Sarasota Catering Company

stion, the staff at our wedding were so professional and friendly our guests loved them and we got so many compliments on the food. We highly recommend!! Thank you Sarasota Catering Company!

eir servers. The only reason we didn't give 5/5 stars is that we didn't like the rental company they partner with. A's rentals was not reliable with drop off or pick up of rentals and NEVER respond to e-mails and occasionally respond to phone calls. Luckily, we didn't have too many direct dealing with them, since Sarasota Catering Company did most of that, but when they came two days early to pick up heaters that we had rented for the whole weekend, we were told we out of luck and not really given a good explanation with either A's or Sarasota Catering Company and we told we would not be re-imbursed, even though we had just put in several hundred dollars of propane out of pocket.

e food also. Highly recommended.

awberry salad cups were a huge hit! Miguel, the delivery representative, was a huge help in the setup chaos and made sure we fully understood the sauces and presentation for the food items. Many thanks for all your help in planning and being a part of our special day!!

and the most incredible appetizers. I feel like food is the biggest impression people get at wedding, so definitely book with them! They killed it and our guests still rave about it!

sponses. Everyone loved the food (especially the mini pies)! And as a bonus- they sent my husband and I home with a goodie bag for us to taste everything at the end of the night. But the very best part was our wedding coordinator Anna- I had so much trust in her that she could display my vision. I just knew we were in great hands! She told me I wouldn't have to lift a finger, and she meant it!! Thank you Anna and thank you to the whole staff of Sarasota Catering.

d the service staff was attentive and quick to make sure we and our guests were taken care of.

0% would recommend them!

doing and made sure everything was the way I wanted it to be. We had to change our venue and the whole schedule around at the last minute, and thanks to Sashi we were able to find a new venue available for us. She was so helpful and made sure my day was perfect. The servers at my wedding were absolutely wonderful and professional, they went above and beyond and made sure everyone was okay and were so quick to clean up and get things out of the way. And not to mention the food was outstanding!!! All of our guests kept saying how great the food was and how nice the servers were. I would highly recommend them, they do not disappoint!! Thank you again for everything you did for us and for making our day so special :)

t it was a little bit of a challenge based on the location - The BEACH Pavillion! Which was a great outdoor venue!

d me and my husband at the wedding with a plate of food to make sure we got some. I worked with Rita for all of the planning. She was great to work with, so organized, helpful and kind. Thank you! I highly recommend this team!

us!

anning process, with great knowledge of the venue. Lance and the serving/bartending team were friendly, communicative and did everything with precision from setup to cleanup. All our guests absolutely loved the variety and taste of food. I highly recommend Sarasota Catering Company!

her opinion. She recommended other vendors to us who we also loved and was able to coordinate and figure out what we wanted and needed while 2000 miles away. Our day of coordinator, Claire, was excellent and on top of everything. We had to move our ceremony inside at the last minute and they rearranged so quickly (15 min) and made everything perfect anyway. Our guests kept commenting on how fantastic the food was (highly recommend the mini Cubans, strawberry salad, and beef with herb butter) and we very much enjoyed the entire experience. The waitstaff was also on top of their game, my husband and I never had to ask for anything since they seemed to know exactly what We needed!

ould be hard to work with, but Rita made absolute sure that everything I ate was safe. And delicious! Our guests were complimenting us all night long on how awesome the food was! Not only that, but my family was complimenting how polite and friendly the staff was to both guests AND other vendors alike, which meant the world to us. We loved having vendors help each other out. When Sarasota Catering Company was at our wedding, my husband and I didn't have to worry about lifting a finger, and it was a blissful feeling. Do yourself a huge favor and hire them for your next event!

the food and the set up of the tables. All of the guests raved about the food and they even allow you to take home the leftovers!

ng I wanted to make my vision come true for my 10 year vow renewal on the beach then went back to beach house for the reception. The food was so so delicious, my guest was raving how delicious the food tasted. I also did a wedding coordinator for 4 hours which Kelly did an amazing job decorating and making sure everything was setup and vendors was in place and etc. She made sure the finishing touches was perfect. I'm so happy I choose Sarasota Catering Company to do my reception they made my dream and vision come true. Thank you so much!

