Sage & Oak was a fantastic wedding coordinator. We got the day-of coordinator package since our wedding was mostly DIY. The scheduling meeting was very clear on what they could provide, and they immediately pointed out many things we had missed. We felt they were very knowledgeable and booked immediately, working with Lucinda. Lucinda was an absolute joy to work with! She was able to quickly understand all of our needs, and wrangle our other vendors over email. On the day of the wedding she was confident and calm, and knew exactly what to do. There were a few fires she put out fantastically, and we would recommend her as well as Sage & Oak to anyone.

rocess. Day-of, Dawn handled everything from set up, coordinating vendors, and tear down. She really allowed my husband and I to just enjoy the day-of and enjoy the family and friends we were surround by. If we had any issues day-of, we were unaware until Dawn had handled the issue and smoothed everything over! For instance we ran out of one of the mixers and Dawn ran to the store to go grab it for us, didn’t even know it was an issue until day after the wedding! Seriously, Dawn is an amazing woman and will be your superwoman on your biggest day.
