I do not even know where to start! Sarah Beth created the most magical weekend of our lives, and I don't think we can ever thank her enough. My mom and I woke up Friday and Saturda...
y morning of the wedding weekend relaxed and with nothing to do, because Sarah Beth had handled it all. She put us in touch with the best vendors in Charlotte, and it was everything we could have asked for and more! I can't believe the beautiful wedding was ours! She also planned my bridal luncheon, and it was above and beyond. So many wonderful details that I will remember for the rest of my life. Sarah Beth will be the best decision you make for your wedding planning!

ll for Sarah Beth. She was made for wedding planning - so organized, professional, kind, and listened attentively to every idea and request - then made it happen! A wedding planner turned friend. Would not have changed a thing!

n we didn’t! The vendors she recommended were the absolute best! The wedding was exactly what we envisioned. Having her assist us through the process made it much easier and enjoyable, knowing that she would handle any potential issues. She was wonderful and supportive, and we are going to miss seeing her! When anyone asks how to handle planning a wedding, I say call Sarah Beth!

d enjoyable. She made thoughtful and tailored recommendations to our needs and made our wedding day an absolute dream. We couldn't recommend her enough, she's the best!
Sarah Beth came very highly recommended from many of our close friends, and from day one of working with her we knew we were in good hands. She is so passionate and knowledgeable a...
bout the wedding industry and clearly loves this work, which made the planning process more fun because she really bought into my vision, shared my excitement and helped me bring our dream wedding to life better than I could have imagined. While I had some vision for what I wanted, Sarah Beth opened my eyes to so many details that I had never considered, but really walked me through the planning and decision making processes so it never felt overwhelming. My mom also helped me with wedding planning and together we can be quite indecisive, but Sarah Beth was so patient with us and kept us calm by giving us the confidence that we were on track.
Outside of being a delight to work with and helping me stay relatively stress free during the planning process, one thing that really stood out were Sarah Beth’s vendor recommendations and connections within the industry. I was happy with every single vendor and really wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding. Not only did Sarah Beth have great suggestions for everything - from the big things (band, photographers, videographers, florists, stationer) - to the little special details (guest book, dance floor favors, edible flowers for signature cocktails, etc.) - she really tailored her recommendations based on what I wanted and my vision. The two florists I met with, for example, had portfolios of work that were spot on with the design I was looking for. Also, we followed Sarah Beth's recommendation for a band and booked them first, and many of our wedding guests said our wedding band was the best they had ever heard. The dance floor was packed all night. Sarah Beth had great go-to contacts for everything - from linens to antique getaway cars and made sure her recommendations kept us within our budget or was transparent about when something we wanted would exceed our budget. She also managed all of the vendors from a timeline perspective so we didn’t have to worry about remembering when to submit final payments, confirm final details, etc. leading up to the wedding, which was a huge help. I also want to add that we had an unforeseen issue with the wedding cake planned through our venue about 3-4 weeks before the wedding and Sarah Beth was able to immediately secure a really fantastic cake vendor at the last minute who perfectly executed our wedding cake - it ended up being one of my favorite details. She didn’t even call me to tell me that there was an issue/concern with our original cake until she had a new vendor lined up who could make the cake I wanted. To me, that says it all!
After working with Sarah Beth for over a year to plan our wedding, I can’t recommend working with her enough. Thanks to her attention to detail, expertise and experience our wedding planning process was seamless and enjoyable and our wedding was absolutely perfect! Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We were already impressed by everything she did throughout the planning process, but the day of the wedding we didn’t worry about a single detail and everything just happened exactly as planned, which was wonderful because it just allowed us to be present and enjoy every moment. Sarah Beth really is the best and if you are lucky enough to work with her you can be confident that you’re in great hands!
Sarah Beth's vendors were amazing and chosen with an excellent understanding of who we were, how we wanted to communicate and spend money. I can’t say enough good things about eac...
h of her vendors.
The photographers she recommended were PERFECT. Their low key personalities were just what we needed and their work was excellent. I LOVED our flowers and working with the florist was a dream. We don’t know a ton about flowers, but she heard the vision and executed beyond my expectations. Could not have been more pleased with “the feel” of the reception when I walked in. Every vendor we worked with was top notch and Sarah Beth navigated the ways in which they all needed to coordinate on the big day.
Now, my words about Sarah Beth personally....and I hope I can do it justice. The grace and care and love and respect with which she treated us and everyone involved in our wedding as a vendor or guest was extraordinary. My daughter and I are good decision makers, but we knew NOTHING about the process. Sarah Beth educated us without making us feel stupid, she listened to our every word (and all the things we didn’t say, but felt!). She never made us feel like a choice was wrong even when it may have differed from what she would have chosen. She never pressured us to spend money on things we were not on board with and her ability to constantly reassure us without ever seeming tired or annoyed was amazing.
I thoroughly enjoyed the process and didn’t think I would. I resisted the idea of a planner at the beginning, but now fully credit Sarah Beth for the fact that I enjoyed the wedding weekend so much.
Sarah Beth really has a gift, a calling...this is her vocation for sure. Any bride or mother can be assured that your wedding will receive Sarah Beth's passion and care and attention to every important detail. It’s more than I could have ever expected or imagined.

