e everything so simple from recommending wonderful vendors, responding quickly to all questions and giving expert advice and suggestions. Everything moved along flawlessly which led to the most perfect night! All of the staff were attentive, pleasant, and quick to respond to any needs as we all got ready for the ceremony. Could not have asked for a more beautiful venue. Guests raved about the food and a great time was had by all. Do not hesitate to book your event here!
We had the absolute best experience with Sapphire Creek and could not be happier that we chose it for our wedding!! From the gardens and patio to the bar and reception space, every...
part of Sapphire Creek was a 10/10. There are so many beautiful spaces throughout the property.
We had planned to have our ceremony outside on the lawn, but it ended up being rainy, so we moved the ceremony inside. The Sapphire Creek team worked to create an indoor ceremony in a space they had never used before and ended up being even more beautiful than we had originally planned! We are so thankful they were willing to think outside the box!
The food was amazing as well! We had around 150 guests, and everyone was served incredibly quickly, which was something several of our guests even commented on. Everything ran so smoothly, and the food was delicious!
What made our experience even better was the incredible staff. From the team helping us throughout the wedding day to the bartenders and catering staff, everyone was amazing. Most of all, we cannot say enough good things about the venue coordinator, Lexie. She made us feel so cared for and made sure everything came together seamlessly.
From our meetings leading up to the wedding to all of our emails in between, she was always organized, responsive, and helped us create a day that felt personal and authentic to us. We always felt like she understood what we wanted, and having her there on the wedding day made us feel completely taken care of.
We couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our wedding and would recommend Sapphire Creek and their incredible team to anyone!

iful, elegant, and creates the most incredible atmosphere. The ambiance was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was!
But what truly made our wedding day so stress-free was Lexie. She was absolutely incredible. She handled everything and made sure every little detail was taken care of. Knowing that Lexie was there allowed us to completely relax and actually enjoy our wedding day instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. She truly put our minds at ease and made us feel like we were in the best hands.
I genuinely did not have to stress about anything on our wedding day, which is something I will forever be grateful for. Everything flowed seamlessly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.

mbiance is already top tier and speaks for itself, but the ENTIRE team Sapphire Creek has makes the day what it is- complete perfection. From the very start, Lexie Limer, Sapphire’s coordinator, was informative, flexible, engaging and just so lovely to work with. No question was a stupid question and no ask was too much for her. Every request was met with a detailed and thorough answer and made planning our special day a lot less hectic than most couples get to experience. Every single detail and step from securing the wedding date to the very end of picking up your decor after your wedding is meticulously thought through and made easiest on you. Although we have had many dinners at Sapphire, they still go out of their way to put together a memorable wedding tasting and a beautiful rehearsal walkthrough before your big day. Not to mention, we utilized pretty much all of their approved vendors which were all absolutely incredible!!! Although we worked most closely with Lexie… the head chef and sous chefs, waiters (shout out to our girl MJ), bartenders, valet and security were real and genuine people, excited to be a part of our big day and performed the absolute BEST service to us and all our guests. Overall, every single cent we spent to have our wedding at Sapphire was 100% deserving and well spent. I am a type A kind of person when it comes to planning and hosting and there is not ONE single thing I would’ve changed. If you or anyone you know is even slightly considering getting married in NE Ohio, you need to take a visit to Sapphire Creek, but be prepared…. You’ll end up falling in love with it and surely having your wedding there. Thank you Lexie and the entire SCW team!!! - Allie & Evan

xecuted perfectly and created such an enjoyable experience for us. Lexie was the star of the show. She is basically a full service wedding planner built in with the venue. She helped me with every little detail I needed and was always so responsive. She is so genuine and sweet and made not just our wedding day, but the whole last year and a half so special and wonderful for us. We cannot thank her enough. We will miss her so much! The entire staff at Sapphire Creek was amazing the entire day and took care of any little detail we needed. All our guests keep raving about how great the food, service, and venue was. It truly was the best day of our lives and Sapphire Creek helped create it. Could not recommend enough!

day. All you had to do was ask and she made it happen and did so with a smile. The rest of the staff only echoed her professionalism. The scenery, the food, and the wine were exceptional. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever expect the day to go so perfect. The staff set everything up perfect and made the brides vision come true. Everyone at Sapphire Creek made it the most magical day for the brides, our family and friends. Thank you again for everything.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Sapphire Creek Winery. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the place we wanted to say “I do.”...
The venue itself is truly stunning—lush gardens, modern architecture, natural wood and stone elements, and a peaceful, romantic atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a dream come true. Every single guest commented on how breathtaking the space was.
But what truly made the day flawless was working with Alexis, Sapphire Creek’s incredible wedding planner. Alexis was, without a doubt, one of the best parts of our entire wedding experience. She was kind, organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely cared about every single detail. From the first planning meeting to the final moments of our big day, Alexis went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She thought of things we never would have, anticipated every need, and made us feel so taken care of.
Thanks to her, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without stress—something we will always be grateful for. Our day couldn’t have been more beautiful, more joyful, or more us.

