e host was hard to get ahold of on the day of all the could be bothered to show up for was to unlock the door. They didn’t even explain the sound system and left their number saying to call them if they had any issue but I was sat on the phone calling them for 20 minutes (the owner, the owners wife, and the host) during the day of and no one answered. Thankfully our wedding planner we hired figured out the sound system but not without a massive headache of ZERO communication seconds before walking down the aisle

would say is that the communication with the event hosts definitely needs to be improved because we ran into several issues not being able to contact someone the week before our wedding (no answers to emails and they don't have a working phone), miscommunication on random additional fees that were not discussed, and the sprinklers went off during our wedding reception which shouldn't have happened. However, I still think the venue itself was perfect for a wedding or any event really, I just think they could use some improvement on communication or a main contact person.
We loved the venue! There were so many picture perfect spots. It offered a blank canvas to add our little touch to it.