From the first conversation I had with her, I loved how friendly and professional she was. She cared about what I wanted and asked all of the right questions. Planning with Sarah Beth was very easy – she was extremely organized, efficient and thorough.
When it came to our wedding day, everything went wonderfully. I didn’t have to worry about the vendors showing up, as she had been in contact with everyone throughout the week and day of. Also, she made sure all of the decorations were perfect around the venue. A concern of mine was myself and the groom trying to have a fun and stress-free day – to truly enjoy our wedding. I cannot possibly say enough good things about Sarah Beth. We were in the same sorority in college, but even if I'd never met her before, she would have made me feel completely at ...
ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. I am from NC but live in LA, and knew I would need a lot of assistance with coordinating our wedding from 3,000 miles away. Sarah Beth made even the toughest steps of the process seem exciting and doable. I'd previously worked in event planning, and even still, there was so much I didn't know about planning a wedding. She was so patient with all of my questions and concerns throughout the entirety of our year long engagement. From vendor coordination and communication, to implementing a cohesive look for our ceremony and reception style, to advising how to handle tricky planning situations, she really became a true support system with every step of the process because she put us first as a couple. She took the time to understand our vision, and she honored that until the moment we hugged goodbye after the wedding. I am so thankful that we had her, and her incredible assistant, Tate, as our support team throughout this process.
The best way to describe Sarah Beth is professional, organized, personable, genuine, extremely helpful, and ultra positive. She exceeded all of our expectations and was crucial to ...
our big day's success. Sarah Beth has many close vendor relationships in the business and everyone loves working with her (including us)!
My (now) husband and I hired Sarah Beth for Month of Planning services. She went above and beyond to ensure our big day was as stress free as possible. She kept us on time with booking key vendors, was extremely helpful when needing to make a final decision, and coordinated with all of our vendors with timelines and floor plans so our big day went off without a hitch. She even came by and picked up a car load of "details" for the reception at my mom's house so we wouldn't have to worry about coordinating the drop off on the day of the wedding.
We live in Seattle and had our wedding in Charlotte where our families currently lives. Sarah Beth was always readily available to help with any questions or hop on a call for a sanity check :-) I would not have been able to get through planning a wedding from afar without her help and organization.
Cherry on the cake? She was 8 months pregnant at our wedding and didn't miss a beat. Do not hesitate to hire Sarah Beth or use Sarah Elizabeth Events for any and all your planning needs. Sarah Beth and Tate are incredible and make the planning process more fun and less stressful.
Sarah Beth, you are a rock star! We cannot thank you enough for helping us plan a wonderful day of celebration, love, and fun. I would be remiss if I didn't give Tate a shout out. Tate, we loved having you be part of our big day! Thank you for all of your help! We enjoyed every minute of our wedding day and have you both to thank :-)

