I would absolutely NOT recommend using this business for any event because in my experience, you do not get what you pay for. My wife and I contracted with Royal Limousine of Green...
sboro to rent a “one of a kind” vintage Rolls Royce 1965 Silver Cloud for photos on our wedding day. Rather than getting what we contracted for, without receiving any communication from the business alerting us of the change in vehicle, we were provided with a completely different vehicle that we could not use for photographs (we paid extra for an extended rental time).
We attempted to come to a resolution with the business owner, who sent us this final message:
“I honestly cannot believe you are still fixated on this months later. There is no moral violation here. This is simply a business adhering to a legally binding agreement. I will also copy and paste something you should read again before deciding you want to go to war with me.
"If, for any reason, there is a problem with the reservation, the customer agrees to mediation/arbitration at their expense with a nonbiased attorney firm prior to making any slanderous or libelous statements about RL to any person, social media, review forum, Better Business Bureau, or in any other manner that might negatively impact RL. Failure to do so will result in a $3,000 breach of contract. Customers assume responsibility equally for any similar remarks from any of their passengers. Any mediation/arbitration or litigation will be subject to North Carolina laws. If any mediation/arbitration or litigation occurs for any reason as a result of this contract, the customer will be responsible for attorneys fees and court costs."
At this point, I would just warn you that if you take that course of action, each occurrence will entitle me to $3,000 in damages for a breach of contract. You can decide to pursue mediation at your expense if you would like. Those average between $500-$1,000, but can help resolve things.
We didn't show up with a Honda Accord...you were provided with another comparable vehicle per our contract. I do not have time to educate you on torts and damages on NC Contract law as this took me years of study as my minor in college and 30 years of business to perfect.
My advice is to move on...All weddings have hiccups. [Wife’s name] and I just got married last weekend and we had a few ourselves. Our DJ, that I have known for 15 years completely screwed up and could have ruined the ceremony. At the end of the day, we still got married! We aren't stewing over the fact that the DJ messed up.
I don't want to have to involve my attorney and spend the next 6 months to a year pursuing legal damages against you, but I will to protect my company and my family.
Either way, do not contact me again regarding this matter. If you do, I will file criminal harassment charged against you. If you need to discuss this further, you can contact [Lawyer’s name] in High Point. He is my attorney and will take this from here. He will bill me $300 for each hour of his time for which I will include in the lawsuit he will be filing against you guys. Again, I would advise you take this time and celebrate your new lives together and move on from this matter. I never want to make enemies, but I have been to war before for this country and as a Marine, I am ready at any time.
Choose wisely and pick your battles!!!

I'm a stickler for good customer service and rarely leave a review (good or bad) but my experience with Royal Limousine on June 6, 2026 was exceptional! Victor and staff returned m...
y calls promptly and answered all my questions. They were friendly and professional. Clifford was our driver from my granddaughter's wedding. He arrived a little before our scheduled pickup time and was so friendly and courteous. Our limo was very clean, bottled water on ice was available and the ride back to our hotel that night was so smooth and relaxing after a wonderful but hectic day.
I highly recommend their service and most definitely will be using Royal Limousine again!

o worked very well with my wedding coordinator. Victor called me personally a couple of days before and even upgraded the vehicle. The driver was so sweet to our newlyweds! Arrived on time and transported them safely! I will never use another transportation company other than Royal!

Review that my MIL left on yelp. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR WEDDING! We did not receive what we paid for and because the charter bus was late picking up and dropping off, it ...
delayed my wedding start time a half hour and dropped off guests an hour after they were supposed to.
"Horrible company. Contracted and paid for charter bus for 7 hours. Have a text message from Royal Limousine confirming the times and that the driver will stay all night at the venue and we had to provide a vendor meal. Driver was half hour late for pick up, causing a half hour delay in the beginning of the wedding. Driver left the venue for 6 hours, never used the pre paid vendor meal and was another half hour late returning to the venue for pick up. We had elderly passengers who didn't arrive back at their hotel until shortly before midnight. Made 3 calls to Royal Limo afterwards and spoke with Brittney, who was very pleasant. I approached the issue from the mind-set that they weren't ripping me off, but rather that they had a driver who they may not be aware was not fulfilling the contract. Basically, giving them an excuse. I asked for a refund for the time the bus left and to pay for the 2 hours that they actually provided. Royal Limousine has not responded. Their failure to respond indicates that this is how they do business. Only asking to pay for what I received."
Beautiful limo! Ellsworth was friendly, kind and patient! Great experience!
Excellent service, from quote to arrival, trip and final stop, couldn’t be pleased more. Would recommend!
Royal Limousine was great to work with. Communication was timely and effective and the transportation for our wedding was perfect!
We had a wonderful experience with Royal Limousine at the Red, White and Say 'I Do!' Weddings on July 4th. Beautiful vehicle, excellent service and a classy experience!
Working with Victor to secure the Rolls Royce for our getaway car was so simple and easy. Our driver was so friendly and patient as we collected our things. The car was so nicely ...

