We had so many questions and Janice was quick to answer and help us in any way she could. The wedding party and some family stayed in the lovely homes on the Rockin'B. The homes had so many delightful accommodations like gas fireplaces and patios with majestic views. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. We highly recommend the Rockin'B Ranch in Pipe Creek, Texas.

We booked the entire property for my wedding in October and all our guests couldn't stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was. The barn/reception area for the wedding was already gorgeous to where I didn't need to decorate it over the top to wow my guests. I can confidently say that I would relive my wedding weekend 1000 times over because of how great it went! I can't thank Janice and Lauren enough for making my dream wedding come true!!!!! ed the quiet, secluded country setting, the beautiful on-site accommodations, and the idea of being able to enjoy the 3 days/2 nights at the venue. It was so nice to arrive at the venue the day before the wedding to set up/decorate, have the rehearsal dinner on-site, and enjoy time together without being rushed. The night before the wedding, the groom & guys stayed at one of the houses and the bride and gals at another. It was a lot of fun and so convenient to already be at the venue the day of the wedding to get ready for the big day. Family members from out of town also stayed on-site at another house, allowing us more time to spend with them. It was like we were on vacation! The ceremony site was so natural and intimate. The open, covered reception hall was beautiful & romantic, with a gorgeous backdrop for the bride/groom table, rustic dinner tables for the guests, plenty of room for dancing, and a cozy fire pit area to enjoy. The grounds were clean and well maintained and the houses were beautifully decorated, well supplied, and very comfortable. Janice, the owner, was very helpful from the initial planning all the way to the big day. She paid special attention to detail and was always willing to do whatever she could to accommodate the bride's and groom's wishes. It's obvious she really cared about helping to make their wedding day special! Everyone loved the venue and had a wonderful time. And, most importantly, my daughter and new son-in-law are thrilled with the memories of their wedding. It was everything they imagined it would be! Thank you, Janice!

on that could accommodate our 20 person wedding party on site. Our party used all 4 of the stand alone homes at the site, which well stocked for our 3 night event. The events also needed a large outdoor oriented covered space, to utilize for the dinner and reception. The Rockin B presented a unique horse barn remodel concept that reminded us of the Sonoma wine country. The owner Janice was very hands on, offering suggestions and ideas to fully meet our expectations for this experience. She was very available and helped facilitate our requests with the Vendors utilized for the events. We would recommend this venue to all our friends and family.

It is so nice to wake up, get ready and already be at your venue! Every home on the property is gorgeous and the Barn where are reception took place was incredible! The space is magical and my guest were blown away with how beautiful everything was. From the creek, the open space, the barn and the charming onsite homes it has all the components of a bride's dream. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to get married where the atmosphere feels like a fairy tale come to life. My only regret is that i did not write this review sooner!

It is impossible to take a bad picture at his venue. No matter where you are the scenery behind you will be gorgeous! The houses on the property are top notch and have every up grade you could think of. Each room is comfy and cozy and most of the houses have full kitchens. It will be a weekend that your family and friends will never forget. Janice, the owner, was super nice and personable. She will make you feel right at home and answer any and all questions that you may have. She really is right when she says you and your spouse deserve more then just a day. The luxury of being at the venue the night before was so convenient. It allows you to start setting up and getting ready for you big day without the feeling of being rushed and stressed out. On the actual day of your ceremony you can wake up peacefully and relaxed knowing your only a walk a way from your big moment. There is no hassle of transportation and trying to arrive at a certain place at a certain time. You can dance the night away and just enjoy every moment without worrying about what time you need to be packed up and out of there. Finally, the next day after your ceremony you can again wake up as a happy, well-rested newly wed couple and pack up everything at your leisure. At other venues you will have 1 day. 1 day to set-up, have fun, and then pack up. Rockin B Ranch was the perfect place for my perfect wedding. Everything went exactly as planned and all my guest loved and gushed over the venue, the views and the atmosphere. If you want an unforgettable wedding with gorgeous pictures take a drive out to Rockin B Ranch and I promise you will fall in love with this venue the moment you go thru the gates.

