We got married yesterday and it was the most incredible day, and we owe it all to Katie of Rose Gold Events. We hired her for coordination, partial planning and styling. During the...
planning stage, she kept us on track and helped us bring our vision to life (more like helped us figure the vision out cause we had a hard time deciding what we wanted) with her styling. She answered all of our million questions with patience, and every time we got off the phone with her we would look at each other and say this is the best money we’ve spent on the wedding. Katie is professional, energetic, extremely knowledgeable, patient and calm. On the day of, she was by my side at almost every moment and had everything organized and under control. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything, except for making sure to eat, which Katie also reminded us to do! There were no hiccups and that's 100% due to Katie. Her assistant Sydnee was awesome and they made a great team. What was really special is that Katie kept checking on me to see what I needed and to make sure that I was doing OK, and I really appreciated that. She also took great care to make sure that my pregnant bridesmaid had everything she needed. She worked her magic to get some floral stains out of my dress. I could go on and on about how amazing, hard-working, detail, oriented, and thoughtful she is. My entire family loved having her and I had people tell me that they were going to hire her when they get married. I cannot recommend Katie and her team more, she is the first thing you should book after getting engaged!
Katie is an absolute ROCKSTAR! We interviewed a few other planners but the second I spoke to Katie, I knew she was the one. She immediately put my mind at ease when we were at the ...
very beginning of our process and continued to do so throughout our time working together. Katie was there to handle every issue and question that I had leading up to the wedding; be it calling vendors for me or just letting me vent to her about what was currently stressing me out. On the day of the wedding everything went so smoothly and I attribute all of that to Katie. Our ceremony ended up running longer than anticipated and she was able to change the timeline around for the rest of the evening so that it flowed seamlessly without me even knowing. She made our wedding completely stress free and I really do not know what we would have done without her! Hire Katie- she will ensure you have the wedding of your dreams!
Looking back on my experience with Rose Gold Events, the details were made simple by hiring Rose Gold Events! My husband and I are so grateful that she handled everything behind th...

Katie was everything one would need in a wedding day coordinator: prompt communication, kindness, resourcefulness, and well-organized. She really helped me navigate how to plan a wedding during COVID. Katie was always there when I needed to chat about a potential concern or anxiety about the big day. Not only was she calm, cool, and collected, she's so fun to be around! Her team set up my decor, made sure my vision was executed properly, helped me pee, fixed my veil, etc. RGE really helped our day be as magical as we had hoped.
We hired Katie as our Day of Coordinator. She started working with us six weeks before the wedding and also helped us with Covid pandemic related issues. She is very experienced an...
d was familiar with our venue and vendors so she worked well with them. It was so easy and a relief to be able to turn everything over to Katie and to trust her to manage every detail. Because of Katie, on our wedding day we were able to focus all our energy on enjoying ourselves and having fun with our family and friends. We had a beautiful venue, nice weather and great vendors but it was Katie and Rose Gold Events who put everything together to create an amazing day we will cherish forever! Thank you Katie!
It's hard to articulate how truly wonderful Katie and her team are -- she made our wedding absolutely perfect and easy. I worked with Katie for full-service planning, starting just...
about a year from our wedding. She kept us on schedule throughout the entire year, in a step-by-step way that kept us from feeling overwhelmed. Even more, Katie's easy demeanor and kindness make her a joy to work with and promote a stress-free experience.
She's incredibly responsive to what you need out of a planner -- Katie was empowered to make executive decisions about things I didn't care about and she worked to perfect the things I did care about.
She really shines on the event days, though. She kept everything under control and moving, all while keeping such a positive attitude and paying close attention to the happiness levels of everyone around her. She understands what's important and what's not (based on her experience but also from a year of working with me). Multiple people in our wedding party said that they're going to hire Katie when they get married based on just watching her during our wedding (and one of my friends already did hire her!).
Perhaps most importantly, our parents and families felt so taken care of by Katie. That meant they could actually relax and enjoy the day (as could we). Kristen from her team, who we met on our wedding day, was also so nice and helpful.
If you want to enjoy your wedding planning process and wedding day, hire Katie and Rose Gold Events! You will not regret it!
Katie was totally fabulous from our first interview phone call with her all the way to the big day! She is super organized and a fellow event planner's dream come true. I was super...
critical when choosing a wedding planner and Katie exceeded all of my expectations!
We chose Katie to begin her services 6 weeks out from our wedding day and my only regret is that we didn't book her for more time! Her demeanor, body language, personality, and voice are so soothing and calming. I remember the first time we met her in person was at our final walkthrough where there were a million people asking a million questions and one look at her and having her chime in made me feel so supported and awesome.
Another testament to Katie is that she picked a total A-Team to help her on the big day! She had two amazing gals as her assistants - Monica and Rachel - and they were stellar. Rachel ran our rehearsal like a boss and when Katie came down with pneumonia on our wedding day, Rachel stepped in and absolutely killed it. I just wanted to share that tidbit as well because Katie herself is so amazing, but she surrounds herself with equally as amazing human beings!
Thank you, Katie, for being a dream come true. We couldn't have done it without you and we love you for it!
Katie was there to guide us through each step of the planning process—from recommending vendors to running the rehearsal and coordinating all of the logistics of the actual day. T...
he vendors that we selected based on her recommendation were all top notch and contributed to making our day run so smoothly. There were a few hiccups on the day of (ladies, it’s bound to happen)that I did not find out about until days later because Katie handled them so effortlessly. Weather required us to move our ceremony to plan B. While I was upset, Katie reassured me and offered me several options to make me feel comfortable in making the decision to move it. I am very type A, a planner and an organizer, so to be able to sit back on the day of the wedding and not have to worry about anything other than enjoying every moment was such a treat and only possible because I knew that Katie was on top of everything. I cannot say enough good things about Katie and her team—I would not have trusted my big day in the hands of anyone else!
For the first six months of our one-year engagement, we tried planning and organizing everything on our own. If we could do it again, the only thing we would do differently is hire...
Rose Gold Events from the beginning! Katie and Kristen have such creative minds and have the ability to take your thoughts and turn them into reality. Katie and Kristen took charge of contacting and coordinating with the vendors and we never wondered if something needed to be done. They kept us on schedule with the planning and when it came to the day of, Kristen was a Rockstar! She kept us abreast of what was going on, and ran the show like a pro! If you want to show up, enjoy your wedding day, and not stress about anything, you need to hire Rose Gold Events. We are so happy with everything that Rose Gold Events did for us and our wedding day, and we would hire them again in heartbeat!

