Kailey was such an incredible person to have throughout my entire wedding planning process. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing she did from the start of my planning process...
all the way to the end of my wedding night. Kailey really worked so hard, answered all the questions I had no answers to, kept me occupied without being overwhelmed, and was really the rockstar of my wedding. I could not have made it through this process without her, and I think she is the PERFECT addition to your central Florida event. Do not hesitate and just book your event with River City Planning. Love love love!!!!!

re of. I would recommend Kailey to anyone looking to make their day flow seamless and turn out exactly what they are looking for. 100/10 recommend!
I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about our Kailey and Jill! They were an absolute lifesaver and such a huge part of making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be...
.
From the moment they stepped in, I felt like I could finally stop worrying about all of the little details and just enjoy the day. She kept everything moving, made sure things were where they needed to be, handled things behind the scenes that I probably never even knew about, and somehow managed to keep everything calm and organized at the same time.
As a bride, you spend SO much time planning every little detail of your wedding, and when the day finally comes, you want to actually be present for it instead of worrying about timelines, vendors, decorations, or what needs to happen next. She gave me that. I was able to enjoy getting ready, walk down the aisle, celebrate with our family and friends, and actually soak in the day because I knew they had everything under control.
They were professional, kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. They weren't just there doing a job, you could tell she truly wanted everything to go perfectly for us.
Our wedding day went by in the blink of an eye, but I will always remember how much easier and more enjoyable they made it for us. If you are debating whether you need a day-of coordinator, YOU Do!! If you have the opportunity to have them, don't think twice.
Thank you for taking care of us, keeping everything together, and helping make one of the most important days of our lives so incredibly special. We are forever grateful! ❤️

arted the process with absolutely no idea what we wanted, Kailey was our guiding light. She has an incredible talent for "organizing chaos" and somehow managed to turn our vague ideas into a cohesive, stunning reality. She navigated complex family dynamics with such grace, balancing everyone’s strong opinions while always keeping our best interests at the center of every decision.
Kailey is a master at dealing with people; she is calm, firm when she needs to be, and always kind. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about a single thing. The ceremony she put together was breathtakingly beautiful—more than we ever could have imagined. If you want a planner who can handle high-pressure situations and difficult personalities while still delivering a flawless, aesthetic event, Kailey is the one!

. Hiring Kailey was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding.
She made the day run unbelievably smoothly. Truly, we would have been completely overwhelmed without her. Kailey handled every detail with calm professionalism, and it made a world of difference in how relaxed and present we were able to feel.
Out of all the expenses for our wedding, this was hands‑down the best money spent. Kailey ensured everything flowed perfectly, and we were able to enjoy our day without stress or worry. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a coordinator, even for a smaller wedding. She is absolutely worth it.

a perfect day. She listened to what we wanted and offered a selection of vendors that fit our vision and budget. Kailey set up vendor calls and appointments around our busy work schedules making it easy to choose which vendors were the best fit for us. She set up friendly progress calls along the way that were quick and productive, gave us gentle reminders for items yet to be completed, and responded to every question in an email or text as soon as it was sent. Kailey embraced our American and Brazilian backgrounds and helped us blend both traditions together. We never stopped smiling. If you want your wedding to be just as happy as the day you got engaged, look no further than River City Planning!

I wanted. Everyone had great things to say about them. During all the chaos of photos and first looks, I forgot my vow book, and Jill ran around the resort finding it for me. I could not recommend them more! Also great communication throughout the month and day of my event. Thank you so much ladies!!! 💗

ith absolute anxiousness and a great sense of being completely and utterly overwhelmed. That’s when I turned to the Knot.com and tried to find a same day coordinator. I looked at several, and read all of the reviews that were provided. When I happened upon River City Planning I noticed that all of the reviews had a commonality, that Kailey was truly spectacular! And boy was that only scratching the surface!! Kailey was communicative, talking with me via email, text, phone calls no matter what time or what day of the week. Kailey remained positive and professional, even when dealing with continuous changes from my indecisive self, or from dealing with extremely difficult family members. Kailey was creative and able to completely execute the vision I had for my wedding decor after simply looking at a few inspiration pictures I provided (at the very last minute, and not organized AT ALL, sorry Kailey 😅) She was attentive to my needs as well as my Husbands the entire night, and fixed any problem that tried to arise. She truly made my wedding day run smoothly and effortlessly. If you are a bride feeling overwhelmed and have started the process of looking for a same day coordinator (which is also just as overwhelming) let me help you make your decision easier, hire Kailey immediately! You won’t regret it!

et and help with any issues that came up ( Incl last min issues on the day of!). She was very organized, calm, professional, very responsive and sent timely updates throughout the process. She completely took over on our wedding day and let us enjoy the wedding with our family and guests. At the end of the night, she helped our family pack and put away all our items. We loved working with her and highly recommend her services!

Oh my gosh- what a dream it was to have someone so helpful and responsive on the big day. Kailey actually started coordinating with my vendors a couple of weeks before the wedding....
She found out what times they would be at the venue and made a schedule. She attended our rehearsal and helped it run smoothly. She was flexible and so knowledgeable. On the day of, I was so grateful for her and her assistant. They decorated our venue and even added some cute touches that I didn't event think of. I loved what they did. Kailey was able to provide advice when I didn't have a vision or an idea. On the day of, my veil was wrinkled and Kailey brought downy wrinkle release. She also took photos on her own and videos and sent them to me. One of the photos she sent me is my favorite so far!
Seriously- this was money well spent (and much more affordable than most) and one of the best decisions I made.

ail. She uses a planning website that was super user friendly and helped me visualize our timeline hour by hour. She took over all responsibilities as far as coordination of vendors which was extremely helpful in the weeks leading up to the wedding when last minute changes were happening and things started to get crazy. Her and her assistant were at the venue before I even arrived and were working with the vendors and had all of my decor that they helped set out for us. They also went above and beyond to tear down after the wedding so that we could go straight to our after party. They put our things in our car and took our keys with them and coordinated a pick up time after our honeymoon. Kailey was calm and collected which helped me tremendously on wedding day, especially when we were risking rain at an outside venue! These two really made my day special and one that I’ll never forget, I couldn’t have done it without them!
