Sara Mack Events

sionals. For over a year, Sara wasn’t just our coordinator, she was our person. The one we could lean on, trust, and turn to for anything. Whether we had a rough idea or no idea at all, she guided us with creativity, warmth, and clarity. If we had doubts about a vendor, she had five more ready to explore. When stress crept in, Sara was always there to pick up the phone and talk us through it. Her support was constant, her care unmatched, and her attention to detail was flawless. When it came to our big day, Sara and her team were nothing short of extraordinary. Every vendor raved about Sara and her team. Multiple vendors told us outright that SME is their favorite team to work with, and it showed. Our 120-guest backyard wedding and day-after brunch was smooth, joyful, and perfect, all thanks to the quiet power and precision of Sara’s leadership. She coordinated every detail, managed the timeline, oversaw setup and breakdown, communicated with all our vendors, led the rehearsal, and even made sure our wedding party was well taken care of. We literally didn’t have to worry about a thing. Sara Mack Events is a professional, joyful, and fiercely capable team that makes magic happen. Sara herself is a total force with the most infectious energy to be around. Even in high-stress moments, her presence was always reassuring. She has this incredible ability to connect with her clients and make everything feel fun and exciting, and that’s the exact kind of energy you want before and especially on your wedding day. There is nothing she won’t do for you. Any doubts we had about pricing disappeared once we saw the level of service, support, and peace of mind we received. Because we didn’t cut corners, we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment of our wedding weekend. That’s priceless. We owe it all to SME. We wouldn’t change a single thing, and we’d hire them again in a heartbeat!

ade new friends during the process. I can’t recommend them enough.

Seriously, if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, go with SME! They will not let you down!

rofessionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. the reigns from our first meeting with her and guided us through our timeline for our wedding day. She made us think of things we wouldn’t have thought of by ourselves and she took A LOT of stress off our backs by taking over communication and coordination with our vendors the month of our wedding. On your wedding day, she will be there for WHATEVER you need (no exaggeration) and most importantly, she will be your advocate. working with Sara almost 10 months before our wedding with a 1-1 session as we were struggling with some early planning decisions. Immediately, Sara made us feel at ease. As our month of coordinator, Sara and her team went above and beyond throughout the process. We could list a million small things that Sara did to make our wedding weekend go so smoothly. As we walked down to the ceremony before the night began, we turned to Sara and asked, “So I guess everything is good to go?” and she said “We’re all good, don’t worry about a thing.” Sara and her team have a special ability to remove all stress from the day so we could enjoy every minute with our friends and family. Plus, it didn’t take long until she became a part of the party out on the dance floor too. We would recommend her to everyone getting married ten times over.

able. At the start, SME provided a detailed checklist to guide us. Once our vendors were secured, they took over all communications about six weeks before the wedding. David arranged a few meetings to establish a comprehensive timeline for us and the vendors. He was also on-site the day before the wedding, coordinating with the vendors and addressing any issues that arose. Our wedding day was packed with activities—two ceremonies, a lunch, and a reception with dinner. Sara Mack was also there to help out along with David. Despite a very rainy day, the team seamlessly transitioned our outdoor event indoors. Their professionalism and ability to stick to the schedule impressed our guests. The SME team kept everyone informed and made sure the day ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment. Choosing Sara Mack Events will definitely reduce your wedding stress—they are dedicated professionals who know how to make your day truly special.

venue, with whom Sara works directly with, we were excited to have a point-person. I chose to do some guidance sessions before the main event and cannot recommend it more - especially when you're drowning in decision fatigue. In the month leading up to the wedding, Sara communicated with all of our vendors and checked in regularly with my husband and I. When the day came, she was always by our side as our number one cheerleader. I had been preparing myself for chaos - everyone tells you that things will go wrong. But amazingly, everything worked out perfectly! And I know that Sara's work behind the scenes played a huge role in that. She's just a wonderful person to work with and is so positive and energetic. You absolutely won't regret working with Sara Mack Events!

s of the wedding and he help curate the perfect wedding day schedule to make sure everything we wanted to do was included. He also made sure to ask us what we wanted to get out of our wedding so he could do his best to make it happen which is something we really appreciated and showed how much he truly cared about making sure this day was everything we wanted and more. He was knowledgable and any questions we had he answered without hesitation. On the actual day of the wedding he was our go to guy and any request or issue he handled with the up most professionalism. He allowed us to live in the moment and not sweat the small stuff and because of that we had the most amazing time at our wedding. We highly recommend working with David and Sara's team to make sure your day is just as fabulous and memorable. We still talk about what a life saver David was that weekend.

to communicate with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need.

ody else! About 1/2 way through our wedding planning process, we found ourselves completely overwhelmed and overstimulated with all of the little details and decisions for our wedding day. We were feeling like our Venue wasn’t focusing enough on the small things that were important to us and we were confused about how the actual day itself would flow. We decided to schedule a consultation with Sarah after finding her on Wedding Wire. INSTANT RELIEF. From our very first conversation, Sarah was SO empathetic, knowledgeable, passionate, down to earth, and fun. She was there to answer any questions my husband and I had no matter how silly I thought they were and just put our minds at ease.About a month out, when the pressure was on, Sarah was our literal advocate and go to girl. She took the lead on absolutely everything and anything that made us feel stressed and was only a text away for any question or concern. She took communication with all of our vendors by the reigns, kept everything organized, and made sure every little detail was in perfect order. On our actual Wedding Day, Sarah and her team were beyond 100%. They were there every step of the way to guide us through the day from literal start to finish. Not one thing went wrong and if it did, we had no idea because Sarah and her team handled it - My husband and I truly did not have to worry about one thing aside from enjoying our big day with our friends and family. Our day was absolutely everything we hoped for and more and I can honestly say that I don’t think it would have been the same without Sarah Mack Events!

multiple zooms with her and not only was she extremely organized but you can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does. No detail was overlooked and no question was too small. From our first conversation with her, we had absolute confidence in her abilities and she made us feel super comfortable and taken care of! Not only was she a rockstar in the weeks leading up to our wedding, but on the big day, she was our biggest cheerleader, she made sure everything ran on time, and she handled a vendor mishap with authority and grace. She also somehow managed to get so many great photos and videos on our phones that we were able to enjoy the next morning :) We can’t say enough great things about Sara - she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day unforgettable!

o the wedding. She also reached out to see if I had received the email from our coordinator David Torres when I had not responded, which somehow ended up in spam. Due to the delay David took our first meeting while on vacation, demonstrating his level of commitment to his clients. He took the lead drafting a timeline for the day and reaching out to our vendors to schedule their arrivals. All the things day of that I would have tied myself in knots stressing about, David managed so we could just enjoy our day. Words cannot describe how instrumental he was to ensuring our day was everything we wanted it to be, and we could not have done it as well without all his assistance. He surpassed every expectation I had, we loved working with him, and I cannot thank David and Sara Mack events enough for their hard work.
