job but as soon as I paid her the required $225 vow renewal fee in full the response completely stopped. Aside from emailing us the paperwork she did not once reached out to me to check in or provide any update on the ceremony we paid for.  In total I had to initiate contact with her 5 separate times as every time she responded saying she would follow up she never did. It’s very clear she has problems staying organized and on track with her clients.  At one point I again reached out to her 10 days before my ceremony only for her to respond about an injury a week prior and was on pain medication crutches ect. I immediately found another officiant, told her I hope she recovers well and was so sorry to hear of her injury. She said she would refund me, and I let her know to take her time.  I gave her two months, of course she never followed up. I again said nothing. She insisted she would have the check in the mail the following day. I was not surprised but frustrated that a check never came and she never followed up. When I reached out she waited till she mailed the check that day to follow up.  I messaged to confirm if the check was not sent the original day she said it was. Her response was less than professional with a laundry list of all her personal troubles and accused me of having no compassion.  I think Judy needs to take some time to improve her organization, communication, and professionalism before she continues to take on other clients.
