I could go on for days about how incredible Hannah was to work with throughout my entire wedding journey. I used Savvy Bride Co.’s Day-of Management services, and it ended up being...
one of the best and most enjoyable decisions I made. Hannah made it so easy to feel excited and confident, she encouraged every idea I had, even the ones I thought might be too far-fetched, and somehow made them all happen.
Two weeks before the wedding, during our final walkthrough, I decided to completely change the entire timeline and layout of the day. Instead of trying to talk me out of it, Hannah was immediately on board and genuinely excited to make it work. After our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, the entire wedding moved indoors for dinner and speeches. While that was happening, Hannah and her team were downstairs completely transforming the space, redecorating it from top to bottom to create the dance floor of my dreams.
The amount of work she and her team put into that transition was incredible, and the number of guests who were absolutely in awe of the transformation was insane. She set up absolutely everything and executed my vision perfectly. I truly could not have asked for a better person to be there and help me through every part of this process.
Working with Hannah felt like working with a best friend who was just as excited about bringing my wedding vision to life as I was. I owe her a million thank-yous for making my wedding day completely flawless and stress-free. My one request was that I wanted to be fully in the moment and not have to think about anything, and she delivered that perfectly.
Throughout the entire process, she was always responsive, enthusiastic, and made me feel completely comfortable asking questions without ever feeling like a bother. I am beyond grateful for everything Hannah did and will recommend her to absolutely everyone I can. She is simply the best.
Hannah and the Savvy Bride team were such a HUGE help over the last year and the wedding day wouldn’t have been nearly as special or wonderful without all of their suggestions and ...
attention to detail!
Hannah kept us on track throughout the planning process by setting up calls with me and my mom and used checklists for the details to keep us moving at the right pace. She is so friendly and easy going and a pleasure to work with. I wanted a wedding that felt casual and comfortable but in a beautiful, outdoor setting and the savvy team helped us brainstorm and execute on that vision perfectly. They also helped us make decisions to stay within our budget. We also used so many of their recommended vendors (band, flowers, makeup/hair, photographer) and all of them were great.
Hannah also was a huge huge help the day of the wedding. She organized and kept things moving without us even knowing it. She kept us and our families on schedule through dinner and speeches which was also a big help. She worked with the vendors to ensure they got set up and had everything they needed. And then at the end of the night, they quickly got everyone packed up and out the door!

ustle and bustle and stress of wedding day with such elegance and grace that you'd think her job was the easiest in the world. Not only did she do a phenomenal job of decorating and getting everything set up, but she made sure that the entire day my husband and I were stress free and oblivious to anything that may have been going wrong. Hannah is PHENOMENAL. Carissa was Hannah's assistant during the wedding and she was also amazing! Unfortunately I didn't work as closely with her, but on wedding day she showed up and meant business! I love the Savvy Bride team and you're loco if you don't go with them as your wedding planning team <3

process so easy for my best friend. She's a perfectionist and Hannah made her so relaxed throughout the whole process, which is such a testament to her attention to detail and standards. My bestie had a pinterest board that she worked on for so long and I literally gasped when I saw the reception - Hannah made it come to life, full of amazing details, flickering candles, and GORGEOUS table displays. She captured the couple's personality perfectly in every single element. It felt like you were walking through the couple's story as you experienced their wedding. She was also very kind to the guests, bridal party, and vendors and did not get overwhelmed or snappy at any point! I really loved being around her and would definitely use her for my own wedding if I needed a planner!
Hannah and her team was INCREDIBLE for our wedding day. We had a huge storm and had to roll with the punches (meaning we changed EVERY plan on the spot including having the ceremon...
y inside and then re setting up the space for reception WHILE taking pictures). She brought ZERO additional stress to my day even amidst the chaos and she was so helpful to make me feel like everything was happening as planned even though it definitely was not. 😂 also, she took photos and videos of the decorations, venue, and guests for me to have for later! I thought that was such a special touch. Leading up to the wedding, she’s great at helping you make decisions and everything seems like a breeze for her. She’s very professional, organized, and detailed. Can’t recommend her enough!

by the events coordinator at the Club Continental so I reached out to her! She responded to me in a matter of days and from our first conversation I knew she would be absolutely amazing! The month prior to my wedding Hannah took care of all my final details and reaching out to vendors. Any questions or concerns I had she was always available and gave me her own personal number to reach out at any time. The day of my wedding would not have been the same without her! Her team did everything to setting up the tables, linens, seating chart, florals, candles, etc. The day of anyone’s wedding can be stressful but I had no doubt everything was being handled by Hannah. I cannot recommend Hannah enough to anyone who needs help planning their special day!
I will never forget the immediate, and comforting, relief I felt after meeting with Hannah for the first time, just a couple of weeks after getting engaged. I was overwhelmed with ...
the thought of tackling planning, sorting through details, and dealing with all the different vendors, but Hannah affirmed my ideas and vision, committed to helping every single step of the way, and executed better than I could’ve asked. What I valued most was the peace I had while getting ready on wedding day, knowing that I could trust her fully to make decisions and bring it all to life while I enjoyed such a special time of anticipation and excitement with my girls! She is passionate, talented, and WILL see your vision through.
I cannot even begin to describe how amazing Hannah and Sarah Grace were. I hired them to be my wedding day of coordinators, but they did so much more than that. They handled all of...
my worries, my questions, my late night bridal freak-outs, family dynamics, and my specific visions and dreams. They were consistently kind, thoughtful, and professional. They helped guide my day and made me feel like I could *try* to let go of control. I have no idea how people have weddings without someone like them. if you were wedding planning, invest in them!!! It will be the most worthy investment you make throughout your wedding planning process. In hindsight, I would’ve probably paid for a bigger package—that’s how good they are.

