Sarah was fantastic!! A family member recommended Sarah to us for our wedding. At first we were not sure we needed an additional planner to the one with the venue, but we hired Sar...
ah to help and quickly realized it was the best decision we made for our wedding! Sarah was incredibly thorough in the planning process, often thinking of things we didn’t even consider. We had several planning calls with her, and we walked away everytime feeling so glad she was on our side. Sarah reached out to our vendors individually and made sure they understood what we wanted. She also sat in on almost all vendor calls and was our biggest advocate and supporter. On the day of the wedding, Sarah made sure the entire event function smoothly. Everything happened exactly as we imagined thanks to her. She seriously made our wedding and the planning process perfect! We HIGHLY recommend working with her.
As soon as my now-wife accepted my proposal, I knew that we were going to need a wedding planner, and not just any wedding planner, Sarah French Events. Our faith was accurately pl...
aced. She was attentive, professional, and took the time to understand our vision for our wedding, making excellent vendor suggestions from her vast connections. There were multiple times we were ready to settle for something and she made us wait, because she knew someone or something better that was still within our budget. When we needed, she interceded on our behalf with vendors, negotiating better rates or making sure they followed through on their contracts. She accompanied my wife when she needed to get a different dress, helping her pick one that took my breath away. She was hands on in vendor meetings, making sure my wife (and I) were heard and that the vendors followed through on our vision, even when it went against their instincts, even if it took multiple meetings to ensure that they understood what was requested. As a day-of coordinator, she had the day of the wedding timed out to the minute, meaning that parts of the evening that normally go long (or so I’ve heard) ran like clockwork, without a hitch. Endlessly creative, she created some of our favorite decor items (like our seating chart) herself. She ensured that every room looked better than we could have imagined when we entered; my wife literally jumped for joy when we entered the dining room of the reception. When we needed to be talked down from the stress of planning, she was there to talk us down. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
Sarah goes ABOVE and BEYOND. She was constantly reaching out and checking in and was a vital part of our wedding planning. She uses her knowledge and experience to help you think o...
f all the little details and plan and prepare for anything that comes your way. Not only was she an invaluable part of the planning process, she really really shines day of! We had so many people commenting on how incredible Sarah was all weekend. “She is so on top of it”, “So Organized.” “There isn’t a question she can’t answer”, just to name a few. We even had a little emergency day of and she jumped to action to make sure I was doing okay and was kind, understanding and helpful while getting everything/everyone back on track. I honestly believe that our wedding would not have been possible without Sarah, it was the best investment of our wedding HANDS DOWN!! Not only is Sarah an incredibly wedding planner, she is a great human being and we had so so so much fun working with her over the last year!!!

anything! Incredibly easy to work with and makes the day what YOU want it to be. Highly recommend!
Hiring Sarah was easily the best decision I made during wedding planning. My now husband was hesitant that we needed a coordinator but I convinced him and now he agrees that it was...
an amazing decision! I contacted Sarah pretty late into wedding planning - I already had almost all of my vendors (except transportation) but was really looking for someone to provide advice and guidance in the final steps of planning. Specifically, I really needed the help month and day of. Sarah was friendly, organized and easy to talk to from day one. She asked questions and provided advice on things I never even though to ask or consider. When it came to the day of she was super organized and kept everything and everyone on schedule. Our day was perfect and went exactly as planned. There was a slight snafu with my hair and Sarah made sure it was corrected. I am SO thankful I hired Sarah and would absolutely recommend her!

ct and gave us incredible peace of mind during an otherwise incredibly stressful time. Sarah is unique in that she both had amazing ideas around our wedding design and had a firm handle on all of our contracts, finances, and other business-side issues for our big day. On top of all that, she is a sincerely kind and fun person that you will love talking to (even during the hard conversations). If you want a perfect wedding, you need to work with Sarah!