oment of contact with the company and Victor, through to dropping our folks off, we experienced the more professional service! They were beyond accommodating, came through with some requests we had (like texting us when the car was 5-10 minutes out so the photographer could get their surprised faces as he rolled up), and the driver Shaun was AWESOME. We are so thankful and so pleased!
Royal Limousine was amazing! We worked with Victor to secure the Rolls Silver Cloud. The car was beautiful and made for an amazing way to end our wedding. If we ever need a car ser...

I worked with Royal Limousine to arrange for wedding transportation for our son's wedding. I live in PA so we had to make all arrangements via Email and telephone. We were unsure ...
how many guests would want to take the bus to the venue from the hotel, and as the numbers changed, Royal Limousine was able to accomodate our changes efficiently and professionally.
We ended up with a large bus, a small bus, and hired the Bentley for the couple's getaway car. Additionally, Royal Limousine offers a service where you can hire a driver to drive your own vehicle. As parents of the groom, we did this so that we had an option to get the grandparents back to their hotel early, and we could enjoy ourselves without having to worry about driving.
We were very satisfied with the punctuality and professionalism of the drivers. I would highly recommend using Royal Limousine!
Hired Royal Limousine for our transportation needs for our wedding. Victor was available by phone and email and handled everything professionally. We had no issues with this compan...

erfect experience for my son and his new bride. We booked Royal Limo for my son for immediatly following his Wedding Reception. Billy was in constant communication, arrived early with the beautiful Limo in spotless condition. Billy took the Bride, Groom and part of the Wedding Party on a nice long celebration ride before delivering the married couple to their Hotel for the night. My son, his wife and the other guests had nothing but great things to say about the experience! Royal Limo's owner and driver's are very professional and personable. Hats off to Vic and Billy for a really great experience! We will absolutely contact Royal Limo for our next special event!

nication with me throughout the day, and when the vehicle, a Bentley, arrived, it was in pristine condition. I highly recommend their services for your wedding transportation needs!
They took care of all of our transportation needs. We initially wanted a limo for the bride and groom, but learned that they could handle all of our guests safely. They covered it ...
all and we very reasonable with pricing.
I almost wish I would have gone with my instincts after reading reviews about this company. Overall, the experience was "ok". The manager was sometimes very hard to get in contact ...
with; his voicemail was always full so you could never leave a voicemail. Whenever he would finally return your calls, it would be between 9-10p!!! Not too happy about that. Initially, I was told that I would not have to pay a credit card fee since I was paying over the phone; however, I was charged anyway! We had to go to the business right before the wedding to sign our contract and trying to find the place was a joke. It was behind the airport in some shabby little construction site trailer; not impressed. On the wedding day, the limousine had a musty smell and the service was average. The only reason I would even give them a "3" is because of the very nice Excalibur that we were able to rent from a third party through RL. However, at the end of the night, the Excalibur driver told us we didn't even have to go through RL, that we could have contacted him a different way. So, all in all, I would recommend using Royal Limousine as a last resort; trying finding a better limousine company first!
It was great to support a veteran owned business of the Triad! Wonderful service and zero worries!
We had a great experience with this company. The rates are affordable but the quality was still there. Our driver was friendly and adjusted to our timetime change.
With this being both my husband and I first limo ride we definitely wanted to remember it forever! With the driveways being narrow at the Castle we requested the smaller limousine ...
which I believe was 12ft. The driver was extraordinary and we truly enjoyed feeling like we were riding in style as we were escorted from our wedding venue at Castle McCulloch to the Proximity Hotel in Greensboro. It was truly a night to remember!!
Used a groupon for my wedding limo, driver was prompt, polite and held the umbrella for us all day.
I booked with Royal Limo because they were cheaper than the other companies. The limo and driver arrived 45 minutes late because the wedding before ours did not leave when they tol...
d the limo driver they were going to. Instead of being able to do pictures right after the ceremony, we had to interrupt our dinner to go back out to take them before it got too dark. It was rude and a pain, but when I called about getting a refund because he was late the owner of the company was polite about it and didn't argue about giving me a refund.
