We cannot recommend Salt Air Events enough. We both had so much going on in our lives that we opted to reach out to Erica to join on to help with our wedding planning. Safe to say, it was the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. Erica was professional and extremely diligent. Every curveball, Erica handled with grace and care. We had a venue event manager leave mid-planning process and with Erica leading the charge, it was a non-issue. Last minute change to our dessert plans, Erica was on it and got it seamlessly incorporated into the plans. Everything that is stressful about a wedding was fully handled by Erica so that what would normally be something stressful never was. On top of all this, the execution of the wedding that Erica led was flawless. It all culminated into what we consider a perfect wedding day and without Erica's help we do not think it would have come close to happening. If you need someone to take all the stress off of planning a wedding and set you up for a perfect wedding day look no further than Salt Air Events and Erica!

met Erica while she was working one of their friend's son's wedding and were so impressed by her work they gave her the job on the spot for my wedding a few months later. Erica immediately made me and my husband feel comfortable, excited and ready to take on wedding planning. We hired Erica as a day-of coordinator, but she exceeded our expectations and actually did SO MUCH on the front-end before wedding day. Any question she got answered and any task I asked of her, she did immediately and did a great job. I also did not have to worry about reaching out to our vendors for information or keep track of the details. Erica is the perfect planner for both the Type "A" AND the Type "B" bride, and I know because I could be both depending on the day! She eased so much of my stress throughout the planning process. I could text Erica anytime with a question and on our calls it felt like I was talking to an old friend. She is so kind, funny and easy to work with, but at the same time, she knows how to take charge and handle a lot of moving pieces without ever seeming overwhelmed. And trust me, my husband, my dad, and I are all attorneys, and Erica still somehow managed all three of us! She has the perfect balance of being warm and personable while also being confident and an advocate for the things I wanted. There were also plenty of times when I was more of the Type B bride when I forgot something, missed a detail or simply didn’t have the time to think about it. Erica was always one step ahead and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She kept everything on track and gave me the ability to actually enjoy the planning process and our wedding without feeling like I had to manage every little detail myself. Highly, highly recommend Erica! Also, one thing I forgot to mention! Erica literally doubled as our content creator and got so many great photos and videos without me ever asking her to! The photos attached are only SOME of the photos Erica took herself.

is: my son and daughter-in-law got married on August 29, 2026, in Annapolis, and nothing went wrong. Not one thing. It was sheer perfection. That was Erica. We hired Salt Air Events for month-of coordination and booked about six months out and were lucky because she was still available (first wedding for us, clearly!). Erica was warm and responsive from the moment we signed: she checked in, answered questions, and made sure we knew she was there. That's just who she is. And once she formally took the reins, she took them completely. Then things got complicated. We had a coordinator turn over on the vendor side mid-planning, which is the kind of thing that can quietly unravel a wedding as details live in one person's head and then that person is gone. Erica had it. She knew the timeline, she knew every vendor, she knew what was still undecided, and she rebuilt the continuity without any of it landing on the couple. On the day itself, the venue team was fantastic, and part of why is that Erica had them completely set up for success. She also ran the rehearsal, in 90-degree heat, with a group of family members who hadn't been in the same room in decades. Anyone who has tried to move a family through a rehearsal knows what that requires. She got it done, and people enjoyed it. The thing I keep telling people about, though, is smaller. After the ceremony, Erica had a quiet spot set aside for just the couple, ten minutes alone, cocktails and appetizers waiting, so they could actually be married before the reception carried them off. Nobody asked for that. Erica just did it. It's these little things that I keep remembering and fill my heart. Ours was an intimate wedding, 40 guests, and Erica handled it solo; she has staff who come in for larger events. Solo was more than enough. She also the best personality: she had everyone relaxed and smiling, and tissues ready during the speeches. The whole weekend was fun instead of a spreadsheet exercise. I got to relax and dance and as the event ended, Erica handed me a cupcake and told me everything was already packed up and ready to go. Five stars and I'd give more if The Knot let me. She is amazing!