As it came closer to our wedding she even invited us out to monitor the temperature around the time of our ceremony since we were concerned about the August heat. Every part of the process leading up to wedding day, Janice continually checked in on us to see if we needed anything. On wedding weekend, she had our rooms ready early. She greeted each of our over night guests as if they were long time friends. All of our friends and family who stayed in the houses kept complimenting us on how sweet Janice was and how nice all of the houses were. I honestly don't think we would have had such a perfect wedding weekend if it weren't for Janice and Rockin B Ranch. Being able to stay on site with our wedding party and parents was the most memorable and fun experience. In my opinion, every wedding venue should have a lodging option. We are beyond grateful to have that chance to spend extra time with them during the busyness of wedding day. If we had the chance to do our wedding over again I wouldn't change a thing, I would 100% want to be at Rockin B Ranch again. As we drove away the next day, I saw our ceremony site still set up and couldn't help but get teary eyed. Today we have been married for a month and I'm still in awe of the beautiful blessing of Rockin B Ranch and their staff!

We accommodated 19 people comfortably in the four houses on the ranch. From the moment we contacted Janice we felt welcomed. She was very helpful with everything from vendor recommendations, our guests being accommodated, rehearsal, and most importantly-our wedding. I never had a question go unanswered and she was quick to respond. I couldn’t have asked for better or more memorable venue to have our wedding at. Will be back for our anniversary and possibly family reunions.

The outdoor barn area has so many fans and even being out there mid-summer with a 100 degree day there was no discomfort from the heat. The owners themselves are very kind and caring and were very accommodative regardless of me being a client or not. One freelancer of mine decided already they will be getting married there. I highly recommend using Rockin' B Ranch for your next wedding or event if you are looking for beautiful scenery and a stress-free, fun time!

She was always responsive and available before the event and made our wedding weekend happen. To sum it up, we had people not show up that we had planned on helping. The moment she saw us struggle she, her staff, daughter, and significant other jumped in and saved the day. I could not imagine this weekend without her. They were always there and had things done we didn’t even know we wanted. She is personally an amazing person and it is obvious to anyone who spends time with her that she loves what she does, loves the property, venue, and is a servant leader. She took care of things during events that our coordinator should have, made sure that everything was ok and our guests were taken care of, did things I didn’t even know I should stress about until after the fact (I only found out because other people let me know how they stepped up). We had left things out not knowing it was going to rain. I went down the morning after the wedding expecting to see a soggy mess, to my shock everything was stacked up under the porches DRY!! They made everything easy, I mean EASY!! I am not one to freely give compliments, but I can not say enough about how wonderful this entire experience has been with them. I received so many compliments on the venue, lodging, and service (none of which I can take credit for, Janice made it happen). We had attendees from all over the world and everyone felt right at home. I am writing this sitting on their back porch as we are getting ready to head out to start our lives together. I could not have picked a better venue/people to have had this experience with. If you are even considering an outdoor wedding this is your place, you do not need to look any farther.

There are 4 homes on the property for your wedding party/guests. Some with pools or hot tubs. Comfortable bedding and lots of space. Breakfast was provided every morning which was a super plus! We had a wedding with about 250 guests and they fit perfectly. We had our rehearsal dinner there the night before also. Rockin' b Ranch is beautiful and definitely worth every penny. dream wedding and couldn’t have been happier. From their first meeting with Janice, they knew they wanted to have their wedding here. Janice was a dream to work with and went over and above what was expected to make their wedding flawless. She was so accommodating and easy to work with, and by the end, she felt like family. She even met me in San Antonio with something that we had left in one of the bedrooms. Not only did they get to have the whole day to prepare for the wedding, they got to have the venue for almost the entire weekend. We arrived around noon on the day before the wedding to prepare for the rehearsal dinner and stayed until after noon the day after the wedding. We had planned on having at the dinner at Barn; unfortunately, it was raining and we had to move the dinner to the Summit House. I’m so glad we did! We had a great time there. The Summit House is so big it was able to accommodate about 40 people, and there was more than enough room. It was very cozy and intimate and the fireplace was perfect. The Rockin’ B Ranch allows up to 26 people stay overnight for the whole weekend with four different places for guests to stay. All of the beds were extremely comfortable and there were too many little details to mention. I felt like I was staying the weekend at a friend’s house. The breakfast on both days was provided by The Dienger in Boerne and it was outstanding. Not having to leave the Ranch and literally being within walking distance of everything was so convenient. Being able to relax and watch the girls get ready the next day are memories that we will always cherish. The guys were able to go fishing and play pool that morning. Everything about the weekend was perfect. We only wish it could have lasted longer. We loved every second of it! Thank you, Janice, and The Rockin’ B Ranch. We appreciate everything you did to make their wedding so memorable. It is a weekend that we will always treasure.

