We loved every piece of food from Rock Springs! Their staff was friendly and so on the ball it was refreshing and helped the groom and I not have to worry about a thing! I would ge...
t their food over and over again! Highly recommend!
Rock Springs Center went above and beyond for our wedding day to make sure everything went perfectly! We had a few changes in personnel early on during planning but ended up being ...
paired with Sydny as our coordinator and she was AMAZING!!! We were supposed to have our wedding outside; however, it rained on our big day, but RSC had a rain contingency plan ready to implement last minute. Everything turned out perfectly, and our guests actually LOVED the set up. RSC provided all of the food and beverages which were INCREDIBLE! If you're wanting a classy wedding, RSC is definitely the place to be. You will not be disappointed!
Our wedding was absolutely incredible because of Becca (venue coordinator) and staff at Rock Springs. I couldn’t have imagined anything better for our special day. This is a venue ...
where you get everything in one place. They have the ceremony & reception site, equipment rentals, delicious food and alcohol. They make it so convenient. The day of went so smooth. They go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect.
We were recently married at Rock Springs Center (ceremony & reception) and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Our wedding coordinator, Becca, was amazing and...
thought of so many details and components of the wedding day I would have missed without her assistance. She was easy to get in touch with and I appreciated the time she spent updating our event order and floor plan diagrams throughout the process. The venue was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the food was delicious- I think I will have guests raving about it for months to come. Initially, I was concerned about the "flipping" of the room from ceremony to reception but it went very smoothy thanks to a cocktail hour planned/designed by the staff.
Jessica at Rock Springs Ceneter is a wedding planning genius! We were worried that we needed to hire a day of coordinator or wedding planner, but with Jessica we got it all. She wa...
tched the clock and the timeline all night so that we didn’t have to.
Additionally everything at RS was top notch. The food was great and the bar service was great as well. The worked to plan with my band so that I wouldn’t have to coordinate them. It was easy to coordinate going out there for Bridal portraits, and while it was a one stop shop for everything (food, linens, misc. items such as easels) it certainly didn’t look that way.
Excellent job! The whole building was decorated for Christmas and it was absolutely wonderful! The staff was accommodating and fully focused on making sure everything was just righ...

Our son's Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner was held at Rock Springs Center in November, 2016. The Coordinator, Julie Ackerley went above and beyond to help us in any way that she cou...
ld, she worked well with our decorator, A Dream Come True by Martha. She met with us numerous times and stayed in touch constantly through email and answered any questions we had. The facility itself is beautiful. The rehearsal dinner and wedding was beautifully decorated and the food at Rehearsal Dinner and the Wedding was wonderful. It was a beautiful day for a beautiful couple and one they will always cherish.
Not so great. Several events are planned for your event time. Very disorganized, seemed like they were just in it for the money and didn't care about the quality of their work. ...
I had several guests that even commented on this. Event coordination was very messy, terrible communication with the front office. Quotes were off. You pay for some services that never are provided. Ants in the room we got ready in. Dirty dishes in the room the guys got ready in. Broken toilet and no toilet paper in another restroom. The entrance was blocked off with an oyster roast and trash cans for my rehearsal dinner, very embarrassing for guests to call and tell me they couldn't get inside the building because of trash cans. If another event it scheduled last minute, it may affect your event times. We were basically told to decorate the day of the wedding- you get 4-5 hours before your event. For anyone wanting to DIY, this is not much time to decorate, shower, and then get ready and have time for pre-wedding photos. Positives: venue itself is nice, food is great! I would advise going elsewhere or make sure you have an outside event planner to tie up loose ends.
Rock Springs Center looked absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. My coordinator, Julie, was amazing and was very strict with our timeline to make sure we had a great night! We'v...

They were perfect! they thought of everything. They made sure everything was more than perfect.

ork and the food was absolutely amazing that's what our guest loved the most. The venue is a beautiful place for photographs as well. The staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble. Julie Ackerly is an amazing planner!
Rock Springs did a fabulous job. The flower arrangements were beautiful, the food was delicious, and everyone had a wonderful time! the open bar helped :)
Rock Springs were WONDERFUL! We worked with Jessica and she took care of everything. Our wedding was off-site and outdoors. They arrived about 6 hours before the wedding and took o...
ver. She knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I have a younger sister and I am 100% positive that my parents will choose Rock Springs again.
Besides just being helpful, we have been told by everyone that we had the best tasting and most beautiful food.
Rock Springs was absolutely WONDERFUL to work with. Jessica made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She had great suggestions for things and, from what I not...
iced, everything went smoothly during the ceremony and the reception. I never was without a drink the whole night and Jessica even pulled us aside to make sure we ate something. The food was delicious! The decorations and ballroom were so elegant and I loved every second of the night. We had a large guest list, but the room never felt crowded. Everyone that came gushed over how gorgeous everything was. It was definitely worth every penny (the twinkle lights are a MUST!). I wish I could do it all over!
My rehearsal dinner was held in the Stables at Rock Springs. The stables are perfect for a small crowd. They decorated for me exactly as I asked and it was gorgeous. They are ve...
ry organized and everything is handled in a prompt, professional manner. Jessica is a fabulous event planner and she covers every detail.
Great food and Atmosphere. The Event Planner was very difficult to get up with at times, and you have to watch all the small hidden cost. Also, the price for the food per person ...
was increased due to "cost of food" . So the fine print says that there is variable price of food based on current food prices.
The reception staff worked with me to find a package (heavy hors d'ouvres) that suited my tastes as well as my price range. The entire setting on the night of the reception was am...
