klists and attention to detail were essential in making sure we were fully prepared for the day. She also gave us plenty of space to make our own decisions on our time, and was extremely supportive in every decision we made.
On the day of the ceremony, Alexis was just as amazing, if not more. We had a last minute ceremony location change due to inclement weather, which also affect other aspects of the day, including social hour and photo locations. Alexis rolled with the punches with ease, and setup all of our décor and signage in a way that was basically better than our original plan. We received so many guest compliments on the overall setup of the wedding, and that was all because of Alexis. We don’t really know how cleanup and teardown went, simply because Alexis coordinated it all without needing an help our input from us. Everything was removed from the venue and loaded exactly as we wanted, all thanks to Alexis. Finally, she did a great job in dealing with some more ‘difficult’ wedding party members. She made sure they felt heard, while still sticking to the plan and vision that we had.
Overall, we would 1000% recommend Alexis to any couple looking for a day-of coordinator. She’s the best!

On the wedding day, she picked up our linens, decorated our reception tables, ensured everything was in the proper place for the ceremony, fielded questions, and advocated for us as the bride and groom.
