Cannot say enough good things about Saddle Peak Lodge. My brother in law suggested this place for our late December wedding. The menu looked amazing and the pictures online suggest...
ed a serene and cozy backdrop. I reached out through their website and their events manager, Hargun, got back to me super quickly. Once we settled on Saddle Peak Lodge for our venue, the process to book was easy and painless. Despite dealing with the recent fire in Malibu, and what I'm sure was a busy holiday season, Hargun was super responsive, professional and welcoming. He accommodated every single request we had (bringing our own decor, getting ready at the venue, etc.) and the entire day went off without a hitch. The staff was incredible and anticipated our every need throughout the night. On top of that, the food was OUTSTANDING! Every single person in our party of 34 commented on how amazing their dinner was. Also, the restaurant was decorated for Christmas, which just added to the magic of the evening. The property is beautiful and would serve as the perfect back drop for the wedding of your dreams in any season. I am so grateful to the entire Saddle Peak Lodge team for helping to make our wedding the most amazing day ever!
I cannot speak highly enough about every aspect of the experience at Saddle Peak Lodge. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The lodge is filled with model ships, animals on th...
e wall, books, a fireplace - not for everyone, but perfect for our weird nature-loving ways. And then the outdoor patio where we had our wedding was beautiful, with the mountains in the background and surrounded by trees. It was so perfect, we didn't even really need to do any flowers or decorations.
The food was incredible. Everyone raved about the elk especially, but every dish was adored by our guests! The open bar as well was absolutely worth it, and had wonderful drinks for everyone.
The staff, above all, made the place. Elizabet was so amazing and accommodating from start to finish, answering every email promptly and with all the information I could need. Even getting ready the day of, she was so helpful with all of our weird little requests, and she made sure that our area looked amazing. The staff during the wedding as well were incredible, making sure that my husband and I were never in need of anything. I really can't speak highly enough about the whole experience, thank you!
Wonderful venue for our reception - the food, service, and atmosphere are all truly wonderful. We worked with Sean, who helped make the day seemless.
We just had our wedding earlier this month at Saddle Peak Lodge and I can’t say enough about the venue and the people who work there! We had another venue booked and had a terrib...
le experience with our tastings so we began to look for another venue. Food quality was very important to us and we just happened to stumble across this hidden gem in the canyons which is where we were hoping to be married. After seeing the grounds and eating dinner there, we decided that this was the place! We worked with both Sean and Danielle throughout the process and I can’t say enough about them. The entire staff was so accommodating with my countless trips to measure and plan, to their help the day of the event, they were both there for anything that we needed. Sean and Danielle were always prompt with responding and really took the time to understand what our vision was for the day. We did a full restaurant buyout and as a result we were able to transform it into the “modern rustic” event we envisioned and they were willing to let us transform the main dining room into a lounge area since we would be dining outside. The day went as well as we could have ever hoped or dreamed! Compliments are still pouring in on the food, how beautiful the grounds were, and how spectacular the view is. We plan to return to the restaurant regularly for dinner and are so happy that we were able to find such a perfect place that we can revisit time and time again. We can’t thank them or the venue enough for making our special day absolutely perfect!

We live in the South Bay and had such a hard time finding the perfect venue that represented us. As soon as we walked into Saddle Peak, we knew it was the perfect venue for us. ...
It is such a unique and stunning venue. Taylor and staff were incredibly flexible and accommodating as we planned our wedding (even letting our dogs participate in the ceremony!). The service and the food during the wedding were outstanding. The ambiance was perfect. All of our guests raved about the food and many said it was the best "wedding food" they ever had. We look forward to going back to Saddle Peak each year for our anniversary. Thank you, Taylor!
