Sarah, the day-of coordinator, was absolutely amazing, and the cleanup crew was fantastic as well! We received so many compliments from our guests, who told us it was one of the most fun and best-organized weddings they had ever attended. Every staff member we interacted with throughout our time at the venue was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue or a better team to help make our wedding day so special. We highly recommend Rustic Manor to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an outstanding staff!

The bartender was also incredible and did a fantastic job keeping up with everyone throughout the event. One of the best decisions we made was paying for day-of coordination. Sarah, who led our decor setup and managed the timelines, was absolutely amazing. There are truly not enough words to express how thankful I am for her. She brought such a positive attitude and calming energy to the day, and no matter what came up, she handled everything with grace and made us feel taken care of. The teardown service was also outstanding. The team communicated with me every step of the way, asking for permission before beginning teardown and checking with me about things like moving my car. Their reassurance, communication, and guidance made the end of the night so much less stressful. The one area where we felt the experience fell short was the 30-day coordination service. We worked with Ashley throughout the planning process, so it was confusing to have different people working with us on the actual wedding day. We would have appreciated more communication before the wedding and the opportunity to connect with the team members who would ultimately be responsible for our day. Unfortunately, we didn't feel we received enough assistance or communication during the month leading up to the wedding to feel that this service was worth the additional cost. That being said, Sarah truly made a difference in our experience, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did to help our day run smoothly. The venue itself, the bartender, the accommodations, and the day-of team all contributed to making our wedding memorable. We would absolutely encourage future couples to consider the day-of coordination, especially if Sarah is part of their team, but we would also encourage the venue to improve communication and clarify expectations for its month-of coordination service. Overall, we are thankful for the beautiful space and the wonderful people who helped make our wedding day special. Sarah was truly a standout, and we couldn't thank her enough for everything she did for us!
