Sarah is absolutely fantastic, crushed the brief, positive vibes all day long, A+ experience all around. She was timely, flexible, answered all our questions, and we all looked fan...
tastic. You couldn't be in better hands!
If I could give 10 stars to Sarah, I would!! I booked Sarah for my wedding in April for myself, 5 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. When I was having the consultation w...
ith her, I was dealing with allergic reactions to cosmetics, and Sarah was INCREDIBLE with providing advice and using products that would be safe for me the day of. I felt like I was in amazing hands throughout the process - she was so professional and responsive, and I had a great trial leading up to my wedding day. Most importantly, Sarah is a true girl's girl who felt like another one of our pals on the day. She was amazing to have around and had us all chit-chatting and laughing with her. All of our makeup was natural, made us feel like the best versions of ourselves, and lasted all night even after dancing the night away. I really can't say enough good things about Sarah's work and what a wonderful person she is!
Sarah did my makeup for my March wedding this year, and all I can say is…I wish I had met her so much sooner! I’m not someone who gets real glam done very often (I’m sure a lot of ...
brides are in the same boat), so during the planning process it was really hard for me to understand and communicate what I really wanted for a wedding day look. I wish more artists were as understanding as Sarah. I met her a little closer to my wedding day, and luckily she was available on my date. To be super honest, I had a few failed trials with other artists. I couldn’t pinpoint what it was with other teams, but I just remember looking in the mirror after the trials and not feeling like myself. Or feeling like when I asked for a change, other artists would get annoyed/frustrated with me. When Sarah did my makeup, I just felt so relaxed. When I asked for a subtle modification, she was so patient and was able to nail it rather than making me feel bad/dumb for even asking. I felt like a gorgeous, glowing version of myself - dewey and glowy and feminine. I tend to be a high-anxiety person and Sarah was calm and collected during my wedding day. I was so much more nervous and scared than I expected to be. I hope she knows how much I appreciated the sense of calm she brought. Even when we had to break for my flowers to arrive or had to deal with some unnecessary family drama, she maintained her sense of calm and was so kind.
The bride is usually dealing with a LOT of feels and pressure on the wedding day from all angles. The ability to give us some grace, and be kind, understanding, and patient, and just get that we’re humans going through one of the most significant days of our lives, is truly priceless and the mark of a kind and unique soul. Sarah - thank you for connecting with me the way they you did. Thank you for talking to me about astrology, Taylor Swift, and for genuinely feeling like a friend when I needed one more than ever. Thank you for making me feel gorgeous.

and my skin could breath! I genuinely felt like myself! My bridesmaids also raved about how much they loved their make up too!
The absolute best! I was worried about feeling overly made up, but I loved the make-up that Sarah did for me. She is also lightning fast and great to talk to. Highly recommend!

on her kind and spunky personality is exactly what you need to feel happy and confident on your wedding day! I cannot say enough good things about her!
If you’re trying to decide which makeup artist to use, Sarah Walsh is your answer. I was looking for an elevated/natural look for my wedding since it was a daytime wedding. And, sh...
e nailed it. She picked up my requests and vibe so easily. After the trial I had no edits/changes/complaints. She made me feel comfortable and calm. I don’t normally wear a ton of makeup, but I still wanted to look like I had makeup on at the wedding (but not in a super glam way). Also extra bonus points she is hilarious.

ing. Guys. When I tell you Sarah made every one of us STUNNING in the most natural, complimentary way, it would still be an understatement. We all felt like more beautiful versions of ourselves and couldn’t have been happier. Plus, Sarah’s just an awesome person you’ll want to hang out with anyway. Go ahead and book her, now.
Where do I begin?! Sarah is a dream come true. She basically read my mind on the makeup I wanted for my couple's shower and wedding day. She is professional, easy to talk to and an...
absolute blast to have with you and your girls on your wedding day! She is so freaking talented and fun. I know it's hard picking a makeup artist because you know what you like and what you're used to, but trust me- so does she. Book. Her. Now.

ly at ease and made us laugh throughout the entire process. Sarah so clearly communicated with everyone in our wedding party and we received endless compliments on how beautiful our makeup looks were. Her communication leading up to the wedding was flawless and if you are lucky enough to get in with Sarah for your wedding, you will not be disappointed.
Thank you, Sarah!