in 60 seconds of speaking to Hannah for the first time, I knew she was the wedding planner for me. She instantly put me at ease and assured me that we would tackle my massive to-do list together. Over the year we worked together, no matter what I threw her way, she handled it all. The month before our wedding, I ended up wanting less flowers and tons of candles everywhere instead. She found me a solution that made this dream a reality for WAY less money than I had been quoted by other vendors. She was the perfect mix of professional with a built in bridal bestie type vibe. Hiring her was THE best decision we made throughout the entire wedding process. I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. We aligned so much on the creative vision I had for the wedding, and her recommendations amplified the entire look even more. I look back at my wedding photos and cannot believe that wedding was actually ours. With Hannah’s guidance and creative eye, the whole day turned out even more beautiful than my inspo photos. Part of me wishes we could do the wedding planning all over again, just to get to work with Hannah again! Thank you for going above and beyond Hannah!!!!
Hannah was so amazing and helpful every step of the way!! She made all my visions come true and was so communicative and thoughtful! I would 10/10 recommend Plan With Han!!

Come wedding day, there was not one thing I could have asked for. My purse? taken care of. A drink? in my hand. I cannot thank her and her team enough for allowing myself and my husband to sit back and enjoy time with friends and family on our wedding day. All of our guests commented on how smoothly everything went and how on top of it Hannah was. If anything went wrong, I would have no idea. I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you, Hannah, for letting us live in the moment on one of the most precious days of our lives!

day, and looking back, my biggest regret is not hiring her as our full wedding planner so we could have had her expertise the whole time. She makes the wedding planning process feel like you're just chatting with a friend, but she knows the wedding business so well and gives such great advice and is such a joy to work with. We also rented her audio guestbook for a fraction of the price of "After the Tone" and our guests absolutely loved it and the voicemails turned out so cute. Not only did she handle all of the vendors and guests on our day, but she even took behind the scenes pictures and videos which we were so grateful for becuase they're really the only pictures we have while we're waiting for our photography and videography. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much Hannah!

ning process. We had a few bumps in the road while planning & Hannah was right there with multiple suggestions/solutions. Throughout the few months we had with her, nothing felt overwhelming or stressful… it felt like planning our wedding with a friend who really knew the business. She makes everything so easy! Our wedding day was the most incredible day of our lives thanks to her… do yourselves a favor & pick Hannah as your wedding planner!! She will NOT disappoint!!

Even though we only had her for our day of coordination, she helped us with many of the decorations and some of the preparations for the wedding day! Hannah and her assistant set up everything, so we didn't have to stress at all on our wedding day.
Hannah was always available for communication, she truly went above and beyond. She took care of SO MANY things during the wedding, took so many "behind the scenes" pictures and videos for us, and made sure we were taken care of with food and water. She was easily our favorite vendor to work with and we are so thankful we hired her!

In terms of quality of service, Hannah paid close attention to details, offer creative ideas, and she went above and beyond to deliver a memorable and flawless wedding experience, she created a gorgeous sweetheart table with LOTS of candles and came provided her charger plates for rental for a get price which was awesome! She set up ALL my decor exactly how I asked and even disassembled everything at the end of the night.
Overall, Hannah was a perfect wedding coordinator because she possessed professionalism, delivered exceptional service, and excelled in communication, making our wedding planning process smooth and stress-free and enjoyable for everyone !

I used Hannah’s partial planning services for my beach wedding this year. She had a lot of great ideas and a vision for things that only experience can provide. I still felt like I...
handled 85-90% of the actual planning, and I didn’t necessarily feel like I had support with building or following a wedding budget. However, by the time wedding day arrived, Hannah and her team did an amazing job setting everything up and making sure our day ran smoothly.
There were certainly hiccups. Their team arrived later than promised and so we had to make some decisions before they got there such as where to set up the ceremony seating on the beach. The team member controlling our ceremony music stood too far from the PA system, so the music was cutting out the entire time (which I didn’t learn or notice until after the wedding). Our officiant who was a family friend wasn’t really given instructions for how to handle the ceremony and he didn’t know he needed to seat the guests, so that was embarrassing. My bridesmaids weren’t coached on how they should stand or where to look during the ceremony, or the need to fluff my dress. And we didn’t end up completing the marriage license until the very end of the night, so we ended up missing information and our marriage license was rejected the first time. Small things like that did have a negative impact on my impression of the day, but these aren’t things that were memorialized in our pictures.
We had extreme winds and adverse weather conditions for my wedding, and these small hiccups mean so little in light of the work Hannah’s team did to make the day roll smoothly regardless. I think if you are a Type A person like me, you would probably be better suited for day of coordination as opposed to partial planning. But overall, I was glad we chose to hire Hannah to help with our wedding.
