Clear communication, friendly and professional, delicious food, worked with our dietary restrictions. All the guests loved it.
We chose Salt + Ko for our wedding because we wanted something interactive, and the chef-attended stations were a huge hit. Our guests loved being able to customize their plates, a...
nd everything stayed fresh and beautifully presented all night. The service team, especially Sharda and Ryan, made the entire experience feel organized and stress-free. The bar staff was attentive and quick, and no one waited long for a drink. We’re still getting compliments weeks later.
My catering cost $80 per person (without drinks) and, despite detailed planning and emphatic reassurances during the sales process, I spent a large part of my wedding day embarrass...
ed and apologizing to guests. Due to my large guest list (150 people) we agreed on standing stations and discussed (with diagrams) that there would be 3 separate, double sided buffets to ensure everyone would be served quickly. Instead, ignoring the plans outlined in our contract and the directions of my day of coordinator, the 3 tables were stacked end to end and served from one side - the line took 90 minutes to get through. Maybe that would have been fine if Ryan’s team hadn’t show up 2 hours later than expected, or if they hadn’t started serving food 45 minutes late. Instead, my last guest in line didn’t eat until 9:30.
The food was cold (obviously) and far below the quality of what we were served at our tasting. Despite multiple detailed conversations in advance about allergies, NONE of the alternatives discussed were available the day of and staff just shrugged when asked.
Great choices for our guests! Delicious food! Wonderful servers! We couldn’t have been happier!

e appetizers were great with my young nephews and with my old uncles and everyone in between, and the salmon was cooked perfectly. Service was excellent, smooth, and seamless.

g and Ryan went above and beyond. Not only was he always available for us, he answered every question (and there were SO many) thoughtfully and patiently. He helped us figure out what was best for our budget, while maintaining an elevated feel for a non-traditional space. He was so kind and fun to work with, which made the entire experience very positive!
The food was absolutely delicious, we got so many compliments from our guests. The staff were attentive and helpful the entire day, even working from a home kitchen and some rainy weather.
Can’t recommend them enough!!
We absolutely loved working with Ryan. From the moment we started talking it was like conversing with a friend. He was so easy to communicate with, and we knew that he truly cared ...
about how our day went! I am so thankful to him and his team as having them around on our wedding day was so comforting! He even chased me down with tacos to make sure I would eat haha! I cannot wait to throw another party solely so I can eat his delicious food again. 12/10 would recommend over and over and over.