Sarah, from start to finish, made planning our wedding thoughtful, easy and fun. She was a godsend for two people based in DC, with full time jobs, and high expectations. She helpe...
d us to not only feel confident in our choices (as we utilized her partial planning services) but helped us to consider ones we hadn't before, based on our vision and budget. She aligned us with amazing vendors and helped us to truly make our day reflective of us through other details like table signage (etsy recs) and flowers that came from local growers. Sarah's blend of easy going nature and tried and true professionalism makes her approachable, funny and a pleasure to work with. She helped us to get out time back on our day, and helped us to focus on each other which is the whole point. She went with all of crazy ideas (Whipped Cream on the Dance Floor versus a Wedding Cake) and made of families feel loved and trusted (hundreds of compliments all around). If you need a reliable confidant, team leader and genuine lover of love on your wedding day, we would highly recommend Sarah!
My wife and I lived abroad while planning our wedding at the Independence Visitor Center. When we started working with Sarah, the only decision we had made was the venue. Sarah hel...
ped us pick all of our vendors, from the DJ to the flower shop, and we could not have been happier. Sweating all the little details while making sure the event flowed perfectly, Sarah was our cool and collected organizer and people-wrangler on the day of the event. We probably weren't the easiest clients she's ever had since we weren't in the country for most of the planning process, but you never would have known that given how well Sarah pulled everything together. We'd recommend Sarah to anyone, no matter where your wedding is, how many people you're inviting, or any other quirky requests you need to have accommodated. This review is long overdue, but THANK YOU SARAH!
Sarah is a rockstar of a wedding planner!! My fiancé and I recently got married at BOK, a venue which requires a lot of planning and attention to detail. I can say, without a doubt...
, that Sarah was the #1 reason that our wedding day turned out to be flawless. She met with us multiple times throughout the planning process and answered all questions. She always provided wonderful feedback and helped us choose vendors that made our day unique and special. On our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing and spent all of my time with family and friends without a care in the world. We had a very large bridal party and Sarah made sure everyone was where they needed to be so that my fiancé and I could enjoy ourselves to the fullest. Sarah truly loves what she does and her passion for this profession shows. We highly recommend!!!
My husband and I hired Sarah a few months into our planning process, after we had hired most of our vendors. I work in the event planning industry, and frankly I was not sure that ...
I would need the help of a coordinator. Having gone through the planning process and after experiencing a perfectly executed wedding courtesy of Sarah, I can now say, hiring SarahFrench Events was the best investment we made in our wedding day. Sarah was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. She is very responsive, creative, and meticulously organized. Sarah is also unfailingly patient and kind and was especially helpful when we were trying to make decisions on different elements of our wedding. When we had questions, Sarah often provided us with a few suggestions, never pressuring us one way or the other, but always giving her honest opinion. Even though we were on top of planning our wedding, Sarah was always a step ahead, sending us gentle reminders of things that still needed to be done and talking extensively with our vendors to develop our timeline. The day of the wedding, we felt like we had nothing to do but relax and enjoy the day! We truly felt like we were guests at our own wedding—this is entirely due to Sarah’s organization and her positive attitude. There was nothing that came up that she couldn’t handle with grace and ease. I received numerous compliments specifically about Sarah from my family members and our guests. Even if you have the expertise, do yourself a favor a hire SarahFrench Events so you can actually enjoy your wedding—I know we did, and it was thanks to Sarah!
We enjoyed working with Sarah. She is always very positive and has great ideas. Her pricing is also very reasonable. She is always willing to listen to a frantic bride!
Sarah is a powerhouse. We hired her as our day of wedding coordinator and she did an extraordinary job. She loves being a part of weddings and makes sure every single detail is per...
fect. We met with her 4 times prior to the wedding to go over the details. She always had vendors to recommend and asked the right questions to make sure we thought of every detail. She then contacted all of the vendors to make sure they executed their contracts as promised. She created very detailed, personalized timelines for every person involved. She ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding and had an assistant there to help execute everything the day of. Sarah made sure we stayed on schedule and that everything happened as we planned. Best of all - she made sure I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was WAY less busy in the weeks leading up to the wedding because she took all the details out of my hands and handled them. I had planned the wedding so meticulously and am quite the detail-oriented control freak - so trusting someone else to execute my plans does not come easily to me. Sarah somehow managed to make it so easy and I trusted her to handle everything. I can't recommend her highly enough. Hire her. She will help make your day truly special and give you the space to enjoy it!
