rofessional, friendly, helpful, respectful, timely, and kind. Communicated well and gave her time to us. We are happy we went with her for our wedding decore. Thank you so much, Hirut!

contemporary settings. Hirut, Job Well-done! We highly recommend! Lubbuu & Israel
Clueless. Went to first appointment and the woman seemed on board with everything. I left feeling pretty good about using the company. She seemed very understanding. I followed up ...
before the wedding repeating the same information and resent the same picture because I wanted to ensure everything went well. Did pretty much the opposite of everything what I asked. I asked for no red because it was a burgundy wedding. Repeatedly said please no red. I said no roses etc. I asked for a cascading bouquet and it to be loose and not tight. The bouquet used lots of red roses and was really tight (not loose or cascading) with essentially all the incorrect flowers. I paid more for a bridal bouquet and it was the same size as my bridesmaids and didn't look different. Some of the small roses were turning brown on the tips when we got them. I could not have been more disappointed. Individuals seem nice but are truly disorganized or just completely careless. Would not recommend unless you just want flowers and don't care which kind. Not responsive via phone. Also, after confirming over phone and email when I could and would be picking up the flowers they called me on my wedding day saying they were closing early that day. Completely unprofessional. No good reason to close before scheduled hours.
Great service, I recommend for everyone, they did my wedding, and we loved everything they did for us.

ssed my wildest dreams in terms of the bouquets and boutonnieres that we ordered. I got so many compliments on my bridal bouquet all night and I could not stop staring at it. This place is reasonably priced and really cares about the craftsmanship of their products. Would absolutely recommend!

ifference and corresponding effortless. Hirut responded to my emails and messages in a very timely matter. When I was finally able to come into the shop she worked with me to make my ideas come to life. I was clueless when it came to flowers, when I walked into the shop I knew I wanted something like the photos I provided and for them to be yellow. She helped me figure out which flowers would give a similar look and be the most cost effective. My mom is very craftsy and wanted some of her ideas to be incorporated with the center pieces. Hirut took some of our containers and vases and helped constructed the centerpieces. There was also an opportunity to rent vases for a very reasonable price. When it came to the day of the wedding, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The flowers were delivered with plenty of time to get them in the right place before the guests started to arrive. I would highly recommend this vendor, I mostly described her professionalism on the day of and how wonderful it was to work with Hirut, but the arrangements spoke for themselves. The big day was beautiful and exactly what I had pictured. Thank you for making the beginning of our marriage a day to remember.
Hirut was the kindest, sweetest woman to work with. She made me feel as though I was family and she delivered exceptional service! My flowers were so beautiful and she listened to ...
me countless times as I kept changing my mind. Ultimately, they turned out wonderful and she even delivered them to my hotel room the morning of our wedding. It was so wonderful to see her excitement for my wedding day. I cannot say enough good things about Hirut and the rest of the staff. A +++!!
Kello Riverside Florist was the florist at a wedding I attended on October 29, 2016. The bride is my close friend. Hirut, the owner, was so gracious to get up early that morning ...
to deliver the bridal party flowers to the bride’s home. Amazing customer service! The bride was so touched and very grateful to her.
Once we got to the church, the beauty of Hirut’s creation continued. The décor was very simple, yet beautiful. The wishes of the bride were carried out to the very last detail, from decorating the bride and groom’s chair to decorating the unity candle.
At the reception hall, Hirut, once again went above and beyond in her décor and customer service by transforming the reception hall into a dream-like setting. The bride had no idea of how it was going to turn out other than giving her wish to Hirut; which she took and ran with to make the day magical for my friend.
On behalf of the bride and her family, I want to say a million THANK YOUs for making my friend’s wedding day special and magical.
I highly recommend this vendor. Thank you, Hirut!!