Everyone raved about how stunning the venue was, the amazing food, and just all around service of the night. If I could get married again, I would choose Sapphire again and again in a heart beat!

le without Lexie. I genuinely shed a tear when our time together was over because we had spoken regularly for over a year and she made it all happen. There wasn’t a doubt in my mind that this was meant to be our venue - and our experience after booking just proved that to be true with each step.

ie was so helpful and organized and made the experience seamless and low stress. She kept us up to date with what due dates were coming up for decisions and payments, was flexible with scheduling and meeting with us, and was extremely fast to respond to any of our questions. She was also there day-of to help ensure the venue was executed per our vision and kept everything on time. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease that we could put our full trust in the Sapphire Creek team to execute a flawless day, and they did! People always told us leading up to the day that *something* would go wrong - big or small. But that did not happen thanks to Lexie and her team. The staff was incredible, the food was delicious, the timeline was executed perfectly to the plan, and the reception was a blast. We would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone a million times over!!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

responsive and helpful with answering any and all questions throughout the wedding planning process. The day of our wedding, there was a literal monsoon and Lexie and her team handled the adjustments with ease so I didn’t have to stress about a thing. We had a smaller wedding (81 guests) and I was worried the venue would feel too large for our guest count, but it was perfect. The food was great and staff were friendly and helpful. It was truly the wedding of our dreams!

hout each interaction. Our guests still have not stopped talking about how amazing the venue is; which is essentially like a mini resort. There were so many outdoor areas for the guest to explore, along the trails, and the architecture of the winery was breathtaking. We enjoyed being able to have our ceremony outside in front of the fire, with our cocktail hour and reception inside. Lexie (our built in day of coordinator) took care of us from start to finish and we consider her part of the family. We are so grateful for the memories created at Sapphire Creek and can’t wait to continue to go back for dinners and more!

Lexie. She was so great with her email contact and getting answers to questions to us in a timely manor. On the day of our wedding, it rained and the whole staff from lexie to kitchen and bar staff and valet was out there moving the chairs under the pavilion and getting the chairs dry. They were able to get this all done in time for ceremony start. I didn't even feel the stress! The food was amazing and during the reception the Chef came and checked on my husband and i personally. The only thing that makes a place like sapphire creek better is the amazing staff that is present.
Look no further if you are looking for a gorgeous wedding venue in NE Ohio!
1). The price may seem a tad high when you originally get your quote but trust me it's worth every pen...
ny. The venue itself is naturally beautiful so you don't need to spend a lot on additional items because of the gardens and aesthetic already in/around/at the venue.
2). The service is top notch. Lexi was our wedding day coordinator (baked into the cost of the venue) and she basically acted as our wedding planner a year out! The service during the wedding was top notch as well - we had a personal server attending to our needs prior to the ceremony and after the ceremony. They do a great job on taking care of you and your partner!
3). Details - they are very detailed oriented and provide clear timelines on what needs to be done. The executed our vision very well for the wedding day itself and we were speechless once we saw everything come together
4). Food and drink - it's pretty unreal how good the food is especially when they are providing it for so many people. Our guests couldn't stop raving about their dinners! Drinks were also on point and we had some specialty cocktails that were very consistent throughout the night.
5) Guest feedback - they said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever attended. Grant it - there's a lot of work to be done as a bride and groom but the wedding venue/staff execute incredibly well on your vision and how to make the day special.
Overall, you really don't need to look any further. We spent weeks comparing California venues to Sapphire and by the end of it, we couldn't be happier with our decision. Lexi and team - thank you!!

Creek provided the highest level of professionalism and care throughout the entire wedding planning process to help bring our dream day to life. I always felt at ease knowing that all of our hopes and plans for the day would be executed seamlessly, and they did not disappoint on our wedding day! SCW was also very open to working with other professional vendors to help tailor our day to exactly what we envisioned. We had numerous guests gush about the gorgeous grounds- every inch makes you feel like you are transported into a fairytale. Many guests also mentioned that it was one of the best meals they’d ever had at a wedding. We also loved their tradition of “burying the bourbon” a month before the wedding- it successfully helped to ward off any rain and was another unique memory that we wove into our day. It was truly the most magical day of our lives and we couldn’t recommend it more for those looking for a spectacular venue!