mation on the caterer. Sashi and the chefs worked with us to create a custom menu, and we could not have been more pleased with the result. The servers were exceptionally professional. The captain and the bartenders dealt with some last minute confusion and changes with the utmost patience and competence. The staff was unobtrusive yet friendly, and the stations were always full and tidy. We were thrilled to have such a professional bar and wait staff treating our guests so well! We recommend Sarasota Catering Company very enthusiastically.

ork with us but how understanding, transparent, and helpful they were through the process. Anytime we had a question, Sashi was always right there either with an answer or at least letting us know that she was looking into it and would get back to us as soon as possible. When it came to the day of the event she and her team were there to make sure that everything went smoothly as well as get anything taken care of that needed to be take care of. The food was phenomenal and many of our guests commented on not only the food but the overall service. They helped make our day absolutely perfect so the we didn't have to worry about a thing. Words really can't do justice for the service that they provided but we thank you

work with. The tasting process confirmed our desire to work with them, where we were able to further customize our menu and get exactly what we wanted. They also happened to be one of our lowest costing options as well.

rking with SCC for the past year plus, it is easy to understand why: this company knows the business, the venues, the supply end and the rentals to meet and exceed the expectations that their clients have. They are efficient and passionate and all the vendors in town want to work with the exceptional people at SCC who will handle your day. We were blown away by our first meeting with Sashi and the crew at a wedding tasting the company held in Venice. Won over by the food and presentation, in addition to the many great reviews and recommendations we had collected, selecting SCC was a no-brainer. From that moment on we were in great hands! Sashi worked with us regarding many of the early aspects of the wedding and essentially got us into wedding mode! We then brought on Anna in a Day of Coordinator role, who knocked everything out of the park and brought this thing home! These two are outstanding in every aspect of their profession, and we would have been lucky to have just worked with one of them. Both Anna and Sashi are professionals who know and have relationships with all of the people you will end up selecting as you fill out your wedding vendors, which will only do you good on your day. Both were accessible, receptive, knowledgeable and willing to go the length to address your questions and concerns. The rest of the team deserves their kudos too, because they have set-up, breakdown, bartenders, serving, etc., down to a science. There was not one person in the crew who didn’t go to the 10s for us, and we truly appreciate that. Thank you, thank you, thank you SCC, Sashi and Anna! You all went above and beyond. Please look up these outstanding folks when considering catering (*and more) for your own big day.

prior. The food (a Florida buffet) was delicious and the service was very nice and accommodating to all of our guests. They also supplied our cookie favors and a hot chocolate bar. Everything was amazing. We also used they Day of Coordinator service, which I highly recommend. Anna made the process so smooth, so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of. She did a lot of the last minute work with our vendors and helping us remember things to do that we had forgotten. My husband and I are both military, so our schedules can get a little complicated, but they were easy and flexible to work with when it came time to set up tastings and the venue walk through. I highly recommend this vendor for all of your catering needs.

staff!!!

y service. This was a destination wedding for us so we were not familiar with local vendors. Our planner, Sashi Baez, was exceptional. She made the entire planning process from the first time we talked to her to the very end a truly pleasurable experience. Her attention to detail and speedy responses to all of our requests were greatly appreciated. The planning process can be a very stressful undertaking but Sashi's guidance and expertise made it smooth sailing from the start to the departure via boat at the end of the night - truly magical! Many of our guests commented on how great Sashi was and noticed all of the work she was putting into the ceremony. We had comments such as "she was even passing out dinner plates to the tables' and 'she seemed to be on top of everything with precision' . I concur. So from all of us to Sashi and her team, thank you, and know how much you are appreciated for what you do. You helped make my daughters wedding a dream come true.

m based on their fabulous reviews and chose them from among the other companies I reached out to based on how reassured and welcomed I felt from the email I received from them immediately. Their questions guided me in exactly the wedding I wanted to have, and the coordination between not just catering but rentals, decorations, bar, and day of coordinator saved me A LOT OF TIME AND STRESS! The “hold your hand’ support that they mention in their description is exactly what I needed and exactly what they provided! Sashi, who acted as my day of coordinator and about whom I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS, was a godsend every step of the way. I can’t imagine how much of my hair I would have pulled out while planning the wedding without her. We had a Star Wars-themed wedding, and I was nervous that the company might think that was too weird, or that it would come off too juvenile-ly, but it was BEAUTIFUL, and not one whit of condescension or judgment did we receive over our choice, lol! The rehearsal the day prior and the wedding the day of went off BEAUTIFULLY, and I was able to focus on my wedding entirely without worrying about the smallest detail thanks to Sashi’s focus and attention. Our guests all raved to me afterward about how good the food was, both cocktail hour and buffet dinner, and our bar service was so friendly and fun! I would highly, highly recommend this group for any bride or groom!

