you a full refund. We did not have another car to offer as they were already booked. We did call other companies but no one had a Rolls Royce available. We did find a black Cadillac SUV (yes, I know that it not equivalent to a Rolls Royce) and that information was passed onto your wedding coordinator, Connor. The car ran fine the day before, so we had no idea there was any issue. We told Connor that the car would not start. We had a mechanic look at the car at the gas station and he could not figure out the issue. We towed it back to the office and had another mechanic inspect the car. It was concluded that the starter had failed. Given it is an older car and a Rolls Royce, there was not a replacement immediately available. Once that was determined, we called several hours before to let your wedding planner know and to forward our apologies to you. We had no other option. We do take this very seriously and do spend a lot of money to keep our cars maintained and that is why we state in our contract that things like mechanical issues, accidents and weather can be a reason for cancellation and a refund. We considered towing the vehicle to the venue for pictures but we could not get it on the trailer without damaging the under carriage. Normally, we do return emails, text and phone calls within 24 hours. But, we do not check reviews very often. I will be sending you a personal email as well. Our very sincere apologies!
