Catering/Wedding - Look no further, Saddleback should 110% be your choice for your wedding or large event! Wow! We are so impressed with Saddleback's impeccable service and flavor....
We had approximately 140 guests, and every single one of them were raving about the food. We got the brisket, chicken, corn casserole, collard greens, and mac n cheese - everyone loved everything. It was the perfect amount, and we even had leftovers.
The staff was very professional and came on time to set things up. They were so friendly, and did everything efficiently!
Even when we set up the tasting, you could tell that Saddleback not only cares about their food - but they genuinely care about their customers. Overall, this was a perfect experience that made our wedding amazing!

(Brisket & mac n'cheese were the big hits!). Saddleback was affordable and delicious. The wait staff who served the food were incredible -Friendly, professional & very helpful. At one point they over heard that one of my bridesmaids forgot to grab a salad and the waitstaff immediately asked what she wanted on the salad and then went and got it for her. The staff cleared all the plates and did a great job interacting with guests while they did it. EXCELLENT WORK SADDLEBACK!