feel worry free on my wedding day. Can't thank her enough!1

r input on even the smallest decisions. She's great at coming up with ideas and even better at making your own ideas a reality. She's so easy to talk to and very attentive. I chose the full service option and was able to work with her throughout the entire planning process and that took a lot of the pressure off of me. Our wedding day had several hiccups (e.g. rain), but she made sure we were ready for it all. I'm military and so for me she was like a great commander in cowboy boots, taking such good care of us. Our special day was just that...special and we couldn't have done it without Katie and Rose Gold Events & Styling
I can't imagine planning my wedding without Katie! I started working with her basically immediately after getting engaged. I was planning my wedding in the Maryland area (we were u...
p in the air as to DC/Baltimore/Maryland) from Tampa, FL, and I had no idea what I was doing. Where to start, what to do, how to research things... it's overwhelming to say the least. Katie provided great direction, asked all of the right questions, made sure we didn't miss any details, and made amazing recommendations that all resulted in my wedding being absolutely perfect. She knew everything to look out for and all of the things that a novice like me would have missed. She was also extremely helpful with advice about how to deal with various family issues that come up during wedding planning. All of the vendors she recommended turned out to be perfect and amazing. When it came to the day of she and her assistant took care of everything. I probably should have though about what would happen to our centerpieces, bouquets, gifts and cards, and I'm sure other accessories that were our responsibility, but none of it crossed my mind and it was all taken care of. Katie made sure NOTHING was missed. My day never would have been as beautiful, as seamless, and as fun as it was without her!
Katie helped us pull of the perfect wedding. I wish we would have booked her earlier and saved ourselves a lot of frustration. She put out every fire, came up with great ideas, fou...
nd me a vendor with the perfect farm tables I'd been struggling to find (at a better price than other vendors), kept us on our timeline and generally kept everyone calm and happy before and during our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with and I'd happily hire her again to plan a big party and have recommended her to all my friends.
Rose gold events, Katie, and crew were a lifesaver. My bride is a detail-oriented girl and we did not have much experience with wedding planning so we had many questions ...Katie ...
was able to keep us organized, provide advice, and basically help us to maintain our sanity! The level of coordination was incredible and she was able to tie up all loose ends so that we could enjoy the wedding weekend. I could not imagine if she wasn't there, easily the best money I've spent in years!!
Katie and her team of coordinators ran the show on my wedding day! Literally nothing went wrong, it was the perfect day! Future brides out there, if I could give you any advise it'...
s 100% hire a day of coordinator!!! It's the greatest thing in the world. Katie helped me plan and put together my vendor timelines. Kristen helped me run my rehearsal and made sure I was just relaxing and had fun celebrating on my wedding night! I couldn't have asked for a better team of girls! I would highly recommend Katie and her team!