f a wedding/designer. Our venue required one, so we began searching. We met Sarah Beth early in our search and were immediately very impressed by her professionalism, thoroughness, ideas, and responsiveness to our communication. This was really just the beginning.
Sarah Beth was there for us at EVERY step of the wedding planning process with advice, support, etiquette, emotions, communication with vendors, you name it. She is responsive to communication at all times, even nights and weekends (other planners had told us to expect communication during M-F business hours only – we were both very busy and planning an out of town wedding, so Sarah Beth’s flexibility with communication was very helpful and made things move along more quickly and smoothly.) She is an incredibly supportive planner who truly, in her heart of hearts, seems to want her brides to have the best day full of everything they love. She is she does not impose the things she thinks are trendy or important in a wedding, but rather lets you choose what you love and what is personally important to you, and helps you shape it into something beautiful. We had a few custom things we wanted that we weren’t sure how to even start acquiring, and she navigated all of this design process for us. It helps that she is SO NICE; vendors clearly love working with her, so they are more apt to do you favors via her!
The week before our wedding she was so focused on us and making sure we were prepared with checklists, schedules, timelines, and many other things I didn’t even know we needed. She was there the day before at our rehearsal checking on vendors, rentals, food, and overall running the show, and we were so prepared because of it! Our wedding ran perfectly with no hiccups (that I knew of.) Many family members and guests commented that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to, and the smoothest wedding they’d ever seen. Tate, her assistant, was also amazing at helping pull this off. We had the absolute best day of our lives.
If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner and considering choosing Sarah Beth, do it RIGHT NOW! She is worth her weight in gold. You will not regret it, and you will gain a sweet friend in the process. Sarah Beth was there for me for so many moments in the planning process and on our wedding day. I recommend her without hesitation! Thank you so much Sarah Beth.

The way she treated other vendors for our Biltmore wedding was also something that we will forever carry with us. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face. Sarah Beth is SO respectful towards everyone. what we hoped for. She made certain that all of the other vendors, guests, etc knew exactly what to do at exactly what time. Her level of detail was so appreciated by us and our guests! We had many guests tell us afterward what a wonderful job she did. Every concern we had going into the day was quickly and efficiently dealt with, sometimes without us even knowing. When it comes to communication, Sarah Beth is top notch. She was able to coordinate all aspects of the ceremony and reception flawlessly, all behind the scenes. Once she was ready, she provided us with a thorough breakdown of our day. On the day of, she discreetly informed us when it was time to do certain events, so all we had to worry about was having a blast! It was always so great to go to other vendors and hear them just rave about her when we told them she was our coordinator and how excited they were to work with her again. After all of this, the best thing about Sarah Beth is that she does everything with a big smile. Thank you so much Sarah Beth!

plan such a large event without professional help. Not only that, as a creative myself I knew it would be super difficult to wrangle in ALL my ideas into one special day. No request we threw her way was too big or too small, no idea was too crazy, and she was able to cohesively weave everyone’s vision together. She responded to emails quickly and efficiently and was very willing to be flexible with her time considering the distance. We were able to plan the bulk of the wedding, including booking all vendors within a few months time—making the rest of the year completely STRESS FREE. From the moment we met, Sarah Beth completely got our vision and we had no problems letting her make decisions on our behalf. We just clicked and we completely trusted her with everything! Her vendor relationships also saved us money in the end, and the "Dream Team" of vendors she pulled together for us exceeded our expectations! ar to me early on that I had taken on more than I could handle. The endless list of vendors was impossible to keep up with and even though I had all these ideas and designs for my wedding, I really needed someone to help me polish my vision. My photographer recommended Sarah Beth, saying she was one of the best in the business. From the first time I met Sarah Beth (in a wine shop- my kind of girl!), I knew my photographer was right. Sarah Beth's vision, reliability and professionalism are unparalleled. She is kind, thoughtful, easy to talk to, and just a beautiful person.
During my engagement, Sarah Beth handled communication and coordination with all of my vendors along to designing and creating floorplans and vision boards for my reception. It is safe to say I wouldn't have survived my wedding day if it weren't for her inimitable organization and calm, kind spirit. Everything was so smooth. My mom and I look back on my wedding and know it wouldn't have been the same without Sarah Beth. We love her and you will too!!

She styled our wedding beautifully , while keeping our budget on tract. She did a lot of meeting with vendors and kept me in the loop, but did not want to give me more than I could handle. She allowed me to be as involved or uninvolved as I wanted to be.
Our wedding was on New Years Eve and had basically all out of town guests. She juggled our guest list, all of our vendors, handed out all of our party probs, set up and cleaned up all of our New Years mess! She was the reason our wedding ran smoothly. At one point she even helped me change!
We had a friend officiate (this was his first wedding), and 15 kids in the wedding. With her expertise, she helped give a template for the ceremony, and ran our rehearsal dinner.
Sarah Beth allowed me to enjoy my wedding day, I knew she had all of the details, I just had to make it to the alter and say I do! I can't say enough about her and her team!