atural, and I do not wear a lot of makeup. Sarah made me look natural, but like, an elevated natural look since I was the bride! Really recommend. Can't wait to have an event where I can book her again!
Sarah is an incredibly talented makeup artist and if you are lucky enough that she’s available on your wedding date, you should book her immediately! I was a destination bride and ...
I had the tricky circumstances of knowing basically nothing about makeup but also being extremely particular about makeup application, colors used, etc. I booked several trials on a visit to New Orleans and as soon as I looked in the mirror after Sarah finished my trial application, my decision was made. Her application was flawless, I had a full face of foundation on but couldn’t even really tell as she blends it so well that it looks completely natural. I showed her a couple images and explained what colors of eyeshadow I usually wear and she knew exactly what to do based off of that and absolutely nailed it. Sarah did my makeup for my engagement pictures as well as my wedding day makeup, my bridesmaids’ makeup, and my mom and mother in law as well. Everyone’s makeup looked incredible. We got married on a muggy day with all events outside (pictures, ceremony, reception, dance floor) and after over twelve hours and a very sweaty second line and dance floor, we all still looked great. In addition to Sarah’s amazing skills, she also is wonderful to work with. She is extremely prompt with communication, very organized, and also so much fun to hang out with while she’s doing your makeup! Seriously, look no further, I can GUARANTEE you will be extremely happy with your choice if you book with Sarah!

ourself! She is so easy going, kind, fun and understanding, so also a sincere pleasure to spend time with. If I could hire her to do my makeup every week, I would! I strongly recommend Sarah for any bride looking for makeup services for their wedding weekend or beyond and can’t wait for the next occasion to work with her!

an old friend. She made me super comfortable for someone who rarely wears makeup and when I came back on wedding day with a couple tiny tweaks, she implemented them to perfection. I cannot recommend Sarah enough. We had a small wedding this year and my sister-in-laws are SO excited that they get to have their makeup done by her next year. She felt like part of the intimate crew on wedding day - like having another friend to celebrate! Thank you sooooooo much, Sarah! We can't wait for the big wedding next year!

or down to my “all natural” mom she nailed each and every look. Sarah is not only a talented makeup artist, she has the best personality and makes you feel like you have known her for years while you are in her chair. Sarah asks each member of the party what look they would like and is a wonderful, caring listener. She made me look and feel like an absolute QUEEN on my wedding day! Do yourself a favor and book this talented makeup artist!
Sarah did a beautiful job with our Bridal makeup! She is very efficient. Each person took on average 30 minutes. 10/10!

completely changed her mind. I was incredibly happy with how I looked and felt on my wedding day, and I could see that the other bridesmaids were, too.
Additionally, Sarah provided a calm yet fun energy to my home. She was kind and took the time to chat and connect with everyone, and I was grateful to have her around.
I highly recommend and will definitely use Sarah again!

t be more thrilled with how my makeup turned out. Sarah did my makeup for both my rehearsal dinner and wedding - and NAILED both of these looks. I have never felt more beautiful! For the rehearsal dinner I wanted more of an evening glam look, and for the wedding, I was going for more of a natural/glowy vibe. She listened to my wishes and executed perfectly. I am so excited to work with Sarah again in the future for other events, as I have the utmost confidence in her innate talent and sheer professionalism. Oh...and did I mention she’s super sweet and fun to be around?! Best of the best!!! Highly recommend if you want to look naturally gorgeous.

first people I hired when we started planning. Sarah did my makeup for my shower, bridal pictures, and wedding day. I wanted a natural look and she crushed it every time. Seriously wish she could do my makeup every day.

ortantly everyone loved their makeup. I’ve gotten my makeup done for events before and have never really been happy with the turnout so I was a little nervous about my wedding makeup. Sarah listened to exactly what I wanted and it was perfect! I would highly recommend Sarah and will be calling her again for future events!

