Saffron 59, led by Irene, is a wonderful team. It really realized what we wanted; unique, fun, tasty, and memorable food for the wedding banquet.
The team really worked hard to ...
accomplish our objectives. Our party venue had very limited facility for caterers (it didn't even have a sink!), but Irene and her team didn't show any concern, and they did fantastic job to offset the difficulties.
The service was very attentive and smooth.
Irene's choice of flower decoration was wonderful. She really understands your needs, and the budget.
On the day of wedding, you have tons of anxiety, but you can have a big confidence and trust in these wonderful people, which is a big relief, I guarantee.

Working with them put us into ease and we could focus on our families, friends, loved ones and just enjoy the time. The presentation was VERY CLASSY and I personally loved the aged rib-eye steak melting in my mouth.

iful, the service was impeccable and perfectly timed, presentation was ovely and the team was extremely professional. Most importantly, their food is delicious. The food perfectly reflected our American and Indian heritages. Six months after our wedding, guests are still telling us how much they enjoyed it. I cannot recommend them enough!
