I would hire Rosebud again and again. I had a beach wedding and wanted only leafy greens, but not tropical cliche. They put together the most beautiful and unique concept (at the b...

est price) of anyone quoted. They were excited about my idea and made me feel great. Day of, nature didn't cooperate. We needed to move inside due to rain and one of the installations we planned didn't fit through the door. The on-site team had a backup plan with appropriately sized props, helped me imagine it, and executed... taking the stress off of a very stressful situation. And it was gorgeous. I got so many compliments, like nothing strayed from the plan. Of all my vendors, they are my favorite. Thank you!

We used Rosebud Florals after our original florist was no longer able to do the job. We had 3 months to plan with them and they assured me everything would be fine. On the day of, ...

my bouquet looked NOTHING like we'd agreed. It honestly was hideous. I would've been happier with a grocery store arrangement than what they first brought for me. Thankfully they were still on-site doing an install so my MOH was able to get them to fix it. The next major issue came the next morning when the venue was calling me to inform me I'd be charged an extra $250 because the florist never came to deinstall the dance floor. Both my venue and my coordinator said they had never heard of a florist not deinstalling something they installed. When I contacted them about the issue, as expected, they went total ghost mode. These people are frauds and just bad at their job. Use ANYONE else.

Response from Rosebud Floral Art

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that y...

our experience with us did not meet your expectations. We understand how important every detail is on a wedding day, and we regret that the bouquet initially brought to you was not what you had envisioned. We’re glad our on-site team was able to make immediate adjustments to better align with your expectations. Regarding the deinstallation of the dance floor florals: We always aim to communicate responsibilities and logistics clearly with both the client and venue. We are currently reviewing this situation internally to ensure that any miscommunication is resolved and that this does not happen in the future. It’s never our intention to leave any client feeling unsupported or unheard. We truly value the trust our clients place in us, especially under time constraints, and we're disappointed to hear you felt otherwise. If you’re open to it, we’d like to offer to pay for the venue charge. Sincerely, Garrett McLaughlin

Rosebud Floral Art made my bridal bouquet, my husband’s pocket boutonniere, and our sweetheart table centerpiece. It was all beautiful and perfect.

After visiting 3 other florists before Rosebud, I was so happy after meeting with Sasha. Rosebud was the only place that could do what I wanted for my ceremony at a decent price. A...

nything I wanted, Sasha said she could make it happen. The flowers on the day of the wedding were so gorgeous, but a few things did go wrong. I requested just the bride's bouquet be brought to our hotel where I was getting ready the morning of the wedding for flat lay pictures. They ended up bringing my bouquet in addition to all the bridesmaid bouquets in vases in a giant cardboard holder. This made it extremely difficult to transport all the vases to the venue, especially with all my bridesmaids being dressed up. It was heavy and required two people to hold. We had to call some guy friends for help moving the florals to our venue, causing us to arrive later than expected. Also, the groom boutonniere was supposed to be different from the others, but nothing in the boxes were labeled, so the wrong boutonniere ended up on my husband, which we didn't notice until after the wedding while looking at photos. Finally, I had confirmed over the phone at our final detail call that I wanted flower petals along the aisle for my ceremony, and they were not delivered. I was obviously distracted and busy the day of the wedding, so I didn't notice until I was walking down the aisle that the flower petals were not there. It was very disappointing because that would've added so much beauty to the ceremony space, but the flowers around the arch of the ceremony were exactly how I imagined, and my bouquet and centerpieces were also perfect. So, the quality of the florals outweighed the mishaps. I would definitely recommend Rosebud to future brides, but just be very clear with what you want and be sure to designate a family member or friend to double check everything the day of the wedding so you have enough time to call and get it resolved.

I loved the first girl (Sasha) that I was dealing with for my wedding flowers. I guest she left and person I dealt with changed. She was still very nice. I was overall happy with m...

y experience but did have a few bumps to deal with the day of my wedding that I really didn’t want to have to deal with. I was supposed to have 2 flower girl baskets (stated clearly in my contract) and only 1 was in the bridal suite. They did end up getting me another one by the time I needed it. Then the men’s boutonnieres were supposed to be magnetic and they were not. A few days after my wedding I reached out to the company and they did give me a gift card to use at their establishment, but that does not make up for the inconvenience caused on my wedding day.

Response from Rosebud Floral Art

Thank you for your feedback! I’m so glad to hear that, overall, you were happy with your f...

lowers and the service. I truly apologize for the small bumps on the day. We always strive to provide the best experience, and I’m glad we were able to quickly resolve the issues with the flower girl basket and boutonnieres. Your feedback is appreciated, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to have been part of your special day!

s’ dresses weren't a common color and Katelyn found a rose (amnesia rose) that matched exactly. And she allowed me to bring the extra material from the bridesmaids’ alterations to be used for the bouquets, so they matched the dresses also. I met with Katelyn and emailed her throughout the whole planning process. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable about all the different types of greenery and flowers and came up with the perfect combination. They even had items there that we could rent for the reception. We cannot give enough praise to Rosebud and their team for the work they did for our wedding. Our flowers, arrangements, centerpieces and decorations were stunning. We worked with ...

Katelynn from the beginning, and she was absolutely amazing! She worked with us and our inspiration pictures to help pick flowers and arrangements that brought our vision to life. Her expertise in her field is unmatched. Every time we spoke to Katelynn on the phone, she not only asked how planning was coming along, but how we were doing during the planning. She truly cares about her clients, which was something I know my husband and I appreciated. And if that wasn’t enough, Katelynn also went above and beyond to work with my father, who was building our Chuppah, to create the perfect ceremony arrangements. If you are looking for a wedding florist and want a team who will put in the time to bring your vision to life, call Katelynn and Rosebud Floral Art!
