The ladies here were amazing. They showed up super early and on time to begin the day of hair and makeup at my bridal suite for 5 bridesmaids, myself, and two extra people. They br...
ought 3 ladies to help with all of this. Not only were these some of the kindest artists, but they did an AMAZING job. My bridal hair and makeup turned out perfect, I got so many compliments on it. My bridesmaids looked gorgeous, I could not have been happier to have chosen this Salon. They were really there to tend to your needs and wants, and to be there to be your friend during the entire time. I was so anxious that morning and my stylist was very calming towards me and helped ease my anxiousness. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
These ladies were amazing! On time, listened to our requests for our hair, and did an incredible job!
Would not recommend.
It’s important on your wedding day to work with vendors that have integrity and provide great customer service. This was true for all of my vendors, besides S...
alon Aqua.
Long story short, the two mothers decided not to get blow outs (total $100), therefore, that allowed us time to upgrade 8 bridesmaids make up to full face and do eyelashes (a $400 upgrade from the initial agreement, which I was happy to pay).
They still charged me the $100 for the blowouts though. Even though I was paying more money and within the same timeframe that we agreed upon.
When I spoke to the manager after my wedding about this (because I didn’t want to deal with this on my wedding day so just paid and decided to deal with it later), they were super rude but agreed they would send me a check for $100 as a refund... which I’ve yet to receive.
Super shady and would not recommend.
My hair was beyond perfect for my wedding. I did not do a trial and the updo was even better than I had hoped! The photos truly look amazing. Everyone who got their hair done were ...
so happy and it was such an easy process. The girls were sweet and listened to what everyone wanted. We really had a great time getting ready with them. I cannot recommend the Salon Aqua stylists enough!
I did a trial and day of hair and makeup with Salon Aqua for my wedding. I had a great experience with them. I was a bit nervous after the trial because I wasn't thrilled with how ...
I looked--but I realized that's the point of a trial! It helped me determine what I didn't want. I was very happy with my wedding makeup and hair. My makeup for the wedding lasted until 4am still looking great with no touch ups except the lipstick right before the ceremony. I brought false lashes and they trimmed and applied them, which really made a difference and looked fantastic. The makeup and hair artist incorporated all of my feedback and requests and it was perfect.
Working with Salon Aqua was stress free even though we were communicating at a distance. Joan did such a beautiful job on my mother, my sister, and myself. We were able to tell her...