me to life, and without any stress at all. One of my bridesmaids actually told me I was uncharacteristically calm, and it was all because of how incredible and professional Lexie was. The day went off without a hitch, and that says a lot when there was on and off rain and hail all day!
Getting ready was amazing, the space upstairs for the bridesmaids was great. The lighting was incredible so it made our makeup artist happy and was great for pictures. The guys loved hanging out downstairs and watching tv. It was also so stress free being all in one place all day, we didn’t need to do any coordinating of getting around to multiple locations. It was something I didn’t even realize when booking but cannot imagine any other scenario!
Our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of SCW. One guest told us that we had the best wedding food he’s ever had, and we completely agree.
From the beauty of the building and grounds, the incredible food, and just the overall amazing experience as the bride and groom, we cannot recommend SCW enough! We want all of our friends to get married here, both so they have as amazing of an experience as we did, but also because we want to come back as soon as we can <3

wedding day. We had structured timelines during the planning process and Alexis was always super responsive when it came to answering questions. On the wedding day I truly didn't have to worry about anything. Alexis and the crew were so helpful in setting everything up exactly like I envisioned. Everyone was also just so nice and attentive the entire day. We had two amazing butlers serving us on our wedding day to always ensure we had everything we needed which was just so nice (I even got a last minute cocktail before walking down the isle!). In addition to a fantastic team, the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Every guest commented on how lovely the property was and thoroughly enjoyed walking around and taking pictures at the many scenic places. The area where the reception was held was so beautiful and the team at Sapphire creek takes tremendous pride in making sure it is exactly how you imagined it for your wedding day. The Bury the Bourbon tradition is a unique and intimate touch that they offer couples and makes for a memorable moment with the wedding party. Lastly, we had so many compliments on the food! Everyone loved our appetizers (highly recommend the charcuterie table, it was a hit!) as well as raved about how good their entrees were. Overall, I would highly recommend Sapphire Creek. It's a beautiful venue, has amazing food, attentive and professional staff, and we were able to party the night away without having to worry about anything!

uctured timelines / emails throughout to ensure nothing was missed. Lexie was not only attentive and organized, but was also just the sweetest and a joy to work with! On the day-of, Lexie and her team worked in tandem with our wedding planning team to ensure our day went smoothly, even incorporating a few last-minute timeline changes (per my request as the overheating bride, who wanted to be sure to change as quickly as possible). The venue boasts stunning backdrops for the ceremony (whichever location you choose), ample space across the property for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour, and the perfect space for a reception. The Bury the Bourbon tradition is a unique and intimate touch that they offer couples and makes for a memorable moment with the wedding party. All of our design elements popped and were complimented by the natural beauty of the venue itself. The Sapphire Creek staff were incredibly supportive, attentive, and professional (e.g., Jamie took care of the bride / groom, wedding party, and immediate family – drink orders were taken prior to the ceremony so we had our drinks for cocktail hour without having to worry about it). All of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was, how delicious all of the food was, and how wonderful of an event our wedding was. This was the perfect venue and provided more than just a place to get married - it offered gorgeous vibes, incredible grounds for guests to explore, stunning backgrounds for the ceremony and photos, and delicious food / drinks all night long! We cannot recommend Sapphire Creek enough!

phire Creek made us feel like we were in good hands. Everyone was very professional, kind, and friendly. Our wedding coordinator, Meghan, was super organized, diligent, and thorough. I probably sent her over a hundred emails over the course of the planning process and she was always so quick to respond, patient, helpful, and clear. She made everything feel easy and fluid. On the day of the wedding, the staff helped set up all of our decor and they did such a great job. As an event planner myself, I like to have control over all of the details but, with this team supporting me, I was able to completely let go and enjoy the day. During the event, Jodie helped make sure the bridal party, our parents and close family had personal service all night. She was lovely! Grace, and the rest of the staff were so sweet. At the end of the night, they helped us pack everything away and made it easy to grab the next morning.
We got SO many compliments on the wedding, especially the food. And I quote “the sweet potatoes were so good…and I don’t even like sweet potatoes!” The food is made to order and served very expediently. We appreciated that they don’t serve food or clear tables while there is an activity taking place like speeches or dances so as not to interrupt. Also loved that they didn’t clear our food until much later in the night so we could enjoy to when we had a moment!
The venue and grounds were absolutely breathtaking, the service was stellar, and the food was delicious. Feel so fortunate we got to celebrate our special day here and couldn’t recommend enough.

. I can’t express how grateful I am for the team - they made my day stress free, and made a special effort to include all of the personal touches that we wanted. Our guests raved about the venue for months after our wedding. Would do it all again in a heartbeat.
Our wedding planning started two years ago. Sapphire Creek was one of the first venues we toured.. we were instantly sold. Not only is it beautiful, but extremely welcoming.

Sapphire Creek team worked so well to accommodate all of our asks, from checking in with various vendors on little details to figuring out a way to allow our dogs to be a part of our ceremony.. this all meant so much to us.
I can’t speak highly enough about the level of service, quality of food and level of professionalism every staff at Sapphire Creek showed. We received so many compliments stating “this is the wedding everyone will compare other weddings to.”
A special “thank you” to Meg for answering our emails in usually less than an hour… and there were several emails so this says a lot. Your dedication to what you do shows and you are amazing in your role as Coordinator.
We appreciate you all at Sapphire Creek.
