The food was amazing! Was delivered on time and everyone was so happy. The price was by far the best thing I found in the area for what we got ! Couldn't recommend them enough!!
The Sassy Onion team was fantastic and made our wedding dinner perfect! Our catering representative, Chelsea, was very communicative and made our planning easy. She was detailed an...
d responsive throughout the process as we explored menu options, pricing, edits, tastings and special requests. On our wedding day, the team went the extra mile and helped us beyond serving food and were super kind to our guests. The food was priced well, tasty, and the guests loved it. Do yourself a favor and check out the coconut chicken and mac-n-cheese balls for apps, they were a hit!
I was excited by the menu options and pricing of this company. I had a consultation over the phone on November 10th and was told to expect a proposal as early as the end of the day...
. I still have not heard back and it has been more than two weeks at this point. I have emailed and texted with no response so I'm having to start searching for a caterer again. It's pretty upsetting and stressful to be ignored by a potential vendor for the big day, I can't recommend Sassy Onion.
Fantastic food, excellent communication. They were phenomenal in their flexibility as I navigated covid19 restriction. Clean service and amazing hospitality. Sara Duncan was a live...
saver. I could not have asked for better
I had a catering consultation scheduled for 10am Sunday 2/25. I had heard about your company when I was at the wedding showcase in late January. When I arrived both the catering ma...
nager and who I assumed was the general manager couldn't get ahold of the guy who was supposed to do the consultation. Being a bride, punctuality and professionalism is crucial for my big day. The display I had in your very busy restaurant was very disappointing. The fact that someone I was considering to use for my big day lacked both of these traits was a huge let down. When I scheduled the consultation on the phone I should have known when the email I was told to expect never arrived... that should have been a huge. I will be using a different company that values my time and knows how big of a deal a wedding is to a bride.
The owner was great and tried to smooth things over and I considered giving them a second chance, however then the guy called who screwed up the appointment to begin with... and sadly after a conversation with the incompetent staff who forgot to document my appointment on their schedule turning it around to blame me and say I actually had the date wrong I have reconsidered. Not only is that completely moronic to blame the customer when you screwed up but it was just insult to injury. I’m a busy mom who is planning their own wedding and have multiple apps that I had scheduled this appointment in so I could make sure to be there. Such a crying shame... I was really hoping I would feel better. But with a staff member like that, it truly makes me terrified to trust this company to take care of me and my guests on a monumental day in my life
We loved working with the Sassy Onion! they were on time, effective and great to work with. We have had just RAVES about the food it is tasty and well made. We loved the Oregon n...
ative options and the ability to make the menu our own. The price was right too! I highly recommend the s'mores bar - it was a huge hit with the guests and super fun!
I would highly recommend the Sassy Onion Catering! The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. We didn't get time in our busy schedule to even taste our menu so I was a lit...
tle nervous but they did beautifully! My whole family is gluten free and they didn't have any issues working with us either! Loved it! I would totally use them again!
The food was delicious and there was TONS of it. We opted to pick up and serve the food ourselves and they were very accommodating, providing very nice serving trays and utensils.
The Sassy Onion was incredibly easy to work with and very flexible. The staff was absolutely fantastic- very eager to help with anything that was needed and very friendly to every...
one. They also scored huge points with the groom & groomsmen by giving football game updates while the guys were getting ready.
Overall, the food was just ok but we ordered very basic items, nothing fancy. As long as you do a tasting before hand, they would be a great pick. And they let you keep the leftovers!