The setting and accommodations were luxurious and a great place for our families to get acquainted and blend with a variety of activities and opportunities for fun! ranch wedding could be! My brother and his bride recently tied the knot in Rockin B’s stunning new banquet hall. Amazing! Rain prohibited vows in the picturesque meadow, but photos were spectacular at every turn, indoors and out. Even though the venue can easily accommodate large weddings, it was also perfectly suited for our chummy crowd of less than 50. What made Rockin’B especially ideal, besides the outrageous vistas, fishing on the dock, hiking… was the exquisite housing on the ranch. The majority of the wedding party and guests travelled in from out of state (as far west as WA and MD in the east!) To give everyone time together, the entire weekend on the ranch, transformed a beautiful wedding celebration into an unforgettable event that not only united a bride and groom, but sincerely two families. The rockstar of Rockin’ B is Janice (and adorable Chowder the pup). She went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of and things went smoothly. Our family unanimously agrees, because we decided to celebrate a wedding at Rockin’ B, the nuptials went from meaningful to monumental, from eventful to extraordinary. A wedding and weekend we will never forget. THANK YOU ROCKIN’ B!!!

sure I was happy. Everyone was so impressed with the property. We chose the package that gave us the venue for the whole weekend. The houses are incredibly gorgeous (not exaggerating... the houses are AMAZING) and all of my friends and family had a great time. It was so nice getting to be with everyone all weekend and there was plently of space and things to do. We took advantage of the pool and hot tubs. Wedding day was perfect. Luckily the rain missed us and we were able to get married outside, however, there was a plan setup for using the barn as a ceremony site if we experienced inclement weather, and it was comforting knowing they were going to make sure I had an amazing wedding no matter what. The transformed barn is beautiful and was perfect size for the reception. We had a little under 150 guests. The venue has different floor plan ideas depending on the amount of guest you have. I always wanted a elegant rustic wedding in the hill country and that was exactly what I got. And those views........ so breathtaking! Another great thing about the venue is that you can totally pull off short dresses and cowboy boots or a princess/ballroom dress and heels and look phenomenal either way! Janice recommended looking into a month of coordinator and I am so glad I did! They worked together and made my dream wedding happen. With how big the venue is I recommend a coordinator! It helped so much on wedding day and there is no way it would have gone as smooth without one. Overall, I felt like a princess and our guest had a wonderful time. I strongly recommend touring the ranch and having your wedding there. I certainly have no regrets.

We then returned in April 2018 to take our engagement pictures and they were beautiful (my husband and I are featured in her pictures 😊). September 15, 2018 was our wedding day and having our wedding ceremony and reception at Rockin’ B Ranch was a dream come true for us. The venue was stunning and provided the perfect hill country backdrop we always dreamt of despite the stubborn rain! All our wedding guests were so impressed with the beautiful location and it’s scenery. Being able to spend the weekend with our family at the ranch really added to our wedding experience. The Summit was the perfect place to host the family with its beautiful views of the ranch. Janice has the absolute best taste in décor which reflects in the rustic and country themed homes and venue. To say that she bends over backwards is an understatement, Janice continuously went above and beyond her obligations to ensure we had our perfect wedding. She kept an open channel of communication throughout the entire time leading up to the wedding (and even after the wedding) extremely helpful, even with things not related to the venue. Words just can’t describe our experience with Rockin’ B Ranch. Looking back at our wedding, there’s a lot of things we would do differently, but our choice of venue is not one of them. this was the place for us! We fell in love with hospitality and beautiful scenery. There was a vision and seeing it unfold with the addition to the already beautiful building, it was more than I could imagine. The rock fire place and lighting are spectacular. When May 5th came around Janice and Sandra made our wedding day perfect! I will forever be grateful and honored to have met such wonderful people who went above and beyond on our special day. If they carry out the decor like they have done with the rest of the property, I would have to say it’s going to be absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking for an elegant rustic wedding look no further. It’s simple and beautiful so far and I believe this will carry over into the new area. I will update after construction and then again after the wedding, but as far as I can tell with the hospitality and designs I don’t think it will change from 5 stars.