site; Sarah succeeded at giving us both looks we loved. On my wedding day, Sarah made each lady look and feel beautiful. Guests complimented me on how my makeup was gorgeous while I still looked like myself, which is exactly what I wanted. Too frequently brides are unrecognizable because of the amount and/or application of makeup. You don’t run that risk with Sarah. She is extremely skilled and in tune with her clients’ wishes. Whenever I need a MUA, Sarah is my first call!
Sarah Walsh is absolutely amazing. After meeting with her and seeing her work during my bridal trial I had zero worries glam wise going into my wedding day. Sarah is funny and kind...
and makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years! I appreciate how special she made my big day and the energy she brought to the room as everyone was getting ready. As far as makeup goes...I wish she could do my makeup everyday. I typically don’t wear a lot of makeup and Sarah did such a good job at not only teaching me about her techniques, but also making my bridesmaids and I look elegant. Her makeup application provides a natural look with just the right amount of glam. My face held up the whole day with no problems and everyone looked great in photos. My mother was very hesitant to get her makeup done because she doesn’t wear makeup very often and has very sensitive skin. Sarah also took the time to talk to her about what she could do and made sure my mom was 100% happy with her final result. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a MUA for their big day or event.
Sarah was the best! She worked with everything we wanted and made everyone’s dreams come true. Not only extremely talented but She was a joy to be around and made the mood so fun ...
which is half of it! 10/10 recommended Sarah- will be using her for years to come!

ly that— a very natural and polished look that lasted the entire afternoon and evening. The weather was typical New Orleans humidity, but my makeup didn’t run or get shiny. I literally never had to touch it up for 11 hours. Sarah was fun to be around, and my mother and wedding party all felt and looked beautiful thanks to her! I felt so pretty, and the photos are proof that Sarah Walsh is the best!

the planning process, and my makeup stayed and looked flawless late into the night! Everyone in my bridal party couldn't stop raving about how amazing she was!

ed to do my own makeup because I know my face and know how I like my face to look. But, I ultimately decided to hire a professional makeup artist because there would be too much going on, and my eyebrows were the last thing I needed to stress about. Well, hiring Sarah was 100% the best choice.
Our wedding was a destination wedding, so I couldn't do my trial until the night before the wedding. This worked out so that I could have my makeup done for my rehearsal, and Sarah would make a few tweaks for the big day. At the trial, I told her that I didn't want to feel bridal. Traditional bridal makeup didn't feel authentic to who I am. I told her I wanted a more eclectic look and she really rolled with the punches and delivered a really cool look for the trial. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE... she does her homework, and the next day she comes with bigger lashes, rhinestones and more! It was a whole mood. My bridesmaids' makeup looked equally as amazing and fit each personality. Sarah was VERY patient with my mom's makeup which had its own hiccups.
I know not everyone wants eclectic makeup with big lashes and rhinestones. BUT, the point is that Sarah can do it ALL. Also, side note, The "getting ready" part of the wedding is such a special part of the big day. The overall energy with your girls really sets the tone, and it's great when the hair and makeup team feeds into that. Sarah has THE BEST fun facts for the get ready chit chat. Working with Sarah was just such a fantastic experience. Everyone would hire her.

types of skin and will advise you in the best direction to look your best. I have never been a “false” eyelash fan but the type she uses changed my opinion. It’s a seamless application and they look natural. They simply enhance your own lash volume and length. I have used many makeup artists for different weddings, Mardi Gras balls and events and Sarah Walsh is truly the best. All of my bridesmaids loved her work as well. I highly recommend Sarah for your wedding day beauty needs. I plan to use her again for different social events.

hat! I did not want to look like I had too much makeup on because I usually don’t wear a lot. She really listens to how you want to look and customizes everyone’s makeup to exactly how they want it. She is easy to talk to and makes everything fun. The way Sarah did my makeup, my 5 bridesmaids makeup, and some of my families makeup was absolutely outstanding. She even stayed to take pictures with me with my photographer. Sarah made me feel the absolute best on my wedding day!! Highly recommend!

through photos of her work I knew she would be perfect for what I was looking for. Better yet, Sarah was the first to respond sending me a contract almost immediately. She continued to be responsive through out the whole process making her self available for any questions I had. She touched base throughout my engagement, even reminding me of scheduling a trial run. Sarah took time to understand what I envisioned my makeup would look like; asking clarifying questions and making suggestions based on her expertise. I learned a few tricks and insights on facial routines along the way!! Thank you Sarah for putting this type A bride as ease!
