We cannot say enough good things about our amazing wedding coordinator, Rebeca! She and her incredible team went above and beyond for my wife and me (a special shoutout to her husband, Luiz, for capturing such amazing behind-the-scenes video content!).
Even though we chose the month-of coordination option, Rebeca was always available and checking in well ahead of time, making sure we were thinking through all the details. She is meticulously organized—she came to our rehearsal, noted every tiny detail, and we never had to tell her anything twice. When it rained our entire wedding day, she pivoted like a true pro, making all the best small decisions behind the scenes so our day was completely flawless. She managed our timeline beautifully, checking in with the wedding party and keeping us on track. When we wanted to push a few photo sessions back, she accommodated us without missing a beat, ensuring all our vendors were aligned and waiting until we were ready. She worked incredibly well with everyone. Our reception venue was very niche, having only hosted one other wedding before ours, but her team handled the unique space effortlessly.
My wife did her own floral arrangements and table bud vases, then handed them off to Rebeca's team to set up. They only had a two-hour window for the reception setup, but her two assistants, Vanessa and Sandra, executed everything perfectly and made the space look absolutely beautiful.
Beyond the incredible work from Rebeca and her team, she is just a genuinely kind person. She was a fantastic support system for my wife throughout the process, and as a groom, you can 100% trust her to have your back and ensure your special day goes off without a hitch
Rebecca and her team were absolutely amazing to work with! I DIY’d a lot of my wedding, and they made sure every little detail I had worked so hard on was put together perfectly. Rebecca made sure I didn’t forget anything leading up to the wedding and truly helped bring everything together exactly how I envisioned it.
On the wedding day, Rebecca and her team kept everything moving smoothly and on schedule, which allowed me to actually enjoy our day without worrying about what needed to happen next or all the little details behind the scenes. Like many Latinos in the United States, I had to reinvent myself upon arriving in a new country. In doing so, I found my passion and became a professional Event-Wedding Planner.