pany for any event.

om our welcome party to our reception were outstanding. They were extremely respectful and energetic. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about their service and the quality of the food. I would highly recommend their services.

nd the servers really great! We had a small backyard wedding but everything was perfect!

and everything went so smoothly! I highly recommend them and their day of coordination!! Our day of coordinator was so helpful and did a ton to make sure everything was perfect! The food was awesome as well and a lot of my guests told me that it was the best wedding food they have had. I also got a ton of positive feedback from my guests about how wonderful the staff was as well. The staff were so upbeat and helpful. The next time I have an event that needs catering, I will definitely go with Sarasota Catering!!

ch with 30 Guest. Everyone was so happy with the food and it was excellant. The staff was so professional and kind she even helped us pack the food up which we had so much left over we had a little get together the next day. Thank You Sashi for your wonderful food.

ep everything covered and flowing and even helped me clean up … Had Light finger foods and sandwiches..presentation was beautiful was loved by all ...

ng up, serving, and cleaning up the reception. The food tasted amazing and was raved about afterwards. We enjoyed our leftovers for days and would hire this place again in a second. Your search ends here!

band and I found a few minutes to be away from guests that we had drinks, food, and whatever else we needed. We were beyond happy with the customer service, the quality of the food, and the overall experience of working with Sarasota Catering Company. Everything was flawless. I would definitely recommend them to everyone! We really could not be happier with their service!

So Staged rentals). I worked with Sashi, who from day one, answered any questions I had and gave so much detail to the process! Super patient and friendly discussing my options since I was being very hands on with planning. They have so many food options to fill any needs. We went with the Caribbean buffet package, and they were flexible with substituting and adding sides. Had many compliments on food! Servers were super friendly, always checking on us if we needed apps or drinks. They always had a smile on their face, while working their butts off to set up, serve and clean. Again, Sashi worked so hard to set up my decor which could be tough making someone's vision come to life, and they day schedule went smoothly! Also had rehearsal dinner catering, small bites and cocktail sandwiches, and everyone loved it. Look no more for your catering service!! (We used them at a house rental property in Siesta Key)

enough good things about this organization!

! Sashi and her team was completely professional and very responsive. If I needed anything, Sashi was quick to respond. We used Sarasota Catering Company for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. People are still raving about how delicious the food was! We also used Sashi for our day of coordinator and she made everything stress free and all about me. I seriously can’t thank her enough for making my day perfect!

her company often works closely with a couple of local rental companies, so I did all my rentals through her as well and it definitely cut down on the hassle. The food is amazing, best I’ve ever had at a wedding!

and and I don’t eat meat, they prepared us our own vegetarian dishes. EVERYTHING was delicious. So many of our guests raved about the food, my husbands boss actually got their information that night to book them for an upcoming event. I will hands down, always recommend them and we will definitely book them for any event we have in the future. SASHI. We hired Sashi as our Day of Coordinator and this was the best decision we made. She is simply, AMAZING. She went above and beyond for us. She was SO much more than a Day of Coordinator. She was there, from day 1, to answer ALL of my questions (and I had... A LOT!). I cannot say enough about this woman. She made the whole process go off without a hitch and it would not have been the same without her. I labeled her my “Chaos Coordinator.” She puts all she has into her clients and events, and it is very, VERY clear. And she is SO sweet. After five minutes of meeting her my mother said, “I love her! I feel like I have known her forever, she is so sweet!” Anyone booking through SCC- HIRE SASHI!!! You will NOT regret it!

and I and our guests. People were so impressed with how well Sashi ran the show! People thought she was part of the family! Thank you all at the Sarasota Catering Company. You helped make this day extremely special for us and our family and friends!

on schedule and didn’t skip a beat!
