Do not trust this jeweler with your time or valuables. They had my rings for months only to tell me that no work had been completed and Ron had retired. I should have known somethi...
ng was wrong when they asked me to come in three times and I had never seen a sketch or been given a price quote. They blocked me on Facebook and Instagram so they know they messed up. They offered to do the work but by that point I was two months into a project that had yet to be started. When I went to collect the rings they had no customer service to speak of. Creating anxiety and fear in their customers that their family heirlooms were being held hostage. While I understand they are under new management making excuses and overcharging (when two months later I finally got a quote) is not taking accountability for lost time and trust. Even if it’s under new management this place is not to be trusted.

They really do care about YOU and will make sure you are respected and not taken advantage of.
