About this vendor
Hey there! I’m Sarah, a wedding & elopement photographer based out of Seattle, WA.
You don’t need to be adventurous or wildly in love. That’s not what I’m here for. I’m here for the real stuff. Not the posed, fake, or cliche stuff. I want the connection. The belly laughs. The soft, quiet in-betweens. I want the nitty-gritty and real moments. I want to capture everything important to you and your person. The moments and memories that deserve to last forever. Because no two love stories look the same and shouldn't be told the same.
I started about fifteen years ago with film & darkroom photography. I fell in love with it instantly. For years I specialized in portraits, street, and concert photography. I like to bring a photojournalistic and storytelling aspect to my work. My approach is simple. I like to let the day unfold naturally and capture things as they happen. Of course, I will help direct and guide you when needed. I know when to step in and take charge and when to take a step back and be a fly on the wall. I’m quirky, I like to laugh and have fun. And I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in front of the camera. I’m not about posing or cliches. When we work together, I want it to be as fun, stress-free, and comfortable as possible.
I hope to make some magic with y'all!

Sarah not only takes beautiful photos, but truly is ready to match your energy, make you feel safe and special, and even pull out an emergency kit for when you're having wardrobe m...
alfunctions without missing a beat. What drew us to Sarah were her true to life colors, emphasis on candid rather than formal or posed photos, and her reassurances that we wouldn't have to perform a specific kind of romance, but rather to just be ourselves. We booked Sarah for our engagement photos and wedding photos, and I kind of want to book her for just for fun photos now, too, because I don't want our time with her to be over. I would absolutely recommend her!!
Sarah was my favorite thing about my wedding (ok fine i guess second after the person I married). she made the whole day so easy going and incredibly fun. she has a way of making y...
ou feel comfortable in front of the camera - which I usually am not. she gets along with everyone and, in turn, gets the best photos out of everyone.
she will either let you call the shots, or in my case (who forgot to fill out her information sheet beforehand), she switches into director mode and finds beautiful locations and moments to capture.
my family and friends raved about sarah for days following my wedding so you better get on board and hire her before it's too late!
PS - her team was also fantastic.
Sarah shot our wedding on behalf of Sioned Abaun Photography, and we LOVED working with her! She was able to match our energy, encouraged us to be natural and playful and romantic ...

Finding the perfect photographer for our Downtown Seattle wedding was the most important thing to us and Sarah was the perfect choice! When I saw her Instagram & website I was inst...
antly drawn to her photography style and was so impressed at the photos she has taken for all of her couples. She was extremely easy to contact and was flexible when needed during the Covid-19 pandemic. We had many conversations leading up to the big day and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She helped us formulate our day of schedule and recommended changes to help things move smoothly. Sarah was so much more than we could have ever asked for. She went above and beyond what was expected such as a boudoir shoot, taking photos all over Pike Place Market, to even the small things like shooting film and polaroid’s at our request. Her and her team were amazing and got along with all of our over vendors, family and friends. She made us feel so beautiful, comfortable, and confident. The quality of photos were beyond what I imagined, they were absolutely breathtaking. She took so many incredible shoots, some that I didn’t even knew she captured! Her composition, variety of photos, edits, colors, and the overall dream-like quantity of photos just shows how professional and seasoned of a photographer she is. Sarah is not only an incredible photographer, but an incredible person with radiant energy, support, and love for her clients. We were so lucky to have her as apart of our team on our big day and are even luckier to have her as a wonderful friend for life.

, we knew that she would be the one to capture our big day. Sarah has been an absolute dream to work with. She has such a positive and fun energy about her and is always ready to jump right in to capture the moment while work around any unexpected obstacles. During our engagement shoot she put us at ease straight away, we laughed lots and the photos turned out beautifully. We walked around while Sarah worked her magic for almost 3 hours and honestly we were just blown away by how comfortable we felt. It was like hanging out with a dear friend!
She was organized and professional but also very fun to work with. We thought she did such a great job capturing the little details and fun moments that made our wedding special. Our family and friends are still swooning over the pictures and have said nothing but amazing things about how attentive and awesome Sarah was! The pictures are so effortless, natural, and tell the story of our day so perfectly. I would highly recommend Sarah for your wedding photographer!

Our proposal, engagement and wedding photos all came out absolutely beautiful and I love how Sarah is truly able to capture emotion in all of her photos.
