone getting married looking to have a great time!
