Royal Elite Palace

Sweet 16 in April and was greeted with cold stares by the employees. No waiters, no busboys clearing the tables. There was a lone bartender. I had to track someone down to ask them to clear our overcrowded table of the dirty dishes and that was ignored. It was a buffet dinner but there were no servers. Basically, this was a run of the mill hall with no services but charging as if they are a full service venue. I remember looking at this place when it first opened, to host my own daughter's Sweet Sixteen, boy am I glad she decided to go to Europe instead. I dodged a bullet there!

during the cocktail hour that some guests thought that was the dinner. They did not expect to be served a full sit down dinner afterwards. The portions during dinner were huge! Igor the General Manager was willing to to work with us ensuring that the day was everything we desired. Our maitre d' was very attentive as well. Overall everything was beautiful. It was truly a fairy-tale wedding.

s. They also did not stock the bar in the main hall until after we entered it, so we had to wait a good 20 minutes before getting a drink inside! Then, they apparently ran out of prime rib during dinner. My fiance and I ordered 2 medium rare prime ribs, and after serving our entire table prime rib, the waiter came out with 2 shell steaks, charred beyond recognition, which they tried to cover up with brown gravy! When I complained, the waiter told me we could have chicken, and I asked to see a manager. 15 minutes later, he came out with one plate of a tiny end cut of prime rib and said my fiance and I would have to share, as it was the last one left! They rushed through cake, and didn't even serve coffee or tea with it. I have never in my entire life experienced such a lack of professionalism and preparation at a wedding hall! Save yourself and your guests the horrible experience. Find a different venue!
