Russo's New York Pizzeria The Woodlands is a wedding catering company in Conroe, TX, specializing in New York-style pizza. Owner and chef Anthony Russo is the son of first-generation Italian immigrants who taught him everything about authentic Italian cuisine. For over 40 years, he has served delicious hand-tossed dough topped with fresh tomato sauce and imported Italian cheese blends to wedding parties throughout Texas.
Russo's New York Pizzeria had a humble start, working with only a pizza oven, a dough mixer, and two tables in his first restaurant, Russo’s Pizza. He spent the 80s perfecting his family recipes, developing the perfect New York-style pizza. In 1992 he opened the restaurant that stands today and welcomes couples and their guests to celebrate over his mouthwatering slices of cheesy, tomatoey goodness.
